UPDATE: The business reached out to me the next day to basically berate me for my opinion. Just because I think the service provided wasnt worth the price I paid, they called just to be rude to me. They tried to defend themselves by saying they dont set the prices, the company does. But the company does offer other cheaper services like a neck cleanup for $6 (which is what I thought I was paying for.) Theyre attitude towards me on the phone was very unprofessional and rude. So I guess dont have a negative experience there or else theyll call to tell you your opinion is wrong. I wont be back to this location. The other Great Clips in Farmington is always busy and its obvious why now.The service provided was fine and my stylist was a very friendly and polite lady. The issue I have is that to have an undercut shaved cost me the same amount as a normal haircut. Mind you, I already had the undercut before going in there. It cost me $17 to have the back of my neck shaved. Took less than 10 minutes to have it shaved. I waited in my car longer than that. I should have sat back down and got my hair trimmed as well for that price.

Because we were walk-ins the wait was reasonable...Toni did a great job on the long hair my neice had ^_^

DO NOT GO WITH YOUNG CHILDREN. Due to covid Parents are asked to wait outside. Which is ridiculous because my child was under 5 and asked to be left alone with a stranger. What a waste of time by making a appointment online and actually driving to the location. In addition, the staff are very rude and are not very nice. I would use your money and time somewhere else.

Make sure to call – they dont know how to use the online check-in, apparently.

Asked for a blended faux hawk fade but was given a Mohawk cut in the back with a disappointing fade on the sides. My hair cut did not come out the I wanted 😒... sad to say never going back

Its a great place to get a haircut. I like how I can sign up on the wait list online an take my time to get there for a haircut and skip the long wait. They also do good fades.

I went in today (11/4)in the morning to get my hair trimmed, there were two ladies (one older and one mid-20’s) working in the morning. the lady who checked me in had great customer service, informed me about the wait time and assure I had time to do other things first. Unfortunately the one who cut my hair (I did not get either or their names) showed poor customer service. I asked for my layers to be trimmed and the longest to evened out with the next layer. She did a quick shampoo and condition before cutting my longest layer. When she began drying my hair I stopped her and asked if she trimmed my other layers, she said “yeah it’s all one length now.” She did not trim any of my other layers, which any other hairstylist could see that I had multiple, I just wanted to get out of her chair. Instead of using one time use combs or disinfected combs on my hair she used multi use hair brush with hair still in the brush. I will politely refuse her services if I ever go back to this great clips again.

Last couple time I had no bad experience but today my hair cut was screwed up and uneven.. I told the barber she got upset and she had to do redo the cut 2 more time I had to tell her where to cut. No a great experience I dont know Ill return here anymore.
