This is a wonderful agency that helps people with disabilities get connected to technology. My mother has severe hearing loss and lives alone. Today Trish, an IPAT consultant, came to her house and set up several helpful devices that will make her life easier and safer. She can now talk on the phone and understand what is said to her through a captioning phone. When a call comes in or someone rings the doorbell, a light flashes to notify her. These types of services are free to ND residents who qualify. The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
