This office is remarkable. The staff (especially the midwife she’s a total sweetheart) and doctor Jones are all extremely kind and caring. The lobby wait time in the office isn’t bad for how busy the office stays. The only thing I would have liked to be different was to have more visits with the staff that delivers the baby when a patient for pregnancy care before baby comes. All in all this is a great office with great care and I’d recommend to anyone.

In the couple times I’ve met Dr Jones, he has been super nice and thorough and just seems like a great Dr and a great guy. However, this review is about midwife Whitney, who is an absolute rockstar!! My fiancée just loves her and she did an incredible job hanging in there with us during an hour and a half of pushing at 3am and was just simply amazing with her through the whole process!! Thank you thank you thank you Whitney, you are amazing at what you do and me, Rachel and Oliver will be eternally grateful 🥰

Best place that I have found!! Dr. Jones is very nice and takes time to answer questions. The whole staff is very professional and caring. I have been to other office in Dunn (Dr. Zich) where you had to go to Betsy Johnson hospital for everything like getting blood drawn and ultrasounds. Not here - they do everything in their office. So much more convenient.

Doctor has been perfect. However my experience with the clinic is starting to go downhill. I just received a call again to reschedule my ultrasound for my babies gender reveal. This is the 3rd time, all on the account of the clinic. I’m surprised they haven’t offered a blood test or referred me to another clinic for this exact ultrasound. Like I’m devastated again.

Great clinic. Amazing staff and Doctors. Dr. Micheal Jones has a gift and is very skilled at what he does. If you looking for a primary care womens health doctor or a place to help with your pregnancy then this is the place to be. Inside of the office is nicely decorated and seems newer. 4D ultrasounds also!!!

From the beginning of my pregnancy through the delivery process, every single staff member has been friendly and personal. I was surprised how quickly they learned my name and remembered that I have a two-year-old at home! All the doctors and nurses are very helpful and personable: I never felt uncomfortable or like I was being a bother with my questions, which I had felt with other practices. Whitney, in particular, is awesome. I have felt so supported, and not just for my physical health either.

I recently had my baby a month ago and was seen here starting at 20 weeks of pregnancy after having a bad experience at another OBGYN doctors office. I was always seen at my appointment time & always felt like my health and my baby’s health was in great hands. Dr. Jones is personable, knowledgeable & a great doctor. Unfortunately I had my baby on a Sunday, he was out of the office and unable to deliver my baby but checked in afterwards to make sure my postpartum mental and physical health was good. I highly suggest this doctors office!

I had my first visit about a month ago and I really liked Dr. Jones. We planned for me to come back in October but I am unsure if I will be returning. I have left messages both on Monday and Tuesday of this week for one of the nurses (time sensitive information) and nobody has called me back. I am starting to wonder if I should try and find another doctor. With trying to start a family, I really need a reliable doctor and I am unsure that Dr. Jones and his staff are the right facility for this...

I would highly recommend this facility. The staff and doctors are very professional and polite.It took nearly no time to get me established as a patient and seen. I’m glad I found this OBGYN office.

Jones Center for Womens Health is the best OB / GYN place you can find in the city of Faytteville. All the staff are extremely friendly and very professional. Dr. Jones is a very good professional, he always greets you with a smile, he is an excellent doctor. I thank God that I found this wonderful center to attend to my pregnancy. I have had a happy and healthy pregnancy thanks to the recommendations of the Jones Center for Womens Health. Highly recommended.

I have been going here 8 years now & I love it . DR.Jones is an amazing and compassionate doctor. I have never felt judged or uncomfortable by anyone there!The nurses have always been amazing ,& they always interact with my children and me.I had two high risk pregnancies & DR.Jones made the right call both times. I even got an ultrasound almost EVERY visit with both of my children , so I loved that!!!I would’ve given the office 5 stars , the only reason I didn’t is when I do call to make an appointment for something urgent , they make me appointments super far out , which by then I’m sure I’d just go to the ER.But as far as pregnancies, I’d highly recommend.

