No long waits and everybody is always super nice. Dr millander is awesome. She always explains things so that I have absolutely no trouble understanding them and she just makes me feel very much at ease. She has helped me so much over the years. I have regained a level of eyesight that I thought I would never see again but thanks to her I have.

Last time I was there it was 2015 when they did my cataract surgery, they were great then and they still showed me the same respect and care this time around. I have recommended a few of my friends and they are just as pleased with them. Kudos to the staff and the Doctors. God Blessings

Everything was great except check in. The clerk didn’t maintain privacy. She talked loudly and wanted me to provide personal info (DOB) in the open waiting area.

My husband is a patient if Dr. Messner and he is the most caring, knowledgeable, and passionate about his profession! So grateful to GOD for leading my husband to him. My husband looks forward to his office visits and that says a great deal about the provider.

My appointment was 7:45 and I arrived at 7:35 ,was called at 7:45 and was finished by 8:30, I never wait long to be seen the staff is friendly and efficient . The doctor explained everything to me and was very professional and kind. Great atmosphere

Had an appointment at 11:45 and its 1:00 and still havent been seen. They book too many patients and make you wait too long. Will have to find another facility.

I have been for lasik I was treated well my vision hasnt improved yet. I think I need glasses but I dont know because I have glaucoma.

They were wonderful!!! Told me exactly what they were going to do, made my visit very easy and no stress at all. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. White did a skin graft under my right eye at the SouthernPines office and I have follow up appointments some at the SouthernPines office and I had my last appointment in Fayetteville. My right eye is dropping a little and Dr White is going to address this issue this month. So far I have been treated very well and the staff is always friendly and courteous

I have all good things to say about my experience at Carolina Eye Associates and the medical staff at the Fayetteville and Southern Pines locations.I was treated well and respectfully. I found the staff to be competent and courteous.I am thankful for Dr. White performing a eye lid repair surgery successfully, a surgery no one else wanted to do to repair my excessively drooping eye lid that interfered with my vision.I would recommend this clinic, staff and Doctors to any one looking for help with anything related to your vision and eyes.Mike Koenig

I have never had nothing but great service from them. I have seen different doctors and all were friendly and kind. If I have a problem without an appointment they always work me in. I thank them for that. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Dr. Andrew Apple is fantastic, however the other medical staff is incredibly incompetent... judging by the last visit, if they spent less time flirting with each other and more time on the paying patient, theyd be getting better reviews. Hopefully the doctors get together and clean house. This place needs it.

This was a great place. Everyone was so polite. Had eye lid surgery and my doctor, Jeff White was great. I would recommend Carolina Eye Associates highly. The nurses called a couple of times checking on me.

Always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. They put my mind at ease in regards to insurance issues too.The only negative that I can think of is occasionally my wait time was a bit long and ran into my appt time, but theyre thorough in the exams, so in my opinion that made up for it

This place barely deserves a star. They are still trying to charge me a copay for something that should be covered by Tricare. I called both times and explained they used the wrong billing code...

Excellent service, as a former Eye Care professional now retired, we would recommend their services to our patients is speciality eye Care. Has provided eye Care for my mother for 35 yrs.

My 4 year old had an appointment at 1:00 pm. He was placed back in the waiting room at 1:50 pm and my wife was told they would call him back for an additional examination in 30 minutes. After an hour, still no response from the staff. What practice would allow a 4 year old to sit with an eye dilation for an hour and 10 minutes with zero attention? My wife had to leave the office after no attention with our 4 year old, eyes dilated, no explanation from a Dr. and without a diagnosis. Terrible and would strongly recommend NOT USING this mismanaged practice.

The physician care is ok...but be be watchful of the billing statements. They do not process payments accurately and do not acknowledge paymemts received on billing statements. Based upon this alone we will never use their services again.

Staff is somewhat friendly, but the waiting room times are ridiculous.. my shortest appointment has been over 2 hours.. And that was for a postop appointment. They clearly do not care about their patients time
