This is a Christian office. Came in today for a cleaning (my 2nd visit to the office) and found this on their whiteboard. Theyre not preachy. But this note lets you know where they stand. Your wait is also going to be on the long side. Neither myself nor my husband have gotten in on time for our appointments. The hygienists Ive had are incredibly friendly and thorough. But I shouldnt have to wait very long for a cleaning. Especially one at 8am, thats just poor office management. This will be my last visit to this office.It is also important to add, my husband had a couple fillings done. They overcharged him (more than $100) because they require payment up-front. The over charge itself is not necessarily alarming, I suppose if you dont know exactly how much a particular insurance will pay for the service (again, back to poor office management as this # should be easily found by an employee) but what is alarming, is that once insurance paid, they did not issue a refund. We had to call and request it. This was months after the fact, so they had time to see the discrepancy for themselves.

They are absolutely the best! The staff is kind and personable. It is a Christ -centered office and give kindness to all who enter their office. Doctor Ricaud is awesome with my children and they do not mind coming to see him!

Great family Dentist. Excellent service.My first visit was a emergency around Christmas. I phoned the 24 hr number they got back to me early the next morning.Dr Ricuad came in it was a Saturday morning.I could tell he wasnt expecting to work that morning.I was in a lot of pain. While the numbing was taking effect he asked if I would mind if he said a prayer. We prayed together and he took care of my pain. The tooth was cracked to the root and needed a root canal. I was very blessed to have call that particular 24 hr. Number.

Everybody is always so nice and welcoming. Katelyn is always gentle and does a great job with my routine cleanings. Love this office.

I had the best experience ever. I was full of so much fear because of a previous dental visit with another dentist. But Dr. Ricaud and staff made things so comfortable for me. I thank you guys so much.

A great office overall but they tell lies, dont communicate with each other, and also make up charges to take your money. I dont have insurance and need a lot of work done. I was given a treatment plan of things they said I didnt need making my treatment plan very costly. The assistant told me I didnt need certain work done but the office manager told me I did. They also charged me for X-rays that I did not ask for.I scheduled an appointment for extraction on a certain tooth. Dr. Stated that if I get implants to just wait. I said ok. They charged me $202 for unwanted xrays for tooth I didnt come in for and thorough explanation of a procedure we already talked about in a previous visit. I never got extraction or nothing even a dental mirror in my mouth. So why was I charged $202? The doctor is the one who wanted to wait.Fast forward I scheduled implant and explained to Amanda the situation she said she would deduct the X-rays (smh) instead of putting that $202 towards my extraction being that the doctor told me to wait to get it done. On previous visit where assistant said I didnt need a $625 bone graft and Dr. said my bone was good. Amanda said yes I did need it.At this point Im fed up. I just want my teeth to get fixed and be happy with my dentist. This office doesnt give me that. I found a new one which is way better and willing to help me with my needs.And they call themselves Christians. I use to be an assistant. I know how things go.

I have had a amazing experience here. I came in with a emergency appointment and was in alot of pain. The staff was so kind even on the phone. When you first entered the office, you can feel the warmth, compassion, and care of the workers there. The lady at the front desk gives a big genuine smile and is very pleasant. The hygiene tech was very interpersonal and went above to develop a rapport with me. She sought to make me feel comfortable as this was my first visit. She was very patient with me as well. In addition, Dr. Ricaud illuminated the Love of Christ -for me which is very important... Not just by his confession but his actions. He seemed to genuinely care about people and was humbly grateful for my business. He didnt have to say thank you but that shows his humility. On another note, he was attentive and listened to my concerns regarding my teeth. He sought the problem and found a solution- that is being thorough and I appreciated that. I highly recommend this office where you will not only get physically treated but spiritually lifted. :)

FINALLY found a dentist office that I plan to stick with. Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist and Dr Ricaud were so nice, warm, friendly, welcoming and professional. Ive bounced around from dentist to dentist throughout the years because I never really found one that liked 100%...until now. In addition to them doing good work, its also an added bonus for me that the atmosphere is set when you walk in and see that they love Jesus. Katelyn was my hygienist, and she was super sweet. Im big on good service, so Ive shared with many I know already. So glad I found them!

This is a great place for family. The whole staff is friendly and there is a very short wait time. They explained everything carefully and made myself and kids feel very comfortable during our visit. I highly recommend this dentist office to the world....:)

This was the best experience Ive had at the dentist. The idea of ​​going to the dentist scares me and terrifies me, but Dr. Artie is a great blessing from God, he is excellent. I just have to say that everything about this dentistry was awesome. I called to make an appointment because I had some concerns and was able to get seen the same day. Dr. Artie and his staff are very professional. I needed my crown replaced and a deep cleaning. Both services were scheduled immediately. Maren was the dental assistant who helped Dr. Artie. Dr. Artie explained the process to me and Maren was instrumental with assisting him in the process. Naomi was the hygienist who did my deep cleaning and she made me feel very comfortable. She was pleasant and asked throughout if I was okay. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Artie and his staff. They are fantastic!

I’m only giving one star because of the office staff member Amanda who works in the front first she read all about Hyppa information and all of my treatment plant out in front of everybody then when I called to reschedule my appointment she acts like she doesn’t remember how she treated me on the first visit I really feel as if I was racial profiled because once I called everything out of how I was being treated I got a phone call back saying that she Amanda has spoke to the dentist and they don’t think I trust anybody in the office Amanda words for me not to even come and finish my dental treatment because of a one-sided story that Amanda told them the dentist!!

After hearing Dr. Arties name recommended from a few conversations, I reached out to schedule an appt. for a 2nd opinion about some work I needed done. Dr. Artie confirmed that I did need the work done and made a suggestion on what should be done. I felt comfortable with him and his suggestion even though it was involved, so we scheduled the work and I got started. Ive had one visit so far and all is good, we have a few more to go. Hes great, mindful of the patient and pain tolerances, helpful and works with a skilled hand. The team and staff are awesome, very kind and friendly!

OMG! I can’t say enough great things about his place, first of all a piece of my filling came off and it was killing me I called on a Saturday and guess what!? They saw me that Sunday! Not only was the staff nice, the Dr then came in and before digging in my mouth to see what was wrong he asked if there was anything we could pray for first! He explained to me if he is going to work on Sunday he would give God the glory I was blown away! The pain was mended and he did not rush me to any expensive procedures but said I had time to fix the problem. I came back for my cleaning and the tech was awesome and the services I needed (root canal) was very affordable with my insurance. I met his mother in law while checking out and we began to talk about Jesus and how good he is and we both began to tear up I was blown away by the presence of God in that place and I will forever be a patient with them!

So glad I chose this practice for my emergency dental work, I had an accident where my front tooth broke on a Saturday eveningwhile out of town, I immediately start googling 24 dentist and came across Dr.Ricaud . I messaged the emergency line at 10:30pm and by 7am I received a message saying they could work me in for Sunday at 1:30. Not only where they fast, but they were genuinely caring and sweet. I live about an hour and a half away from the office but I’d gladly drive for his service anytime.