I would have given this place At least 4.5 Stars because they did deliver my baby girl, but i have no choice but give this place a 1 star for the shear fact they nearly Killed my wife after birth by leaving gauze in her for 4 days which nearly killed her. and the only person we have to thank for that is Dr. Michael Jones. no matter how nice the staff was that can never be forgotten.

Amazing doctor and staff! Been going to him for 15 years since Dr Wilson passed unexpectedly. Dr Jones has delivered all my babies and handled every concern in between with compassion. Only doctor in town I recommend

I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else or trusting anyone else but Dr.Jones, and everyone at the Jones Center. We met in 2014 when I was pregnant with my first child who was born in January 5, 2015. She was delivered by the best! Now my husband and I are in our second baby and this process has been tough due to many health issues, but Dr. Jones has helped us move through as gracefully as possible. He is surely a blessing. It will be D-day again before we know it and I look forward to having Dr. Jones right there!!

Dr Jones has been taking care of me since he delivered my son in 05. I was referred to him after 5 doctors misdiagnosed symptoms I was having during pregnancy. He hit the nail on the head just by listening to me. That is the care he has continued to give me for over 14 year . Angela and Dr. McManus are awesome as well!!!

I love Dr. Jones and he is one of the best OB-GYN doctors around! I have had to wait awhile only on days I was fit in to be seen, and the wait time wasnt even that bad. I have been to way worse clinics that the wait time have been outrageous! They have a great staff there and Dr. Jones is always helpful and takes care of me! I have had one person at the front desk who seems to have an attitude a little, but one person doesnt make the experience bad! And, they could be having a bad day! I would definitely recommend Dr. Jones to any and everyone! This is a great clinic!

Had my daughter with them and Dr. Jones was amazing. Never lost his cool, patience or smile and always made me feel comfortable and safe with putting my first pregnancy into his hands. Found him after leaving another horrible clinic at four months. Staff seemed great to me. Im sure there were a few Id rather not deal with one on one all the time, but it wasnt bad enough to not make me go back or really remember. Its been a while....

I went to change my doctors and they told me to come up there and sign the release forms, but didn’t tell me they were about to go on lunch. Drove 20 mins for no reason and had to wait a hour and a half to talk someone. Unprofessional and inconsiderate

This office is nice. Staff is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. The nurse line some times takes long for someone to call back. It is easy to make an appointment, you do not typically have an appointment too far out. The doctors are knowledgeable and helpful.

Omgoodness I have never had an issue. I arrive early to all my appointments. Im always treated with the utmost respect and professionalism by all the staff. Ive seen all 3 provides at some point and my experience is the same. I work with them for my best results for my health. WOW.... and the remodeling of the office is amazing. Im always in and out within 1 hour. Healthcare is a very difficult area, yet these 3 providers get 100% from me. Mrs. Maurita Sims.

I’ve had the worst time trying to make an appointment here. First was because Medicaid card but they don’t even try to work with you on any payments or anything like care credit so waited for card to come. Then rescheduled and got a 5 second call from them 14 days before appointment so figured was misdialed or wrong patient didn’t leave a voicemail or anything either nor did they call in the whole 14 days before appointment to tell me they rescheduled me because none of the doctors were in that day. What happen to the doctors and made them all want a same day off..? Knowing I’m about 20 weeks and 2 days (5 months) with no check up and no care is given what so ever that they all schedule the same day off and didn’t care to call back or even give me time to answer the phone at that! Didn’t even care enough to leave a voicemail this is my first time pregnancy at that and no one here seems to care what so ever like thanks for caring to let me know my first baby is okay very nice.. Will never try to come here again in the future and will never recommend to anyone else that I know or even randomly get asked..! UPDATE: Close to my rescheduled appointment they ACTUALLY CALLED THIS TIME being I’m not going to go the actually left a VOICEMAIL THIS TIME. THIS PLACE DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOU THEY WANT YOUR MONEY!

