I had botox and a consultation for filler. Anna was very knowledgeable and patiently listened to my concerns. I was very impressed that she was honest about my skin and what results I could expect. I was very grateful that she didnt try to pump me full of filler, instead determining that I didnt need any. I really appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere and that my insecurities werent exploited to make more money. She also has a very light touch while injecting botox. Overall a great experience. I will definitely be a return customer.

A few weeks ago I had VBeam laser done on my face to treat rosacea and broken capillaries. I have to say Im very happy with the results. I can definitely tell the difference in the redness in my skin. Im going back for another round in March to get the rest of them around my nose and mouth. All the ones she already hit with the laser are gone! Its pretty amazing considering I had some on my nose that were huge and purple. Dr. Ollila explained all the types of rosacea and what my options were and what kind of results to expect very thoroughly. She is awesome. To me it wasnt painful, but the bruising lasted about 2 weeks and I cant lie, it was pretty intense, but so worth it in the end. One good thing about wearing masks is that it covered them up! I recently visited Maine Laser for the first time and had the pleasure of receiving a facial from Jade!From the moment I walked in to the space, I felt welcomed and comfortable. It was very clean and smelled nice.Jade spent time with me doing a consult before choosing the facial that work best for me and my goals - a light chemical peel that added a TON of hydration to my very dry winter skin. She answered my questions about the products and what to expect along the way.During one part of my facial while I was having my face steamed, she gave the best foot massage I have had in a long time! When I told her how great it felt, she responded Our feet deserve love for all that they do for us. Something about that has really stuck with me.Jade took such care and paid great attention to me through the appointment. Amazing staff they know what theyre doing, made sure I understood the procedure from start to finish. I had a $325 V-Beam treatment and was not prepared at all for the immediate results. I looked like a freak show for about a month and not able to go out in public. I was told I “may have some bruising”, but in fact I looked like I went to war against blueberries and lost! Several months later my skin is NO better.In addition, every time I made an appointment the office always called the day before or that day to reschedule. I would never go there again.
