She’s very hard to understand. She pushes injections, that don’t help. Her bedside manner is terrible, and she will cut patients off without notice. Don’t go to this doctor if you want pain relief. She’s not a specialist. If you miss a call from the office, you can be cut off. I’ve been in pain management for about 15 year’s, and she’s one of the worst doctor’s I’ve seen. I would highly recommend not signing a contract with her if she wants you to. Save yourself the pain, and go to another doctor. She’s been in trouble already, but patient’s wind up paying for her mistakes. There are much better doctor’s available in the area. (She’s just as bad as Gaines)

Dr lou is very caring and understanding about her patience. She listen and care and does everything she can to help. She goes above and beyond and she does not treat you like most the doctors that I have been to do. I am extremely happy to have found her!! Thank you to her and her wonderful staff. I absolutely love this clinic!!!!!!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Cathy since February. She is a very compassionate and caring doctor. She has a positive upbeat attitude which has always put me at ease when she has done my back injections. She has always strived to make sure I stayed on the most minimum pain medication plausible that can effectively manage my pain. She spends quality time with me asking me many questions to find out how helpful that what she is doing is beneficial for my care and to deliberate other treatments that may work for me. I was beyond sad when she had lost her license, just imagining what she was having to deal with. Caring doctors are hard to find and with how everything is going even harder to keep. She performs pill counts and monthly urine drug tests. I really hope all the restrictions that’s been placed on her are lifted. She deserves praise and not condemnation.

Last year I would have given Dr. Kathy low a five star he has taking care of me for many years and gave me next Medicine that made my life a good life worth living. I moved away and came back to her two months ago and because of the problem she went through she cut me off of my fentanyl patches I was taking 75 and she cut me down to 25 mg the first month then she took my completely off. I am miserable I am hurting so bad I’m going through the worst with drawls I ever the possible and I call and they say they can do nothing. So I have to change doctors as much as I love Dr Lou and it’s very sad that she is going through because of the state of Arkansas is putting her through but I cannot live like this I would rather not live then be like I am now.Remember I would have given her a five because she such a good doctor but the state of Arkansas Destroyed that. I’m hoping I get referred to the doctor next door to her

Great doctor! Great staff! Receptionist addressed the review with me as I had expressed some discontent in the original version about her and she chose the high road with me in sincerely explaining her part and did so in a way that opened my eyes to her heart and my need to cut her some slack. I have a new respect for her! Rare QUALITY that is! it’s a great place to get the care you need. DR Lou is amazing!

Dr. Lou is an amazing doctor. She listens and youre not just a number but a person deserving of compassion. She has given me my life back. I care for her situation deeply and simply do not understand seeing as how her policies are strict, deservingly so. I feel for her and all of her staff and hope that she will soon be back in practice.

Went to Dr Lou several years ago (before I lost my insurance) Loved her! She gave me injections for my bulging disks in my neck & it helped for over a year! Just got my insurance again & cant wait to be referred back to her clinic.

Dr. Lou is a very good doctor. Ive never had any problems with her. She gives me good treatment. I hope she keeps her license.

First visit with Dr Luo and I am very impressed with her and her staff. Everyone was very pleasant and informative and helpful and I felt like I was in good hands! The receptionist was the best receptionist I have ever encountered, she went above and beyond to help me! Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Dr. Lou for several years for chronic pain. She has always listened to my requests to try other modalities for helping my pain. She and her staff have been so supportive that it makes me want to hug them all. I have been in Pain Management off and on since 2003 stemming from a motorcycle accident. Before starting pain management I tried massage, physical therapy, acupuncture, Tia chi. Basically pretty much everything. I thank her and her staff for being so patient and understanding.Carol

I didnt like her from the very first visit. You check in. It really doesnt take long to see her. So, when your name is called, you get the cup foryour drug screen. Then you get weighed. Next into an exam room. You are asked some questions about your pain level. So on my last visit she came in. Reads her computer screen. I shared about a new pain device. She was not receptive to the OSKA pain management device. So like she always, she mumbles something and then she left the room. From the first time to the last time, its always the same. Id had enough. I got huffy because she was driving me crazy!! So she recinded my pain contract and I couldnt be happier. Seriously. The turnover in her office is way past ridiculous. I would not refer her to anyone!

Dr Cathy Luo is a caring pain management doctor but she is more than that she makes you feel comfortable and unashamed .

I lost my husband almost 1 year ago. He was over medicating. I believe if there was some kind of pill count and random drug testing, they would have caught this. You could look at him and see him declining. I called and left messages on the office answering machine, but no response. What a shame...

Dr lou is a WONDERFUL caring Dr. Never once has she thrown medicine at me. She has listened to all my concerns developed a plan to tackle my issues. I have been going to her for several years and if I ever did increase my medication it was in moderation. We are here to control our pain! Medication is not her only coarse of action, but no one is twisting your arm to go to her. I choose her because she is great , she cares and wants to see results! This woman has been a life saver to myself and the way I function as a mother and a wife had it not been for her I would not be leading the quality of life I am now! She has made it possible to wake up each day and be a mom again and a wife. I can go see my childrens sports events, attend church etc. I thank God she was placed in my life. Thank you for the awesome work Dr lou and your dedication to helping your patients.

She has enabled a extremely arthritic (advanced osteo arthtitis and gout) senior to live a relatively normal life. She is an excellent pain management physician. I highly recommend her and her staff.

I have received several injections in back and knee. Dr Lou is always timely and very precise with her injections, I am always comfortable knowing her methods are safe and precise

Best , most sincere dr I have ever been to. She cares and is only interested in the end result. She actually tries to treat the issue not mask it. This is a dr you can truly trust what ever opinion she gives you.To Penny,THEY DO DRUG SCREEING EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU COME IN . Maybe if your husband took his medication responsibly ,it wouldnt have happen and ,if he was over medicating then HE shouldve taken personal accountability. You said ,you could look at him and see he was declining .Why didnt YOU as his spouse step in ?since you want to blame other people. Its people like that, that make it hard on legit pain patients that take their medication AS DIRECTED. If he had a problem he should have gotten help or you could have found him help. You cant blame other people for someones choice not to he a responsible adult. If it was that serious it would have taken more than a phone call ,maybe get him help with a drug rehab or even came in to the office, but thats too much like right huh . Looks like YOU failed him and HE failed himself. The bitter truth is a hard pill to swallow, no pun intended. No matter my opinion on the situation Im sorry for your loss you just cant go around blaming other people for your own problems.

Caring staff Dr Luo is very good at listening to your needs and developing a plan for your specific problem. Your not just a number your a person.

Talked to the lady doing the referral appointments. When I said I had done the injections for 7yrs. And .The last one failed. I was told they do injections and pain meds and sent me back to my primary physician.
