I went to Claudia for microblading of my eyebrows. She was very professional and thorough. She told me about the process before she started and showed me pictures of her work. I was very excited and impressed. Her shop is very clean and cozy. I went to another shop earlier that day to compare. Claudia not only beat them with her prices but she doesnt need to use stencils. Her technique is the absolute best. She was able to draw and microblade my eyebrows the exact way I wanted while she free handed. I am beyond happy with my results. Had an appt with Claudia for a facial. First of all, she is very personable! That was a plus. The facial, which was my first, was 1 hour and she explained each step. I did like it.....well worth the money to pay for a customized facial! My appt was at 4pm and started promptly on time! I would suggest this place to others.

Mrs. Claudia has done an amazing job with microblading my eyebrows! She asks if I wanted cream or an injection to the site before performing the work. Frankly, I can’t understand how anyone can only use cream to numb the area.. give me the injection LOL. Absolutely perfect, I don’t know what took me so long to get microblading done as my brows were thinning out. Go check out Mrs Claudia if you want this done the right way.

Worst experience ever! Went in for a simple procedure that Ive had before (permanent eyeliner) and now my eyes are ruined for life! Scarring & permanent bruising! HORRIBLE! Owners comment...? Dont sue me, Im claiming bankruptcy. Never apologized or offered any of my money back!

I am so in love with this place, Ive had so many treatments for instance a relaxing Swedish massage for some stress I have had from work, I need to say Claudia knows how to treat the public a great professional very friendly and hardworking, I also had some deep tissue massages done by Eddie to relive my muscles after strenuous exercise that I do, just need say awesome massage very strong ..... and the Mesotherapy a treatment to lose weight is awesome because being in the Army you always have to in the best shape and this keeps off the weight, So if anybody asks me I will say Claudia & Eddie are great at what they do and should go there

First of all, most reviews previously posted are from friends and family or from Claudia herself, not from actual clients. Services are sketchy and overpriced. Licenses and insurance need to be verified that they were not received from online services but from legitimate companies. Be sure to get copies of everything you sign and keep all receipts!

I received one IPL treatment from Claudia and ended up with 9 blisters - 2nd degree burns on my face. I told her during the treatment that her laser was getting hot in different areas, but she disregarded what I had to say. A couple hours later I called her to tell her about the blisters. She became very defensive, started overtalking me, and showed no concern for my well being. Hours later, after receiving pictures from me, she offered me a tube of CVS triple antibiotic ointment. She is not professional, did not do a professional treatment nor did she offer any professional treatment for the blisters she put on my face. Do not get IPL from her!

I went see Ms.Claudia after I seen her ad on Groupon ... My appointment for microblading eyebrows. My first initial conversation with her over the phone I could tell she was vert professional and she knew her business. She went into good details about the procedure and she was very informative to me. I felt comfortable especially after researching and speaking to other professionals about the same procedure. I could tell she knew what I wanted and what to do!! So I booked with her, she did her consultation again and explained step by step to me again. I love my microblading decision....Claudia did exactly what I wanted and my eyebrows are perfect... I give 5 stars for professionalism, caution, cleanliness, concerned about her work and very knowledgeable on what she does. She had alit of patience with me because I was so scared... But it was well worth it because I had someone know what she was doing👍🏼☺️I recommend her to all that ask and compliment my eyebrows..
