I had the most wonderful experience at Great Clips. They are close to my work and they have the best price for a simple mens cut that I could find in the area ($18). They only accept walk-ins so I didnt need to compete with anyone. My barber listened to my request and used the picture I brought to help get me the cut I wanted. She even made additional cuts when I decided to go shorter. Thanks a bunch! Ill definitely be back for my next cut.

I have so many details I do want postd how was my haircut today it will be more effectiveif if I will to post my picture on Facebook and Instagram why she did that? Just because I am handicapped and I on power chair she assumed Idont need looking nice? It is a shame no respect at all Im feeling so sorry for Great clips business

Good place but the older lady kept trying to tell me the entire time I was there that my kids didnt need a hair cut! It was two days before picture day at school and I was trying to get them cleaned up. I wasnt shoving their heads but she kept on and kept on!! Thank God the other lady there was as annoyed as I was and cut my other kids hair. She was great but the older lady was unbelievably trying to drive me away from the place.....and I was paying her!!! Great place as long as you dont see her!

Like the spirit airlines of haircut places. The guys asked what length I wanted but asked nothing else about how I wanted it styled. I told him everything I wanted and he kind of ignored it and did his own thing anyway. I was one of 2 people in there and they just seemed to want to rush me out the door. One of the worst haircut experiences of my life.

Horrible experience with Inaam. She did a terrible job doing my sons haircut. Not only she didnt follow directions but she messed it up from the front. She was too busy talking to other customers. Never going back!

Miranda knows her JOB! Very professional and to the point. She can analyze ur hairstyle and work around to make it look great. No wonder this place is still up for business. She needs to be promoted as Mgr.

Ive been going to the great clips chain for at least 4 years now and this was my first and only time going to this one. The lady who cut my hair said they had been doing it for years yet my hair looked terrible when she finished. The other one I went to before living down here is still the one I go to now as they know how to cut hair.

The most unprofessional haircut i ever got. An old lady was my stylist and i gave her clear cut instructions on how i wanted my hair to be cut which were very simple. She just used a machine and was done in no time. Not only did she mess up my hair she was also rude when i questioned her. Worst experience.

Who ever worked on 9/8/19 at 1 pm is really rude . I told her I needed little more shorter cut . I could see that she was frustrated while doing her job . Absolutely ridiculous. When you don’t want to serve the customers happily what’s the point of doing your job ! Never will come back .

Love this place. If you go here ask for Inaam.. She is absolutely wonderful, a true gift, and one of the few people who want to take care of my hair. I drive about 13 miles one way every time just to get my hair cut by Inaam. She is the best and would trust no one else

Very rude staff not very good artist as very. For the the 1st lady didnt cut hair properly. She is in hurry to finish her job. For second time I have explained her to shorten my properly but she didnt so it and when I said to correct it she started arguing whith me instead of corrections. I will not go to this place again.

Today was my first visit. They werent busy at all. Miranda cut my hair and did an excellent job. I finally found my stylest.

TERRIBLE!! This place is so slow, i made online-check in and reached there 15 mins before my turn but then waited 20 more mins past my scheduled time and guess what, there was still one more person before me!!. Can you believe it? Either you follow the scheduled time or increase the number of your staff!!

They run a pretty nice barber shop at this location. Friendly, fast, and a fine cut!

Have gotten a few rough cuts here over the years. If your stylist needs glasses to read, they better be wearing them when they cut your hair.

DONT go to Andra she will not listen to what you say. I told her to only take an inch off my hair and she took three. She just keeps cutting and doesn’t stop.

I went here today and I got the worst haircut in my entire life. The woman cutting my hair just wanted to leave work to go home and cut my hair within 3 minutes. I have 3 holes in my hair and it just looks like a desaster! I wouldnt recommend to visit this place!

Great clips Barbers never listen to what you tell them

Employee decided to not check me in and keep cutting customers hair. After she finished and asked me to check in told me 4 people checked in online and I need to wait until they go first.

I dont like this place at all one of the employee didnt understand what type of cut I want. I told her so many times how I want my haircut but instead of correcting it she start yelling at me which is very rude. To some extent I found them to be racing that only talking to american guys and not talking to Indian guys which was agreed by my Indian Friends.

Its not money we pay but how you treat us as customers !! Worst clips!! Go somewhere else atleast you will be treated better.Seriously nothing great about it. Even worst ever treatment to every customer.The manager has the specs in her register how i want my haircut same as last time.. i told her to cut and short little more this time on the sides and back but i will decide to go or no go ..only after when the haircut is almost done same as last time.How could you expect the stylist/manager to say i cant keep cutting and you got to be sure what you want even before starting the haircut.Looks like they are being racist and do t care about the business or the customers.#GreatClips = #WorstClips

Second and last time. The older lady here cut my hair and refused to cut my hair in the simple manner I rquested. She simply disagreed with how I wanted it cut, forcing a very awkward situation where I basically had to argue with her to try and fix my hair. Giving her a second chance was ny mistake.

The lady is very rude. Even if I am suggesting anything for my haircut, she just refuses to do it rudly as if I am doing her haircut. What a waste of time and money. Would never ever gonna visit back again. In short worst service and rude behavior.

I went in today and i got a haircut this would be my second and last time coming. The first time i paid no more then 20 dollars. The second time i went in i paid 30 dollars. I got a receipt texted to me and wrote a review thru there receipt link and then the person who did it had the nerve to call me and tell me i was wrong i hung up cause how am i wrong you over charged me after i hung up, I got 7 more calls from the exact number and i declined all off them. obviously did not want to talk to them if I was being told Im wrong and Im the customer. Worse place to go iI would pick a different place and will writing this i just got the number 9th call from them. Dont go unless you like being over charged.

Dont know about the service but they let our toddler use the bathroom when we were having trouble finding a place in the plaza. Thank you guys so much. You are saints!!

Nothing Great about it. Avoid it like you would avoid death!The older lady gave me haircut in 6 minutes, freaking 6 minutes. She just cut some hair on the top and gave machine or the sides and forgot to do the side burns. Go to a barber instead!

On a friday at 10am, ONE lady is cutting hair, sweeping, answering phone calls, checking people in, and cashing people out with 4 people waiting. You can imagine how the haircuts will turn out. Hint: not well.
