Absolute Miracle Workers! This orthodontics have saved my jaw and teeth. They are always helpful, caring, and personal. They are always willing to fit you in if you have any concerns! Theyre extremely helpful at motivating you to stick to your nightly oral hygiene routine as well!

Dr. Brown and his staff are incredible! Prior to meeting Dr. Brown, my oldest two children had braces elsewhere. Since then, my wife and two of my children have been treated by Dr. Brown. The results from Dr. Brown are far and dramatically superior. I thought braces are braces and it doesnt matter who does it. That is clearly not the case. Dr. Browns artistry, vision, understanding are top notch, not to mention his honesty and integrity. You can trust that Dr. Brown will offer the best treatment and only what is right. We also have loved his staff, from the front desk to all of those who have taken care of us. They are friendly, kind and extremely competent. I have seven children, for our final two (one didnt need braces per Dr. Browns recommendation) we will definitely be going only to Dr. Brown!

Dr. Brown is awesome! I knew where I stood at every step of the process and am happy with the smile Im walking away with. He was easy to coordinate my reconstructive surgery with and continued to keep me informed of any progress and potential pitfalls to avoid going forward. I hope I never have to have braces on again, but if I need any retainer replacements, Ill be coming back here for them.

Dr Browns and his whole staff are TOP KNOCH!!!5 star experience all around!I have experienced 6 orthodontist within my families life. These guys are the most detailed and the most thoughtful and supportive through the whole experience ! It’s great to have the actual Doctor do the important work. The actual Doctor places the braces... not the assistants. He is very detailed oriented and loves to make everyone’s smiles perfect. I always left the office with all my questions answered. I always had a smile on my face too because it was a positive experience. The whole staff is full of kind and awesome people.Last but not least... I felt spoiled! When I signed up for braces I got a new -NICE - electric toothbrush to help keep my teeth clean with braces. SO thoughtful!Also when I got my braces off they gave me balloons and a bottle of sparkling cider to celebrate!I would recommend Dr Brown and his whole staff to everyone!Go get braces while we are wearing masks!

We are so happy with the orthodontic experience our boys have had with Dr. Brown and his staff. The practice is very well-run and organized, the receptionists and assistants make each visit comfortable and efficient. Dr. Brown was successful in taking care of my son’s fairly complicated case by making a detailed plan, informing us about each step, and following through with the process until the end-goal was achieved. We are so thankful for his attention and skilled care. We highly recommend Brown Orthodontics.

My three children went to Dr Brown, and then I did as a 48 year old! I am very pleased with the work he did for all of us. Their office runs seamlessly and everyone is kind. Getting braces as an adult (for the second time) was a great move for me. I highly recommend him!

Dr Brown assured me that the concerns I had were going to to be taken care of. Unfortunately, the final product was not what I was promised. My top teeth are still flared and bottom bite is square instead of round, which looks awkward and causes the canines to not line up right. When I brought up these concerns two months before the scheduled removal, he assured me that everything would be fine by the scheduled date. When I again brought up my concerns on the day of braces removal, he said some polishing would fix the problem. I trusted his expert advice and was incredibly disappointed when the braces were removed and the bite still looks crooked.My smile is much better than it originally was, and Im grateful for that. He also did a great job on two of my family members. I was just hoping for (and thought I was paying for) A+ and I got B. I would have gone somewhere else if I had known this would be the end result and I would be treated like I was wrong and didnt know what I was talking about. If you only want an OK smile, Dr. Brown is the guy to go to.*Update - Dr. Brown has offered to reinstall braces for me to take care of the problems at no additional cost to me. Im still disappointed that he didnt fix the problems before removing braces, but he is willing to correct them.

I am currently in treatment and everybody there definitely knows what they’re doing! Dr. Brown and his staff are friendly and always make sure I know what’s going on and what will be happening at my appointment. I recommend this office to anybody looking for treatment!

I was a patient from a while ago. Very unhappy with the billing. First of all my mother paid for my whole treatment but it was court ordered my dad was supposed to pay for 1/2. My mother had to, otherwise I would not receive any treatment. When my mother talked to the staff, they guaranteed they would reimburse her when he paid his half. When he finally did, she called them up and they said that they accidentally returned it to him and there was no way of getting it back!!!? Then I was promised follow up treatments, when my braces came off to readjust my retainers and get me new ones if I needed. Well I didnt take advantage of that until my retainers went missing. I was told by dr. Brown not to worry about it, the office visit has always been great and friendly, but then I received a $700 bill that I had to pay because my insurance didnt cover it...? He said not to worry about it. I imagined it was part of one of my follow ups from my treatment when he said that.

Our experience with Dr. Brown has been great. He exemplifies what an Orthodontist should be in that he truly does care for his patients and he is painstaking in his desire to make sure that his approach is appropriate for his patient. When we were discussing options on braces he laid out all of the plans, the pros and the cons, and truly coached us to the right decision. We refer all of our family and friends as a result and I highly recommend his services if quality, and caring is what you are looking for.

I was referred here by a friend and i couldnt be happier! Dr. Brown and his staff are very professional and they go out of their way to help you feel comfortable with the process. They took extra time to explain and answer questions i had for my daughter getting braces. Their office is filled with the friendlist staff and i love how their whole office is ran.

All 3 kids of my kids went there. There teeth all moved months later. They don’t guarantee their work. You pay another full amount to fix anything. I grew up with braces along with my siblings. My orthodontist put braces back on my sister and brother to fix them the second time for free. One is Roger Cox. I wish we had gone somewhere else. Save your money
