I had a bridge installed for my front left tooth. Also had treatments for deep cleaning. The staff at Great Expressions in Fayetteville Lanier did an excellent job. Dr. Woodrick is truly a skilled professional not to mention his skilled assistant Stacy who did an excellent job in making my temporary bridge while the permanent was being made. His assistant Kendra is also a wonderful member of his team friendly, always with a smile and made me feel comfortable during the entire process. I’m truly pleased. I would recommend location for all dental needs.

I just had a root canal done and I was super scared and anxious, but Dr. Woods made me very calm with his soothing personality and expertise. I was as calm as a whistle and barely felt anything. It was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them, as well the Peachtree City Great Expressions, who recommend me to him. The staff was so nice from the assistants to the secretary. The secretary even gave me a credit, saved me $50, which really surprised me. I really enjoyed my experience which is a lot to say because normally I am not a big fan of dental work. Great expressions is the best in the game : )

I can only say great things about my experience at Great Expressions in Fayetteville. I was looking for a dental office that I could get an appointment ASAP. I was experiencing severe tooth pain that prevented me from eating and sleeping. When I called in, Gwen answered the phone and was very accommodating in scheduling an appointment with Dr. Reid. I was very impressed with Dr. Reid and his staff—they were friendly, helpful and professional. Dr. Reid immediately diagnosed my situation as having a crack tooth, therefore, needing a crown. He fitted me with a temporary crown, and within a couple of hours, I was able to eat on both sides of my mouth 😊. He also was able to fix a tooth that I was experiencing pain and discomfort with caused by a prior dentist, Dr. Jenkins at Smile Parlor in Locust Grove.I will definitely go back to Great Expressions in Fayetteville, and see Dr. Reid.

I’ve been going to this office for over 10 years since I was in college and they’ve always nothing but professional and friendly. Dr. Reid is amazing and so is his staff! Everyone from the front desk to the hygienists are very welcoming and treat you like family. I’ve never had any issues or had a bad day there. Highly, highly recommend!!!

My 6 month dental cleaning was easy. I was treated well & feel I need the routine cleaning,as I have many crowns & fillings. I have confidence in the dental hygienist. My dentist is very competent. I trust his judgement about my teeth.

Im absolutely irritated with their Billing Dept. My spouse got services here and the bill was immediately sent to collections. On a Bill that Im paying on, directly to their billing team! Ive made numerous attempts to try and fix this and yet it seems as if they cannot fix the issue. I was told by someone in the billing Dept. that this has happened to numerous customer accounts...BEWARE you might get sent to collections on a payment agreement you have ongoing!! With No HELP from the BILLING Dept.

Dr. Waksor made the tooth extraction quick and easy. Will start coming to this location instead.

Dr. Walter Reid is my dentist. I had a dental emergency - when I called the office the staff efficiently and compassionately got me in to see him. They were very pleasant and seemed genuinely concerned. I was promptly seen at my appointment time. Dr. Reids Dental Assistant walked me back and immediately began the process. She was a true delight - having only been at the offices for two months. While she was conducting the prep - Dr. Reid came to acknowledge that I was there and was in to begin shortly after. It was such a pleasant visit and the work that Dr. Reid performed was painless - I almost just wanted to hang out for the rest of the day! Thanks Dr. Reid and team.

I have serious dental anxiety but the staff and doctors at this location put me at ease! Dr. Reid is the first doctor that I receive no pain when getting numbed. The staff is nice, professional, and very organized.

I don’t recommend the oral part of this facility. Went in today to get my wisdom teeth removed, the one who took my X-rays was nonchalant/dry maybe because it was early in the morning.. I’m just not use to that. All the Great Expressions I have went to have been a bit more cheerful, or at least have had good energy. I understand people are at work to do their job but your energy should be a little better when dealing with people. I just wasn’t comfortable because I felt like the energy was off. Honestly when the oral surgeon came in and he spoke with me about my X-rays all I heard was “ nerves, wisdom tooth, mouth numb, permanent damage, and too deep so I thought the worst. I suppose that that comes with wisdom teeth removal? I’ve never had my wisdom teeth removed before but at least try to comfort your clients with a “ you should be fine” or reassure them that they will be put to sleep/ they will have their mouth numbed especially for someone who has never had a procedure before. Just say something reassuring them that it will be ok. I literally expected the worst so I canceled.

My visit yesterday at Great Expression was not a great experience. The best thing happened was they did bring me back from the waiting room too the Dental chair within 15 Min. My visit there was 2 1/2 hours Long . The Dental assistant made a Hugh mistake and pulled the wrong crown off and I will be charged for full repair . I am not happy with this. And will follow up with who-Evers in charge on my next visit.

I was in unbearable pain yesterday (9-10-21) and I phoned the office and mentioned to the young lady- I wanted to jump off of a building. The young lady (Kendra) calmed me and told me to be there at 11. I thank God for her and the level of care she had not only for the pain I was in, but my life. My dental assistant (Arianna) was awesome too. Arianna communicated with me in such a way that eased my mind and because she is a foodie and me too- we meshed. Then Dr. Reid! Everytime I see him- he is always super great. And- yesterday he exceeded his awesomeness in a way that made me- be reminded that it is good to be in good hands. No organization. No one knew if I paid, who talked to me about what, what I was having done. No bedside manner. Very unclean! Cob webs and dust in room. Staff kept coming in to take things from room while I was having tooth removed, dentist asked for a tool I guess they were out of. Got the impression it was a sh*t show in that office.

Went there last week and they told me my insurance information isn’t complete and I’d pay full cost, or I could resolve the issue and set another appointment. I waited 1 month for my first appointment. Now after fixing everything, I have to wait another month. Im in pain and they won’t allow any emergency calls so if you have severe pain, I promise you they won’t make an exception for you. Kindly ask your insurance provider to change your primary facility to a different location.

