I had been struggling for weeks with severe muscle tension and spasms due to a pinched nerve in my back. I went to a chiropractor, a spine specialist, and even ended up in the ER because of the pain. Nothing was helping. I decided to try a different approach. I went to Pam for my first acupuncture experience. After just one visit, the pain began to subside. Yesterday was one of those days- I woke up with nerve pain/sinus & headache, and I knew the day would be a struggle. I could take my prescription that has a host of side effects or just be miserable all day. I decided to try acupuncture for the first time instead.After a thorough discussion with Pamela, she began applying the needles. I couldnt even feel 98% of them. The few that went in to particularly problematic areas barely felt like a pinch and were totally fine in 3 seconds. She made sure to address every area of pain and before she was finished, I felt no more pain!I could go on about the quality experience, but the main takeaway- my pain was completely gone and still is today.

I have multiple issues, some dealing with muscles doing the work of the skeleton. I came here seeking relief of muscle tension and knots. So far, so good. I have suffered from gastro issues most of my life. Since March pain has become more significant. My cardiologist referred me to Pam for acupuncture treatments. I have chronic pain. It’s really bad. traditional medicine has not helped much at all. I work hard to stay in shape and stay healthy but there have been limits to what I could do as my stiffness and flexibility seemed to only get worse with time. Although, I have tried muscle relaxers, those also do not work. Seeing Pam at HEALTH AND HARMONY ACUPUNCTURE WORKS!!! I was a skeptic because so many things have not worked. Now my muscle stiffness is decreased. My pain is decreased, my flexibility has increased. My energy has increased. I could not do a traditional squat in a gym and in one session, I was able to do it. I have more goals I hope to achieve with acupuncture, but I would go no where except this practice. Please make sure you see Pam because she’s has extensive training and experience. People who try to learn this the cheap, fast way are not true professionals and they could harm someone. This place is the only place to go. This is a great place, I have known Pamela for a while now. She has help me with my pain and also with chinese herbs. She has also help my grandmother, she was in a lot of pain. But my grandmother does not like to take opiods or any kind of pain medication thats in pill forms. I brought her to Pamelas clinic and she got acupuncture treatment plus chinese herbs and they have help so much!!!! If there is pain Pam will help. There had been a sharp pain starting at base of my thumb nail for several weeks. Primary Care said an arthritic tendon and nothing could be done. One treatment and it is vastly improved. She has also greatly assisted my recovery in broken and fractured body parts. I so look forward to and enjoy my sessions with Pam.

Pamela took her time and listened to me. Asked questions to clarify and understand my issue precisely. After just one accupuncture treatment, and 2 days on herbs, I am doing SO much better. She even asked me to let her know how I am doing within a day or two after appointment. So thankful I picked up the phone and called.

I started seeing Pam because we were having fertility issues and had 3 miscarriages in 2 years. I never thought much of Acupuncture but after doing some research decided it was worth a try. Besides being extremely knowledgeable and having worked with other couples having fertility issues Pam was very kind and understanding. I felt extremely confident and comfortable around her. After a few months of treatment along with herbs and supplements she recommend I became pregnant again and had a beautiful healthy baby this fall. Its hard to express the level of care and effectiveness received by Dr. Pam any time Ive ever visited. She not only is a gifted practitioner, she truly cares about her patients. The first time I ever visited her (many years ago) I had an issue in my shoulder that I had had for 7+ years. I had tried everything including massage, supplements, chiropractor, etc., with no relief. I heard about Dr. Pam and made an appointment. She spent time with me and listened to everything, then treated me. After ONE VISIT, my issue was gone! Never to return. I am both grateful and an avid cheerleader for her! Anyone interested in their own overall health and well-being can never go wrong in visiting her.

I was a first timer for acupuncture. I am a believer now! Pam is awesome and I cant believe how many credentials she has. She is the real deal. I highly recommend her. She helped alleviate my stress, tension and most of all TMJ in my jaw after 2 sessions with her. She is the best! I even sent my father in law to see her with hip issues. He loved it as well.

