I had to have a crown and a partial done. The staff was very friendly and took time on explaining the process. Dr. Perry educated me on the procedure and why I needed that and how the affects of long term will be if I don’t get it done. The financial staff helped me with payment options. Very clean and super efficient office!! Love love

I came in with two very timid 5yos for their first ever dental visit. The staff was phenomenal, very gentle with them, explaining everything before they did it. I was also able to sit by them during their cleaning, which helped them feel safe. Highly recommended for children!

The dentist was very nice. However, apparently free consultation means we bill your insurance and use up a portion of your allotted orthodontic benefits, even though we cant do your braces.

My husband had dentures made last year, and has went back numerous times for adjustments because they have never fit right. They have cause sores in his mouth constantly. Now we are being told 6 month warranty, that we were never made aware of. We feel as if the dentures were rushed to be made, and not quality. Also, when we called to make his first appointment, we were told they were in network for his insurance. Come to find out, they are out of network. Please think twice before using them!

Dr. Burton was amazing I had a wisdom tooth pulled Saturday as a new patient. I haven’t felt this good since I broke it last year! Thanks for getting me in and doing such a great job!

Ive been to a number of dentist offices in my 57+ years in KC, STL, and now in Farmington (all MO). This is by far my favorite ever. Every person I contact there is amazingly friendly and pleasant and the dental service is comfortable, professional, outstanding. Id recommend anyone go here.

Friendly and professional staff. Most importantly precise dental exams and work. Dr. Chapman does really well with children. My youngest 3 was a little scared for her first checkup but he made the whole experience not as frighting for her. Would recommend to anyone.

Very unhappy with services provided, plus way too expensive. Other places can do same procedures more professionally at a fraction of what Farmington Family Dental does. Shop around. Disappointed in myself for not.

The worst dentistry I have ever been, would never refer anyone there, took 7 months for one permanent crown to be put on, felt like my left side of jaw was gonna fall off when they took off the first temp crown, had 2 other temp crowns put on before the permanent one and even went to the place where the crown was being made, to get the color of crown to match, and now its so tight in mouth that I have since broke another tooth, and keep receiving Bills after which I have paid all of my charges, cause they recieved money from my medical insurance company through work and think I should pay my medical company back, when they should have billed my dental and not my medical company .

Best dentist I ever been to. Dude (Dr. Chapman) knows how to git them numb and git them pulled. Its a git er dun kinda place.

Ive been deathly afraid of dentist all of my life!! The staff here made me so comfortable and at ease with everything, I even have an appointment I made 6 months ago and Im actually going with no worries lol!

Dentist was too ruff. 2 weeks later I was still in pain and another office found decay that hadnt been completely removed!

The Dr was great. Went in thinking it was $49.95 for first time patients. Was I in shock when. The lady tells me its $204 dollars.

Im now no longer afraid of dentists!!!

Worried about the wrong cavity in their profession. Spreading lies about the Selling of baby parts on their website.

Dr. Chapman is a low down dirty human being, I dont believe in Karma but you will answer for your wicked ways one day...not on this earth!
