Pricing didnt match online pricing. Paid $30 dollars for a 15minute haircut (fade) that was not blended well. Had many long hairs that were missed. Pay the same amount and go somewhere they will put a little time into your haircut. Only reason for the two star was the lady who cut my hair was very nice.

Ive always had luck with all of the stylists. They are nice and listen a d have had great suggestions.

Have always had a pleasant experience. I usually do a walk-in haircut, so I end up with a different stylist everytime, but has always left happy.

I got my hair colored done there and it looked the exact same as when I got there. I wanted a refund or for them to fix it but they wanted to do a Malibu treatment which would not have fixed the color. I had dark brown/black hair and wanted to go light brown. And one of the managers was the one who did it.

Watch out for the details on the sign outside. they say walk in but somehow I turned into appointment because I came back. Got expensive really quick. Even told the Asst Manager this and there was nothing she could do. Disappointed

Nikki is a sweetheart. Didnt love my hair at first but dont hate it. Just not what I wanted . Thats my hairs fault though lol. Dark and a nightmare at times so cannot really lay blame on anyone or complain too much. However that being said the color chosen not even close but it happens and life goes on. It will do for now until summer time when I go real short and chop it all off anyway . Went in again and she fixed it after putting more purple in it and now I love it so much. Will always go here and to Nikki for this color. Amazing service every time!!!

Everything that could have went wrong did go wrong, AND THEN SOME, which lasted 2.5 hours, for just a haircut. It took 3 of them to figure out how to give me a fairly simple haircut (a haircut that my husband and me could have seriously done better by ourselves), trying to fix one girls or each others mistakes. The one chick said shes never cut hair on someone with severe scoliosis before, I didnt think that would be a problem for professionals, especially in this day and age, but it was. A couple of them teased me(one of them more than once) in the beginning of the haircut for cutting/layering/thinning my own hair for the past 11 years (my mother was a cosmetologist when I was very little and taught me a few things for if I had to cut my hair by myself), and Ive cut other peoples hair. Well, turns out I do a better job, at least in getting what I want, and for free. One thing they were right about was that the technique they use these days for thinning leaves the shorter hairs more camouflaged, and I liked that part by its lonesome. This was my first time ever getting my hair cut at a salon. I dont know if I could bear trying such a thing ever again. Im glad I got a referral discount, I wouldnt have paid full price, I kinda didnt wanna pay at all. I almost asked for AT LEAST a slash on my price, but me and my husband were both surprised they didnt OFFER free or reduced price by themselves, and I figured that if they didnt offer anything like that, then they probably arent great enough to accept anything like that. I didnt rate 1 star because they genuinely felt really guilty verbally and emotionally toward/at the end. Ill just have to wear a wig for a couple months. I was thinking about letting it grow out a little bit and going back to them in a few months to fix it a little, as much as possible, only because they know what they did wrong now and I cant see putting my trust in someone new to have all new problems or go through exactly this again, but me and my husband or my bestie are confident that they know what I want and can touch it up, so I dont think Ill go back, anywhere.

I had Kaylee cut my hair as a walk in.. She was absolutely the best. My hair was past my collarbone and I wanted a pixie cut. She took the time to look at the pictures I brought in, she gave honest advice. Took her time cutting, even though I was her last cut of the day. She made my very thick hair look great as a pixie..She is kind and just a nice person who you can tell really does love what she does!!

Kirsten Day has done my hair for a few years now and never disappoints. She has even stayed passed her shift for me. Thank you for having staff that truly care about their clients!!

I planned to get my hair bleached, and dyed to a different color, but the lady who did my hair was very lazy and refused to dye my whole head of hair because it would be “too yellow”. i was planning on dying it a different color anyways, so i still had a ton of brown hair with blonde highlights all for $115. not worth it. i was able to get it done in 1 sitting at another place for cheaper too.

Even though everyone there Ive had an appointment with is awesome, my top recommendation in Nikki. On top of being a great stylist she is very friendly and does an excellent job on eyebrow waxing.

Favorite place to get my ears lowered. I live across town and still go out of my way to go to this location! Management must be great as I’ve seen the same two ladies there that were there when I was a kid. Like when Take 2 Video was still poppin on Friday and Saturday nights and you could walk in between take 2 and mj capelli through a back hallway 😂😂

They messed up my hair and the lady who did my hair was crabbier than ever!! I would not recommend this ever to anyone!! I will stick to jcpennys where they actually do my hair good. My bangs look so short, I told her to put them below my eyebrows and she didnt.