Pam fixed what the doctors couldnt. I have an inflamed drainage tube in one kidney, and even surgery couldnt resolve it. Pam reduced the inflammation and my symptoms disappeared. I happened to have an ultrasound soon after and the problem seen on an earlier ultrasound had vanished. I have since moved out of state, and, meanwhile, to be on the safe side, *should* find a new acupuncturist to keep the inflammation down, but since Pamela, my former problems have never recurred beyond occasional mild discomfort if I let myself get dehydrated; I drink some water and it goes away. It was never so manageable before Pamela. Rather, I had so much pain, nearly constantly. Meanwhile, Pam helped me with hormone imbalances, palpitations (noticeable reduction), and my ex-husband with stress (he came home walking on clouds; it was a night-and-day difference). She also gave me invaluable information regarding (*proper use of*) TENS units for regenerating damaged tissues, like for sprained ankles and even worse. She is amazing. She is brilliant. Go to her with anything. Even if acupuncture isnt the right therapy for what youve got, she will point you in the right direction. She knows SO MUCH. She WILL be worth it. Youre in very good hands with her.

Pam is so sweet and genuinely cares for all of her patients. She spends so much time with each individual and listens intently. What she gave me actually helped... first stomach cramping relief I’ve had in months!! Much cheaper than general treatment. I am amazed at how soon I felt results. If you are having any health issues she’s worth a try at first before you go through so much pain before you even get into a traditional doctor.

Ive been to Pam for two health issues. One was sciatica and she fixed that in 3 visits. The other was plantar fasciitis. She fixed that in two visits. She is truly astounding in what she can do with her skills. I love her and you will too.

PART 1 OF 2I AM DOING THIS REVIEW IN TWO PARTS; AS THERE IS A 4000 CHARACTER LIMIT..I had a motorcycle accident. I was immediately taken to get an MRI of my back. The results were of my low back. The L-3-4-5 discs and the S-1 were all herniated and ruptured. This was causing severe excruciating pain down my left buttocks over my thigh, and my whole calf and my left foot and all my toes except for the baby toe. From my low back to my toes on my left leg was is severe pain, and had a heavy numbing burning distress, agony, and misery like I never experienced in my life. If you have read this far you must know something important about me. I was in the United States Marine Corp for 8 years. I learned how to cope with severe pain and suck it up. That training came in very useful for what I was about to experience, and push through an almost breaking point. From my knee to my foot was absolutely numb but burning like it was on fire. “FAST FORWARD” So I went through miserable deep nerve root pain for approximately 10 days. Basically I crawled everywhere as I could not stand up. Doing anything was miserable. I could not rest in any position. I could not rest in any laying down position. Leaning over something did not work. Standing if I could did not work. I heavily medicated myself to get an hour of sleep here and there. By the way; the medication I was given was not working on this deep nerve root pain. I was on serious pain medication that did not give me any relief. I was given medication and sent home… The 10th day I laid on the floor with my legs over an autumn and I screamed out as loud as I could to God PLEASE HELP me!!! PLEASE!!! Send a sign for me to follow for help. I will do anything. And I laid on the floor with my butt up against an ottoman in my head laying on a pillow and crossing my right foot over on top of my knee I was in so much pain that not even pain medication would help. I had my butt up against the ottoman my legs draped over the top of the Ottoman and then I would cross my leg over my left knee to try to open that area up on my back to give me some kind of relief. I laid there and I begged the creator of The World God please send me a sign send somebody to help me what do I need to do and I was in desperation I was so desperate for help I needed to get out of pain I was getting ready to call 911 and ask to go to the emergency room. The phone was in my hand ready to dial 911. This was something I really could not afford to do. So I laid there for a moment thing of all my options. My oldest son James called me… NOW THIS IN ITS SELF HARDLY EVER HAPPENED. He would usually text me now and then. However he called me and said these words.. “Dad I am calling you because I have been worrying about you” He said how are you?? I told him everything. My son said Dad I had a similar accident with my back and I went to a Lady named Pam and she healed me up. I was really in disbelief, but I listened to what he had to say. I asked God for help, and now maybe this is the answer?? My son said Dad its Friday and its 2PM. I am going to text you her number. You must call her immediately. So I called Pam at 2:10 PM. I explained everything to her. Now I live on Grand Lake and her office is in Fayetteville Arkansas. That’s a 2 hour drive. Heck I can barely crawl. I told her I would be there by 4PM. I put on pants T-Shirt and crawled to my car. Thank goodness I had a full tank of fuel. Thank you God!. No need to tell you it was the most painful Drive of my life. I was in more pain driving to Fayetteville than if I was being burned to death. Thats how much pain I was in. I finally drove up in her driveway at her business and I was late because I had to stop a few times because I could not stand the pain and I was scared I was going to cause an accident. Multiple Sclerosis Pain?I sincerely believed my doctors when they told me the good news about my MS diagnosis. The good news is that the were telling me that sensory problems, which is doctors jargon for EXTREME PAIN, were just something I would have to learn how to live with. No wheelchair. One year ago that was proved untrue by a retired doctor that I befriend on a remote island. I have tried a lot of acupuncture in the US and find that there are a lot of people dressing up as doctors and putting life in danger. Be very careful. A lot of loons out there. Then I was recommended Pamela Bayers. I told Mrs. Bayers all about my condition and the horrible pain that I was experiencing. She is awesome because after the consult, she all but removed my pain completely. I am a little bit of a realist/sceptic, so I am telling you that this works! I have never had a placebo work for any ailment and I will still swear by Pamelas expertise. I have future appointments scheduled.

