I would recommend Dr. Scott and his office to all my friends. I took my disabled daughter there and the receptionist was so nice, courteous and professional. I had a dental emergency and they were able to see me within an hour of calling. I was in horrible pain and I was so nervous. Every person that helped me made me feel comfortable and welcome. John pulled my tooth and I was so scared but he explained everything he was doing and I didnt feel any pain at all. I couldnt believe how fast and painless they got it done. I highly recommend them to anyone whos looking for a dentist.

They have gotten very unprofessional over the years I don’t know what happen but they are NOT trying those front desk ladies the way they need to I had a procedure for wisdom teeth removal on the 29th of June and somehow they “lost” my appt date??? Never again will I deal with this unprofessional place ever!

I have been a patient at Dr. Walter Scotts office since 2007. I moved away and it has been 10 years since I have seen a dentist. They took care of my need of a crown and root canal so fast and efficiently. This is a great dentist office.

We have gone to DrScott for all our dental needs for 15 years. In all that time, weve had no problems at all. He is not only a great dentist, but a great human being who mentors teens. He is a Christian, and he walks the walk.We initially got his name out of the Yellow Pages (no joke!). I had a strange dental problem. He was the first dentist to diagnose it correctly and refer me to a dental surgeon to take care of it. Recently, my husband was having terrible pain after an extraction. Dr Scott met us at his office that evening and wrote him a prescription for pain. This man goes above and beyond, believe me!

Dr Scott has been my dentist since I was a little girl. My second mom referred our family and weve had nothing but good experiences since. When I was in college I tried to do dentist offices that were closer but they just werent the same . The office really cares about you as a patient and an individual . Dr. Scott is so kind and he remembers so much about everyone that its hard to feel like just a number . The office does their very best to insure comfort and quality care. Like I said, I tried another office when I was in school but they just did not compare.

Very rude staff. Lost my crown and then advices me it would take 4-5 hours for a office visit to get a new one made. Then they try and schedule 3 times to get the permanent crown put in. No empathy for their patients. Expensive and unorganized. Overpriced for half tail work.

Dr. Walter S. Scott DDS & Associates is by far the best dentistry to go to. I have seen him off and on my whole life so I have some other dentist offices under my belt for experience due to not living in Fayetteville at the time. I dreaded going to a different office everytime but was hopeful that maybe they would be just as great but was I totally wrong. Plus, as I get older I have really high anxiety about going to the dentist because I am either worried about the pain I might be in etc...but everytime they ease me into the process of everything they do. They make sure I am in no pain what so ever , when I am done they make sure all my questions are answered, and before I leave that I am completely satisfied with everything. One more thing thats great about them is they have a second location at the mall that is open on Saturdays so like me with three kids its hard to get YOURSELF in any office because its all about your babies. All that being said I really do appreciate Walter Scott and all his associates! Thank you for everything!!

I am a friend of one of the patients of this dentistry. She came out in tears fallowed by the dentist assistant apologising for the substandard treatment she received from one of the local dentist. The doctor was vulgar, rude, and very aggressive towards the teary-eyed young lady. Was it because she had medicaid insurance. This young lady is a cancer surviver, fought for her life, to be treated less. She, and every patient deserves far better then the treatment [she] received.
