Hes been my Chiropractor for 15 years, been getting Chiro and acupuncture all along. He has kept me out of my chronic pain ever since I started.

Everybody that works here was very nice and the massage chair was great. Only reason Im leaving a negative review is because they failed to adjust my back or hip and ended up using a laser which gave me zero relief.

Patient communication was very lacking the Dr barely spoke ten words to me. I received little to no relief after treatment. I have received acupuncture on several occasions at a different location and always found relief. I filled all new patient forms online prior to my arrival and yet I was charged for a new patient consult. Which I already stated I probably only had ten words spoke to me while there. I tried to email them with my concerns and the email address provided on their website was invalid. I called and spoke with the Dr to express my thoughts and asked question, the answer was basically come back, spend more money and well try again.

I went earlier this year. They claimed they could help fibromyalgia and at this point I was willing to try anything. I really wanted the ultrasound? Laser therapy? For muscle skeletal pain whatever was on their site.I was told by my general doctor to make sure my neck isnt cracked due to my symptoms. I told him in our brief meeting which I felt was glossed over. But my issue is the trust. I asked you NOT to do something and it was not taken into consideration.The chiropractor while checking my neck said it was stiff and cracked it. I had explicity said no and it was ignored. He cracked my other side right after. I was told dazed to say anything. It was a loud sicking crack.Even the lady there who I assume was the assistant grimaced. He told her to use the machine that I wanted and it felt like a vibration not doing much. Then had me go on in a massage chair. I guess that was nice.I could feel the burning, sweating, and the twitching in my back. I got home and got to the couch and could not get up. I had a spasm starting and was taken to urgent care to get a steroid shot and put on some muscle relaxers.For 100$ or whatever I was in pain. I never went back again. If you have fibromyalgia/cfs, I would skip this place. Maybe it will help you. But this place did not and felt they took advantage of my condition.

Wonderful patient treatment. Everyone is very friendly and kind. Dr. Twaddle is excellent and really cares for his patients. The massage chair is heavenly! I look forward to my weekly visit. My pain is almost completely gone.

Healthy Back, has been a great alternative for me managing my pain. I feel longer relief from my visit with them, verse having the Injections in my neck and back. Loving the results!

I go to Dr Twaddle every year for my Annual CDL Exam. In and out with no hassles or delays. Dr. Twaddle always gives me words and advice on my health and how to get healthier. Having my laser treatments were life saving. They helped me to identify the main reason for my lack of weight loss. And just following there simple steps along with the laser treatments, I was able to shed 20 pounds within our first round. They know there stuff and I recommend them to all who ask how I lost the weight.

I am a retired soldier who have suffered with back problems for years (while serving in the military and after retirement ). I did not get any relief until I went to A healthy back, with Dr Twadell. The best acupunture service I have ever received. I was referred by the VA. The place is amazing and will continue to come for follow up treatments. If you are in need of chiropractic or acupuncture, this place is it. I am able to walk around with no pain and with no downtime.

I had some serious back pain going on and when I called for an appointment they were fast and got me in right away. By the time I left I felt better than I have in years I am planning on making A Healthy back part of my routine. I would recommend Dr Twaddell to anyone.

I was skeptical about the pain relief laser. Ive had a sore ankle for years from old sports injuries and bone spurs had developed which added to the discomfort. I couldnt back pedal (run backwards) without pain. After one 10 minute session with the laser(not hot) I stood up and tested the ankle. To my surprise, 90% of the pain was gone. The ankle was more mobile than it had been in years. Even when I returned to playing ball on it, the effects lasted. I returned for another session six weeks later and now its been two months since then and the ankle is still feeling great. The non-invasive, comfortable procedure was very effective for me. The relief of pain is a great thing. I recommend this treatment.

I have had lower back issues for years. Mostly from Airborne injuries. The VA finally approved out patent care. I honestly believe this place should be on FT Bragg. And be available for all soldiers. I had a neck adjustment at A Healthy Back and my neck feel like a million bucks

Ive been going to Dr. Twaddle for years for my back pain. When I first went to him, my upper back felt like somebody was stabbing it repeatedly. I got adjustment and cold laser treatment three time in the first week, and the pain diminished to barely noticeable. Ive been going to upkeep treatment ever since. Everybody in the office have always been extremely nice also.

I highly recommend Dr. Twaddle at A Healthy Back! I received traction and laser therapy, and he works miracles. I may have to have back surgery in the future, and will be going back to Dr. Twaddle for that!

Dr. Twaddell,For the past three months I have been treated for both knees and right hip pain. Dr. Waddell has given me labor treatment to both knees and my right hip. I have come a long ways with my treatment for arthritis pain. My doctors said I would need both knees replaced and I am trying to avoid any hip and knee replacement. I started my acupuncture treatments for lower back pain two weeks ago. The results up to this point has lowered my back pain levels to sleeping in my bed without as much pain from my normal night sleep.

Dr Twaddell is a blessing to me I started treated 1 week ago and I can feel the differences already. Accunputure treatment has substantially decreased my hip pain and is helping my knee tremedously. I would recommend him and his staff Dr. Twaddell and Sabrina awesome personality.

I have a bulging disk in my back which has caused severe pain in my legs. Ive been going to Duke Med for a year and nothing they have tried has worked. I received traction and laser therapy with Dr. Twaddell and it worked miracles. I may have to have back surgery in the future but this is keeping my pain level at a low level so I can manage it. Im going back this week!!
