I recently had oral surgery done by this doctor, his office (Greater Expression - Decatur office) submitted false claims to my insurance company billing for work that was not completed. I made several attempt to reach the office manager, left several messages and no one return my phone call. I had a post surgical appointment three weeks later and when i got to the office, Dr. Ashish refused to see me. He was notified by his staffs that i had concern regarding the claim submitted to my insurance company. A check of over $2,900.00 was paid out to his office, yet he could not meet with me to justify his claim amount. The doctor claimed he did complete oral surgery to all 4 quadrants of my mouth, when in fact he did partial. My insurance company issued him a check for complete upper and lower (all four quadrants) but that was a false claim submitted by the doctor. After long discussion and concern, i was asked when i would like to come back in to have oral surgery done to the area that was not done. With concern i asked the office manager if she could provide me something in writing that indicate i would not be billed again since they have already received payment from my insurance company for that portion of the work that wasnt done. The office manager told me she could not provide me anything in writing. This was my first experience with this doctor and his staffs. I no longer TRUST DR. ASHISH and his staffs. I have already reported him and his practice to my insurance company. I will also notify the Dental board, BBB, and take legal action against him for falsifying claim for work that was