Pros: Convenient location. quick check in, pleasant dental hygienist.Cons: Some of the less friendly staff members should not be able to in direct contact with customers. Woodrich seemed very rushed and did not give a clear understanding of his evaluation/recommendations before exiting the room.

The doctor and his assistant were wonderful and very professional. The problem I had, and with speaking to others who have had prior services with this company, is the surprise billing. I received a treatment plan with a total for services. When I went to check out ( in pain) I was told that my bill was an extra $1000+. I was able to pay the bill, it wasnt about the cost, it was the principle. It was not a good feeling.

Disorganized. Called to get my account number and was given the wrong information. Was told by Nicole that she didnt know what to give me. No effort made to retrieve the correct information for me to set up an online account. Cancelled my appointment for Tues, Apr 27th at 10am by phone today and was told that my appointment would be cancelled but now not so sure since she didnt seem like the type to take her job seriously. Additionally, prior to canceling, called to confirm the work that would have initially been done tomorrow only to find out that what I needed done (3 fillings) has been stretched out over 3 appointments totalling over $1500 which makes no sense since it doesnt take 3 appointments to complete 3 fillings. Much more has obviously been added to increase the total due (price gauging) and I found out that I was scheduled for a tooth implant after I made it known to the dentist that I am not interested in that whatsoever, as the missing tooth is far in the back and not bothering me at all. Very displeased with my experience and will be returning to my former dentist. Yes, I will now have to pay out of pocket since he is out of network (hence why I decided to try this one) but the service and integrity is worth it. Would also like to add that this is their Fayetteville location.

My son and I have been patients of Dr. Reid for 25+ years now. The Great Expression office on Lanier Ave. in Fayetteville is the 3rd office site we have followed him to. My husband became his patient as well about 7 years ago. Any and all staff you encounter at the Lanier Ave. office are exceptionally friendly, professional and helpful. We are always satisfied with the professional services provided by Dr. Reid, other dental associates and the oral surgeons at this location. Prices charged are very fair and wait time minimal. I set the bar high in terms of expectations for good customer services. Dr. Reid and staff have met and exceeded those standards for 25 years. I can’t imagine any of us having a dental need that would not be resolved asap. There are many other available options for dental services but this office remains our preferred choice for reasons stated.

Dr. Reid always take good care of my teeth. The dentist is my least favorite place but he makes sure he numbs new up really good and I feel no pain. I travel all the way from Douglasville passing plenty of Great Expressions just to come to him!Also Dr. Woodrick is the best at root canals. I always heard how painful it is time have one and was nervous about the procedure but I felt NOTHING when he did mine!

I wasted 114.00 of my insurance money on an x-ray only to be informed later of the outrageous cost of dental care I was seeking should have given this info up front or it should be on website turnaround time is also too long. Dissappointed

I went in for a root canal and was scared to death, but Dr.Woods was amazing. He numb me up sooo good to the point, I didn’t feel anything. Actually I was sitting there waiting for him to start. He said ma’am I’m ALL done. I was like NOWAY!! He is the BEST!! The only thing I didn’t like was that first shot in the gum only because I absolutely HATE needles. But after the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th one I FELT NOTHING!! Again he is the absolutely BEST!!

I love coming to this great expressions but the only downfall is they refuse to answer the phone . Would be a great team if they put more effort into answering calls and concerns . It takes almost 1-2 weeks to get in contact with them .

MY ROOT CANAL EXPERIENCE.I recently had a root canal through Great Expressions. They first of all, almost started the procedure on an upper tooth. When it was actually the bottom tooth that required the root canal. They then, quoted a different price for this tooth. Even though, it was the tooth discussed in the initial consultation. After the procedure, I was sent home without any medication nor follow up instructions. I began to feel pain in the area of the procedure which multiplied in intensity quickly. I had to contact their office for an immediate resolution. The receptionist inquired which medication I was taking for the root canal. When I told her that I was not given anything she said hold on, then came back to the phone with three prescriptions wanting to know where I wanted her to send the to. By the time that I had actually gotten the medication, the pain level was so high that I passed out. All of the pain that I incurred could have been avoided if they they had only followed proper protocols.

Waited longer than I expected to. But the doctor was great.

They didnt even bother to return my call & message I left them about being in pain & possibly having an infection. I called several times & even my insurance provider tried to call them on my behalf & they never answered. My insurance stepped in and gave me an emergency authorization to seek care elsewhere, which I did. Thankfully I found a really kind & compassionate dental practice that took my call right away & saw me the same day.

Alice, the front desk receptionist is SO much better than the office on Banks Road. Jamie, the receptionist at the Banks Road location, is HORRIBLE and cares nothing about the customers experience. Dotty makes sure I completely understand my insurance benefits. Andrea and DD make me feel like family. Dr. Reid is awesome.

This company is a complete rip off! My daughter has been coming here and since the pandemic the payment system that was setup is all over the place and this Fayetteville office makes it no better! The white girl at the front desk lies about the payments that are due even after auto pay is setup and the funds have been collected she still wants to say there is a balance! I would never recommend this company to anyone if you know better you will stay far far away from them! I see exactly why the dentist leave here too the company is just horrible

My visit and experience surpassed my expectations, (challenging times) beginning with the controlled entry where my temperature was taken, to the seating arrangement in the waiting room really set the tone . The tech who accompanied me to the examination right through to the tech doing my cleaning and Dr Woodrick were all very professional and followed all of the covid19 protocols while delivering superb service. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Looking forward to my next visit.
