I love Dr.Rizvi, he straight to the point. I can see some not liking to hear the truth. But he is awesome. The staff is always very pleasant. Yes there are some longer wait times, but look at it this way if there was an issue and you need extra time wouldnt you be grateful it was given to you as well. Labs are done in the same building and he is also amazing! Been coming here for yrs. Thanks for all the great service!

Look, Dr. Rizvi is straight forward and to the point. He will listen and tell you what you need to do to get back on track. He doesnt fluff his words, he tells you like it is. The staff is ever changing but there are some staples that have remained the same. I appreciate him as well as his staff in getting me back on track. He might not use the baby talk/reassurance that youre wanting but he will give you the tools that YOU NEED to get YOU and your health back on track. Stop bashing the man and his staff because youre sensitive.

I was honestly scared my first appointment due to the reviews this office had. I will say, my experience was complete opposite. Ive been a patient for almost a year now and Dr.Risvi has been wonderful to me. He listens and doesn’t rush you out like most Doctors do. Wait time is usually about 25-30mins. Ive never had a problem with getting my prescriptions filled on time or getting someone on the phone. If I have to leave a message they usually call me back within 24 hours. The staff is friendly. I dont have any complaints.

Very poor experience! He has no bedside manner and he was completely insensitive to me about my medical conditions, he tried to over talk me multiple times and tried to discredit the work of my current primary care physician. Please save yourself a trip and a copay!.. I wish I could give NO stars!!!!!!!

So grateful for Dr. Rizvi. Years of struggle with thyroid and symptoms. Hes the only one that put the pieces together and got me on the right track. You may have to wait in his office but its worth it! Life changing!

Horrid wait times. Nice office staff. Hot and ugly waiting room. Doctor mummbles, cuts you off if you ask a question and has no bed side manner. Changing doctors and never going back

Came for an appointment got here 20 minutes early, before the appointment time. 70 mins after appointment time still waiting to see the doctor. Would not recommend unless you like waiting around for the doctor.

I have been trying to schedule an appointment for 2 weeks. I works very 7:30 to 4. How am I supposed to get anywhere with these people. No going to try anymore. Thank goodness I am not dying

The only thing they have going for them is the staff is nice and polite.If you don’t mind waiting an hour to two hours to see the doctor than this place is perfect for you. I will literally be 10-15 minutes early for my appointment and still not be seen until 1 to 2 hours AFTER my scheduled appointment. It’s frustrating and very unprofessional!

Ive been seeing this office for about a year now, 2011-2012, and their service has been nothing but excellent. Theyve helped me get to the right medication.. FINALLY. after about two years of being told that synthroid is my best option by every other doctor Ive been to, my doctor listen to me, put me on stuff that she thought was good for me, options that I wanted to try, everything in the books. just to figure out my medication, she explained every single one of them, and how it may effect me or how it has effected some of her other patient, saying stuff like this worked or it didnt for them. I was so very pleased that I couldnt even imagine going to see another doctor. I fought to go back when my referral expired. Im finally on the right medication and they answer everything and would help me in a minute to figure out my next set of issues due to the lack of a thyroid. I would, will, and have referred people to this office. The only complaint that I do have is when its backed up, the wait time is a little longer than 5 minutes. which is fine because it helps get my thoughts gathered. Theyve been soo good to me, even the nurses are helpful! everyone theyre is so NICE!

Is it possible to give 0/5 stars? Over the course of 4 appointments, was seen (at least) over an hour late each time, and as much as two hours late on one occasion. Facilities are old and in disrepair. They misspelled my name on every prescription (different each time), making the pickup a guessing game, and at one point failed to properly send a prescription to my pharmacy THREE times for the same medication. No apologies given, just excuses. Awful experience. DO NOT GO HERE.

This place is horrible. Its like pulling teeth to get anything done. They close at 5 but say the phones close at 4 but they stop answering at 3:30. Its impossible to get anyone on the phone and when you do they are clueless. You leave a message and they NEVER call you back. Theyve over charged me a few times and if youre seeing Rizi you have to wait for 3 hours. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere where else. Once you start here its practically impossible to get them to send your stuff to a new dr. Ive been fighting with them for 2 weeks to get mine moved...
