Took my elderly mom there for a hearing test and then visit with the doctor, Jennifer Tartaglia. The doctor was short and rude to my mom when she asked questions. Wont be going back. The nurses and front office staff were ok though.

This place is absolutely the most unprofessional place I have ever. For more than a year I have been trying to get my sinus surgery complete and for almost a year Ive got nothing but run around and them wanting to just fill me with prescription after. Finally once the pandemic came to better standings They wanted to schedule my surgery only for them to just completely go about it the out most unprofessional way the appointment setter who always called with reminders emails and such fell to do so then tried to make it like it was my fault that disconcert or I would have to get rescheduled. I advise you never go here if you actually want real results

I took my daughter due to a unexpected object being found inside of her ear. Not only were they able to see us on short notice the entire staff was extremely friendly and welcoming! MD Tartaglia assisted us. She did a excellent job with my daughter and removed the object with ease. I appreciate the entire staff for making today a smooth & painless process! Thank you!

The time is now 1130, I have been here since 1030, appointment was at 1045. The work they do is great specially Doc T. so Ill wait another 10 min.

Doctor Jennifer T. Was amazing through the visits all the way to the procedure. All the staff that worked along side her were kind, polite and very sweet to my daughter. It was her first operation and they made it easy for us all! Great team!

They ladies in the allergy dept are rude. No customer service at all.

While the wait time was excellent the doctor did not have a very good bedside manner. She talked to us as though we did not know what we were talking about and repeatedly questioned what we were saying. She also ordered unneeded testing.

Awesome. No long wait. Doctor was very informative, got the ball rolling on my daughters surgery Awesome office staff!

Dr T is great the wait sometime can take a while but once u get back you are out in and out in no time

No long waits very friendly they take you back as soon as you get there

Had a 2.15 appt was not seen until after 3 pm!If you dont mind sitting forever this is the place to be!

Dr Francis is the best...she really cares about her patients...

Worst Customer service EVER!!! Waited until 10 minutes before my appointment to cancel it, then when I was 13 minutes late (due to traffic), they rescheduled me wasting even more of my time. Never will attempt to return again!!