This is the worst doctors office in humanity do not come here it is a waste the staff is rude! The doctors are not knowledgeable! I have been sitting in the waiting room waiting on a glucose test for almost an hour no food since 9pm last night and it is now 9am and Im here for a 3 hour glucose test ! Tried to give a half a star but it wouldnt let me

My experience was horrible. My husband and I have been ttc for years, went to Dr. jones for help and was pushed around for over 6 months. Not only would Mr. and Mrs. Jones frequently forget to send in medications to the pharmacy (which messed up my cycles) but told me they would help with my back pains and forgot to send in the paperwork. So what am i paying for? I would speak and complain but nothing changed.I would arrive at 9am and not get out til 1pm. That was all waiting time.Mrs. Jones always looked so tired and was uninterested in helping me. Once she walked in to the room asking “ so what do you want today”- while seeming uninterested she was rude the whole visit. Horrible service and bedside manner. They wasted my time and money. I would strongly suggest against going here.

I used to love this doctors office.I even have him as my primary doctor. But then I found out that I have cancer and have been trying for months to get an oncology appointment. Dr. Jones has yet to give it to me. Meanwhile my cancer is spreading and the type of cancer is very aggressive. I guess he can tell my kids at my funeral why he allowed me to die.****UPDATE**** APPARENTLY YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE AN OPINION AGAINST THIS PLACE OR THEY SEND A CERTIFIED LETTER DISCHARGING YOU AS A PATIENT!!!!!

Dr. Jones has delivered my last 3 babies, his father delivered me and now my 16 year old son has a baby on the way and he’s going to deliver their baby. Dr. Jones is passionate about his job/career, he’s understanding and he listens to his patients, he has the best bedside manners in all areas and he’s gentle much more gentle than the average female doctor that checks another female. I would recommend him Morning, noon, or night and stick by it. He’s so successful, popular and booked that your first appointment may be pushed off a little bit but once you get in youll be in there and set. I wouldn’t want anyone else to deliver my grandbaby or my babies. If your looking for a great OBGYN don’t look twice stop by and check him out. Whether pregnant or just female doctors he’s great! His wife also works there as well as a Nurse Practicioner and they are also very good if you prefer a female physician. The atmosphere in the building is calm and peaceful upon walking in and then the staff is great. I believe the atmosphere sets the tone and the pace for the appointment. Don’t just trust my word try them out!!!

DO NOT GO HERE. So this is my first pregnancy and i went in to jones center, really nice doctor but the nurses were a bit rude off hand. After my initial visit I was told i would get ultrasound pictures the next day and perscriptions to be filled at my local CVS. To keep this short and sweet, I didnt recieve perscriptions until a week and a half later, same with the pictures! Trying to get in contact with this office is like trying to get into the white house with a gun! Impossible! When you do get in contact everyone just tells you they are all busy. Worst experience ive had with a doctor in my life! I will never go back to jones and every single friend or family member I have i will recommend against this place. dont go here it is way too much hassle and stress. People are rude for no reason and I am very unhappy with the whole situation.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. My daughter is high risk pregnancy and started going here. At 1st appt they said she needed a couple scripts filled and would send the ultrasounds to her email. After, umpteen calls that go straight to voicemail we finally get a person (by hitting option from another dr) and the nurse says she has to wait for his approval to send over scripts. You know shes sick, why wait? More importantly why werent they done the day of visit. Why would any doctor make you wait were you are suffering? Ridiculous! Why isnt the nurse (his wife) or anybody else qualified to get something done? Then not allowing established patients to talk to someone is also ridiculous! So much could happen. What youre really saying is dont bother me, take yourself to the hospital. And then they say we call back after hours each evening. They let it ring once!!! And hung up. Grrr, most unprofessional place ever!

