My office visit was a 2nd time visit to Dr Rodrigue for the purpose of scheduling a knee replacement. The office visit went well and he understood we were leaving for Florida the end of October so when he brought me to the front desk he told the office personnel I needed to be scheduled sooner because of leaving end of October she informed me I would hear from the scheduler which happened 2 weeks later only to be informed the earliest date was in January. Had I been told that up front from the beginning when I was first trying to even make an appointment as this was my 3rd office visit for the same issue I would have looked for another physician as I need surgery now because of the pain.
