Awesome doctors and nurses. I fell as though they really care about me and my heart ❤! Dr. Thomas as done several procedures on me to help better my issues. Ever so grateful 🙏 for him.

Dr Thomas was very thorough. He reviewed previous medical issues with me and took the time to respond to ALL my questions. I value his professionalism and patience.

Dr. Matthew Daka is best! Very knowledgeable, caring, explains everything in such a way a child could understand but does not insult your intelligence at the same time. He listens and hears what I am saying as his patient. Yes he runs behind frequently but the quality of care received more than makes up for waiting. I recommend him to anyone who is in need of a cardiologist.

I called today to see if my referral was still good since I actually seen one of the physicians at the hospital and the lady on the phone was rude. Part of the problem with the doctors office is the staff, the actual physicians are great but the staff makes the clinic look bad. I will not follow up with them even though they came to see me at the hospital I will find another cardiology clinic to go to. This makes me sad because the physicians were great and I hope they have a meeting with the staff about how they talk to patients on the phone.

If I could give zero stars I would. From day one this place was a living nightmare for me. Was scheduled for two tests, one of which I refused and asked to have cancelled. Was under the impression it was canceled until they kept calling me and upsetting me. Tried to schedule the other and got a different story from every receptionist I spoke to. Was told my cancellation request was handled, yet I kept being bugged about it. Another scheduled me for the other, yet the next said the opposite and said she still had me down for the cancelled one and didt even see the other. After all that I told them that I dont prefer to do business with an operation that has liars and manipulators for an office staff, attempts to go over my head and not abide by my wishes and causes me so much stress that the health conditions I do have along with my PTSD were greatly worsened. It took me having to call my insurance company to get them cease. I am still not over the level of stress they caused me and I will never grace their office with my presence ever again nor would I recommend them to anyone. All I can say is thank you for the nightmare, one of many other ones that I just didnt need, was unnecessary and highly unappreciated.

I was very impressed. The staff is very kind and professional. Dr. Thomas is the best. Amalyn gave me my stress test and she is so smart and helpful. This is definitely my choice for the best cardiologist doctors office. I would not consider anywhere else.

Dr. Thomas is an excellent cardiologist. Ive been under his care ever since I started having heart problems. He knows his stuff and communicates well with his patients. He is courteous and polite and makes the patient feel at ease.

Dr Daka was great. He took great care to explain everything to me and even drew a little diagram of a heart and sat with me to explain everything everything. I will never look for another cardiologist.

Never ever have I had to wait so long for an appointment. They schedule you for an appointment and if your lucky you might get in a room 1 1/2 hrs after the appointment and then wait up to another 1hr waiting again. And this is a constant. They have never been on time since I have been coming here

Nereida JohnsonAll the doctors here are amazing! I have seen 2 of them on a regular basis. Dr. Matthew Daka which is my primary cardiologist is so good with his patients. He is extremely considerate and patient. He’s careful to ensure that all questions are answered and unrushed. He makes his patients feel cared for; and that they are really special. Dr. Scaf is the same way... I have never had a team of doctors such as these... if you are blessed enough to come in to see them, they will not steer you wrong

Im a patient of Dr. Scaf, hes a wonderful doctor. On June 12th I had an appointment couldnt go to my appointment because they had some issue with Tricare. They waited until the day before my appointment that was scheduled 3 months ago. They suggested I call Tricare I did got everything straighten out and call back. They proceed to tell me what I already took care of and now I have to wait 14 days to be seen. They also said I could of come today sign a waiver and be responsible for the bill.I explain that I wasnt feeling good and needed to see Dr. Skaf. He was suppose to take me off a medication. The entire Staff I spoke to had no compassion for my situation not even Dr. Skaf nurse. They dont know how to find a solution even when youve done your part. The one star is for the staff not my Dr.

We waited 30 minutes in the waiting room, ( our appointment was at 10:15 ...then we were moved to another waiting room and have been waiting an hour to be seen....its 11: 42 ...still no doctor

Absolutely unprofessional! (With the exception of Dr . Thomas).I have been waiting over six weeks for Dr. Skaf to read and sign a one page form which according to their policy should only take two weeks. Had I known hed be so careless with my health, I would have never agreed to be seen by him.

Dr Manesh 5 Stars front window staff 1. I dont know why people dont value courtesy and respect. Is it so hard to be pleasant when youre getting paid to do so? I dont know who Dr Manesh assistant is now, but in 2014 it was a very unprofessional woman that likes to discuss people health issue in an open forum. Wait period is incredible. I will offer my LSS experience for free to help streamline the wait. 09/19. New people and professionalism retored.

The others posting great things are paid or friends and staff. There is often an almost 3hour wait. First time l recently had heart surgery. Today, I was sick and staff wont tell you when wait is loonnggg. I walked out. Dr. Thomas is good , but nothing g is worth that wait. It is a major lack of respect to their clients to assume.no one has anything else to do but wait a d in some cases cause more stress. No one is worth being treated like that- go to Raleigh or PineHurst. The drive is less Tha. 3 hours.

I Brenda Stephens was introduced to doctor Thomas manesh ,in 2015 and it was the worst thing I ever done ,he gave me a heart cathorazation on my right wrist that has been swollen up and hurting me every since 12/9/2015 now Ima bout to be afraid of all doctors ,Hes cause my life a living hell ,to where I cant hardly use my right hand and it my primary hand .I cry all the time everybody sees my right hand and cant believe it ,it bothers me dearly, daily Ive SUFFERED for the last two years ,and now Ive also been losing doctors since Ive filled a complaint against him ,but the state of North Carolina on his side ,but my hand says it all ,and til this day its has worsened badly and still swollen

Normally on a regular day I may have spent maybe 30 mins in this clinic..but today is ridiculous,,the people in the lobby were extra loud along with a employee i checked in at 10:15,,Its now 12:18 and nobody has came in to say nothing about nothing..overall I usually recieve good service but today I just dont know!!

This visit seemed to be less tedious than my usual appointments. Due to a medication I take, I always need to have an EKG during triage which adds to my appointment wait time. Dr. Daka was not in the office, so I saw one of his PAs. His PAs are very knowledgeable. During my most recent appointment, his PA spent some time explaining why I need a specific minimum hemoglobin level before it would be safe to have a heart cath.Dr. Daka is a very good Cardiologist and the nursing staff are also very good. However, the wait time is almost always very LONG: 1.5 hours in the lobby plus another 1.5+ hours waiting for him in the exam room.I understand he is busy and has the occasional emergency to handle, but for every visit! I thought the long wait times was normal for this office, until I accompanied a friend to see one of the other providers.

Wait period is long and unnecessary, even if you have appt your still waiting for about an hour the least.