I’ve been going to Jones Center for women’s health/Mind body and Spirit for almost a year now. I’ve been associated with both Clinics because of my time schedule, past requests, and location.In the beginning I’ve had a family member refer me to Mind, Body, and Spirit specifically directing me to Dr. Jones. I received Dr. Angela as my healthcare provider instead but it seemed like every other time I was being seen by someone else. I requested for my Dr. to be changed to Dr. Jones and even then wasn’t handled with proper care.Throughout my time of being here over the past year I’ve come to realize they’re not as great as I thought or as they have seemed in the earlier “easy” months.Anytime I’ve had a question I’ve had to deal with passive aggressiveness. They seemed to have “swept things under the rug” and the way they talked and acted toward my thoughts, opinions, and desires made it seem like everything and anything wasn’t a big deal and shouldn’t be taken seriously. Also being talked to like I was either slow or stupid (this was by the actual doctors too, not just nurses)I received absolutely no higher knowledge or referrals of any type.Up until this point I’ve been trying to deal with a certain request (probably a lot more simple task than what trouble it’s making for me) for the past 2 weeks now and starting today makes 3 weeks.I am fed up with having to be patient and still have to call back at 1:30 because apparently they don’t have the time enough to deal with my issue right now.The timing of the appointments are also horrible, anytime I’ve had an appointment I show up at least 5 minuets or less of being late (yes, I do have a bit of a problem being on time) but even then when I have shown up on time, the waiting period tends to take longer than I suppose the appropriate timing expected.I was told on call one time before (while I was stuck in traffic and trying to get there as fast as I could) that if I were to make it any later than 5 minutes that I would have to reschedule. Even then within that small timing I still made it and the waiting time was still longer than what seemed appropriate. (While them knowing my situation they still offered to reschedule while I was already about 6 minuets from the Clinic, making it seem like gas money, time, and distance wasn’t a thing.—when I even explained to them that I live a pretty good distance.)Anytime I’ve went to their office except for the past few times I’ve been there it seemed as if they had a small number of patients to tend to, including me, but never exactly more than 5 and definitely not lobby filled which is fairly about the size of a living room– also nowhere close to it being closing time.Last but not least, my request that I’m having to deal with now has already been half way taken care of by another healthcare office. Now, I only have to depend on Jones Center for Women’s Health to take care of the rest while I’m supposed to be in my last 2 weeks of pregnancy.I definitely do not and will not recommend anyone on going to this place unless they want to be treated in the ways I have been. I most definitely will openly share my experience with anyone who questions these offices because no one deserves such careless treatment.

Unprofessional, I had an appointment at 3:15pm today. I called several times today and I’m inquired if they received my authorization from tri-care—which they did. The receptionist at the front counter allow me to sign in, and have a seat. She called me back to the counter to tell me Dr. Jones is not in and there are several people ahead of me upon his return. The right thing to do would be to call the patients and let them know he’s running behind rather than wait for them to show up and tell them. This was time off work that I used my leave for to attend....

This office is the complete worst!!! This is my first time going and last. The staff is rude and act like they dont want to be bothered, the providers are clueless, and the wait time is asinine!!! Im 38 weeks and the provider was gone to the hospital and they had me waiting in a room for a hour with no notice of what was going on. My time is valuable also!! When I stepped out to find out what was going on Barbara looked at me like I was crazy!!! She then proceeds to tell me the provider had to go to the hospital and she didnt know what time he was coming back. I rescheduled my appointment to another day and informed them if I wasnt this late in my pregnancy I would change providers!!!... RUDE AND LAZY STAFF

Customer service was awful. My daughter was attempting to verify some basic information but the only person, Sonya who handles billing had step away from her desk. Lynda and Im not sure of her position at the office kept saying I cant help you, I dont know the answers. Course Lynda didnt know the answers because she wouldnt take the time to hear the questions. By the way the questions were 1. whats the phone number here? 2. Whats the name of the lady who does billing? My daughter was had arrived on time was told to reschedule because they were unable to verify her insurance. They werent sure of how soon they could reschedule her appointment. It was possible that she may have to wait a month or longer. In my daughters bus station she decided to get her medical card and leave.I tried to call and speak to the office manager Miss Jane Johnson I was told that they didnt know her email address. They transferred me to her voicemail which I received a recording that there was not enough space to leave a message. In what professional place are you not able to find out the email address of your colleagues. Then Im transferred to Mrs. Johnson voicemails are so you cant even leave a message wheres

Wait time it outrageous, I was a new patient and they did not have any of my files like they said the would and on top of this I got turned away after I sat waiting for 2 hours for a fax...my old doctors office sent the fax but the snotty lady at the front desk had a nasty attitude and I think that played apart in this also.