My endometriosis pain is gone! I have also had relief from stomach issues and heart palpitations. Pamela is a true healer and very compassionate. PART 2 OF 2SECOND PART OF MY REVIEW; 4000 CHARACTER LIMITWell after excruciating pain and barely able to walk all bend over like I was carrying a hundred pound weight on my head. I could not stand straight up at all. It was just putting too much pressure on my lower. . I met Pam and she immediately took me in her patient room. After going in the patient room I started filling out the paperwork kneeling from a chair and leaning on a patient bed. Pam asked me if I had ever had acupuncture before and I said no. What I didn’t tell Pam at that time is that I was skeptical of the treatment. So I finally completed my paperwork. Now the first thing Pam asked me to do was to lay down my back, and wow was I in excruciating pain. Pam said I need to relax you. You are very tense with pain. So the first thing she did was insert their acupuncture needles into my hands and feet, and she explained everything in detail what she was doing and while she was doing a specific treatment. She said I need to calm you down if you are in pain and I need to calm you down and Im going to put the acupuncture needles in your hands and in your feet and there are areas that will relax you and sedate you to where you will be more relaxed. I said great lets do that please. All of a sudden after she started the needles to my hands and down around my feet I started to feel very comfortable very relaxed and it was a miracle feeling to me. I cannot explain how relaxed I felt and I knew at that moment Pam was going to be the perfect person to help me. I felt in great care with Pam. After she calms me down. She asked me to roll over on my stomach. Then she started marking me with surgical markers on my spine. And she took pictures of my spine and showed me how much it was out of alignment. My back look like a piano keys up and down left and right totally. So she took her surgical marker and marked all of the vertebrae’s, and areas where she was going to start and finish the treatment. I took her some time to mark all the areas. However I was now calm, and the pain was tolerable.Are you ready for this?? Pam spent an exhausting 4 hours and 30 minutes treating my back. No Medical Professional has ever taken the time to help heal me and fix me and get me out of pain like Pam. I call her an Angel of Mercy. I want to let you know again Pam was exhausted and worked on me for four and a half hours. Pam needs to be recognized for being such an awesome person dedicated to people get out of pain. When she was finally done with “ALL” the session of working on me I could STAND STRAIGHT UP and I DID NOT HAVE ANY PAIN!!! At all in my back. I was completely pain-free. To me that was a miracle. I could not believe what she had done to take me out of pain. To this day I cannot believe I laid around my house for 10 days in real agony! And all I needed to do was go to Pam for acupuncture. She is not a typical acupuncture person. Pam is so dedicated and shes loyal and she stays and works with you to heal and help you. I need to tell the world you don’t need to suffer! Let me tell you what she did when I went back for a second session a week later. My left foot is numb from my back injury. Occasionally my left foot feels like its on fire. Pam takes her time some accupunture treatments last maybe 15 mins, not Pam she takes the time your body needs I’ve had her work on me for 3 plus hours before she can do shorter if that’s what you need. Where traditional doctors only want to give you medicine that causes other health issues or doesn’t help your health concern. Pam treats the issue with Accupunture and Chinese herbs naturally I’ve yet to have an issue she hasn’t healed me from. I love Pam and her compassion to help me every time and my family. If your having health issues that won’t go away or in pain you need to see Pam at Heath and Harmony don’t hesitate! There is no need to suffer...
