It’s the worse place to go to, but I don’t blame them because their services are free. I was processing my employment authorization with USCIS and needed to translate my birth certificate from French which is about 6 lines. Brought it to them on August 9th of 2021, they never got it done for me I will call and they will give lame excuses like “ I will the the person doing it after this call”. They never replied to me even though I told them it was urgent. I just paid online translation service and got it done. I’ll say don’t waste your time going there because you won’t be able to complain because their service is free.DON’T LET THE “FREE SERVICE” FOOL YOU
What a wonderful experience. At a time when I was certain it would be stressful ,and to be honest feeling very embarrassed. Thanks for being such a great organization.
