It is truly my favorite Merle Norman store. Karen and her staff are always professional, friendly and give great personal service. I have been a long time user of Merle Norman and love buying my products here. I could shop anywhere, but I love coming here. It is always a wonderful experience. This place is absolutely amazing. CeCe spent three hours with me helping me get to the right colors for my skin and teaching me how to do what I wanted to do with my makeup. There are not enough words to say how grateful I am to her for spending the time she did with me today. If you are in need of makeup help or have a special event coming up, do yourself a favor and look no further than CeCe at this Merle Norman. I can promise that I will be a repeat customer here.

Assistant Manager was super! She was patient and explained the product and how to use it. All employees I have dealt with have excellent customer service skills!

I came in looking for specifics and was disappointed for example they did not have a white waterline pencil. I was also a bit taken aback by pricing especially considering the fact that they could very easily run sales on a house brand. When I am in need of any cosmetic supplies I would rather resort to the beauty supply store located in this same complex before I have to stop here.

Danette does my nails, great cozy place. Danette is the best in doing nails. 25 yrs experience.

The lady who did hair was absolutely wonderful, but the ladies who did makeup were very rude and didnt seem to know much about makeup. There was only one girl who seemed to know what she was doing with makeup, so make sure you get the right person. Definitely overpriced for not doing a very good job and having poor customer service on the makeup end.

This store has great customer service and Amanda always takes great care of us!

I have had multiple services done at this location and have had an amazing experience every time. I have had Eyebrow Waxing, Eyelash Extensions, Facials, Eyebrow Microblading and purchased a few products such as makeup, masks, toners etc. and so far I have never been let down by the service or products I received. Mickey Mua is an AMAZING Esthetician/Makeup artist at this location, I will continue to go back and see her every chance I get for these services. I use to have to draw eyebrows on every day , because of her I can go swimming and walk out of the house without makeup on and still have beautiful looking full eyebrows that look natural!
