I had surgery 20 years ago and this man is awesome! Would highly recommend him any time.

Made an appt with Dr. Harvey two months in advance on my day off. I was called the day before and told he couldn’t see me. I explained I only had the next two days off and needed to be seen for my back and was in terrible pain. I got silence on the phone and was finally offered another location of a PA. It was too far for me to drive. She was very RUDE!!!!! She told me I need to understand he is human and has emergencies. Yes, I get that but I am human too with an emergency. I made this appt on my day off purposely and Resurgens has many drs. I never had this problem bringing my daughter to see Spencer Rowland there multiple times. I do expect staff NOT to be RUDE and them To WORK with me when I can’t come on another day. Most times I can but not with this appt. I didn’t even get an “I’m sorry for the inconvenience” only an “he’s a doctor”. Well, guess what, Dr.Harvey? Your RUDE receptionist just made you look really bad. I will not be spending my hard earned money at Resurgens anymore.