I been with this office since 2014. They are a good office for birth and womens health. Every time i make an appointment im schedule like a week or two from when i called so it gives me plenty of time to make arrangements! If your pregnant and not feeling good they will get you in there the same day to make sure your baby is ok. I never had a problem with them and i always made sure i was on top of my medical stuff.

My pregnant wife had bad swelling and high blood pressure a few weeks back and Dr. Jones was the on call. After 3 messages and finally going to the hospital we have yet to here back from him to this day. Fast forward 3 weeks she had a chance section on November 22nd. She had complications and lost more blood than usual. Yesterday they didnt check here blood any! Myself being a firefighter for several years and my sister who is a RN both told them how week my wife was and pale. Even the nurse thought so. Dr. JONES denied my wife a simple cbc. Today it was a 6. Smdh. Now we are here longer with more treatments finally.

I loveeeeeee this doctor office...!!! I love dr.jones he is very nice and really concern about your pregnancy! !! If i had any concern i always ask the ppl to please give me dr.jones because he will get to the bottom of what ever is wrong . he is a awsome doctor . i always recommend ppl to come here... I also love the lady who does the ultrasound she always get my daughter and play with her until she got to do a ultrasound, everyone is nice there. ..most definitely recommend anyone to come here

I had a great experience with dr jones and office. I delivered Oct of 2016. They kept me smiling even though i was huge and could hardly walk and wanted them to induce me everytime i came in. After hours when i needed prescriptions or had questions dr jones was on call and on it with a call back. Glad i found this dr office. Now as far as prinary care, I dont know, but I am needing to know because I need primary care dr???...

Terriable! First and the last time going there, I am going to find me a new caregiver. This is my first child and me and my boyfriend have been trying for two years. Then when the DR so called gave me my exam she told me I was having a miscarriage and seem as if she did not want to do any more care on me. She didnt explain to me what to do if i was having one or nothing just walked out the room. Then when I got my ultrasound everything was in place baby was were it was supposed to be and she did not even mention to the ultrasound tech. of the possibility of a miscarriage. They have poor communication. They didnt even give me results to my pap exam good or bad. I will be going to another caregiver A.S.A.P!!!!!

Ive been going to get my implanon inserted and removed. Ive only gone once i went the first time it was okay, the receptionist was rude and the doctors didnt seem too concerned about anything of my needs or questions. The second time I went they wouldnt see me because I had to have an ID to get my implanon removed even though i was a minor (17 years old) and my guardian was there they still wouldnt let me do it. So i had to wait two weeks before I could get seen by a doctor. The receptionist had the worse attitude.

Is a general practitioner because they have no idea what theyre doing when it comes to pain management or anything of the sort so for the OBGYN part they are great I got a hysterectomy done there and the treatment was good I was treated very well there but do not use them as a general practitioner

Very Poor service, avoid at all cost. Doctors never really answer any questions directly, they are at least and 1 hour behind schedule every visit, they never give you info on next visit, and the receptionist is very rude!!! Find any other doctor/doctors office, worst experience I have ever had.

I love the Jones center

I’ve been going to this practice the last 2 years. The staff is amazing and so are the doctors. However my biggest issue is that I can never be seen when it comes to a prenatal emergency. I always have to wait until my scheduled appointment or make an ER trip. Nobody really wants an ER bill.

For the first time in my life a Doctor is actually helping me and concerned about the pain I go through. I can not express how much I love Dr Jones for caring and guiding me through this very scary experience. Feels good to be going to a Doctor who wants the best for you. Dr Jones is the best doctor who can help you. He cares for his patients and wants the best for you. Thanks to him for helping me and guiding me in a time of fear.
