Terrible experience. This man actually yelled at me during an office visit. I walked out.

Went to Dr. Sites with excruciating shoulder pain. He ordered an x ray and told me nothing was wrong, maybe take some ibuprofen and come back in a week. I had to ask him if ice/heat would help and if I could have a sling, he said yeah I guess that would be good. Three days later, the pain was so unbearable I made an appointment with a different ortho, Dr. Powell (5 stars). He immediately ordered an MRI which showed calcific tendinitis that required a cortisone shot and physical therapy, he immediately reassured me that shoulder tendinitis is no joke and very serious. I’ve never felt pain like this in my life and Dr Sites completely dismissed me, AND I had to pay for it. Do yourself a favor and see Dr. Powell.

Dr. Sites is a fantastic orthopaedic doctor/surgeon. He finished out an ankle surgery for another surgeon and performed two knee surgeries, and steroid injections (2 in my knee, 2 in my heel over the course of several years...since 2011 or earlier!!) on me. He and his staff are very knowledgeable, experienced, and do great work. He and his staff are careful to explain procedures very well and in a forthright manner...nothing sugar coated...honest and direct. They remain calm, professional and kind. DEFINITELY recommended!! The many procedures were due to MY fault/accidents...NOT because of Dr. Sites lack of abilities.

Dr Sites has been my orthopedic for over ten years. He always takes the time to explain all of my options in my treatment plan. Dr. Sites repaired my torn meniscus, I not only recovered but was able to run the Hogeye marathon. Thanks to Dr. Sites for doing an awesome job on my knee.

My experience with Dr. Sites was pretty terrible. He performed my ACL construction along with cleanup of my cartilage and meniscus damage. I was under his care for over a year and Im still have pain and discomfort. At one point during a consultation he asked me what kind of treatment might work best.He seemed to care for my condition but was unable to come up with a solution for my knee. I was not an unusual case as Im in my early 30s and have always been physically active.If you are considering Dr. Sites I would look elsewhere. If your surgery goes well he might do ok for you. If you things dont go well he probably wont have a good solution. Buyer beware.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sites for over 10 years along with every member of my family. He has repaired both of my ACLs and I could not have been happier with the results. I played college basketball and was able to make a full recovery. I also decided to undergo the ACI surgery (cartilage restoration) and although I am not fully released from that it has gone very well and have had no issues during my recovery process. In addition he has fixed both of my sisters ACLs, as well has my fathers total knee replacement and rotator cuff repair. They are both did very well with all of their surgeries. I could not say enough good things about Dr. Sites. He always has the patients best interest at heart and takes the time to explain in detail your treatment options and what he recommends. I would certainly recommend him to anyone who might need an orthopedist.

Please run away from this doctor as fast as you can ! He sells his words for misfortune of others . I would not let him touch me with a ten foot pole
