Rude people and nasty too . I had to take a ferry over from marthas vineyard for a 200 app today then they put in the computer wrong for March . And one app for xray only and one app for cleaning not both at the same time wasite of tio there theywill srew u for the money e people never gl

I had all my upper teeth pulled and received my new dentures today. I absolutely love them what a comfortable fit and done professionally the staff is wonderful and truly a pleasure to deal with. I will be doing my bottom teeth very soon and am very excited. They did a fantastic job and I am very satisfied. Thank you so much boy what a confidence builder. I would recommend them to anyone.

Since there are two locations to leave reviews for the same dentist, I will attempt to leave this review on both pages. I just got off of the phone with the receptionist there, and will no longer be going to this place of business. I had an appointment tomorrow at 9am, they call me today at 5:45pm to cancel on me... which would be totally and completely understandable if today wasnt the THIRD appointment in a row thats been cancelled. The last time they called and cancelled was 10 minutes before my appointment, so I was on my way there, naturally. And while they are on the phone with you cancelling, you do not get an ounce of empathy. I have been MORE than understanding and patient. I do not know what kind of business this is, but I have taken time away out of work for this place to only cancel on me over and over again. Do not waste your time, they do not put their patients first. They do not care, point blank. Absolutely unacceptable, I will be spreading the word.

I find the is office to be professional, well managed, loaded with high end technology and fully able to answer any questions I have. Not only do they make other dentist office seem antiquated, they take the time to discuss options and confirm approaches with each other before procedures. This is the best dentist office I’ve used anywhere.

If I could rate lower than 1 I would. These people never get back to you, the dentist NEVER speaks to you only the techs do... what is up with these people!!!!! Not professional what so ever.

I am happy I found a great dentist and a wonderful staff that made me feel very comfortable will be going back for some more procedures, will be writing more comments threw my dental work but for now I will sayso far so good.

Direct pay dental literally saved my smile. My two front teeth snapped in half and they were so kind and accommodating. They do everything they can to work with you financially, which is incredibly helpful. They got me in ASAP and now you would never know I had such an unfortunate accident.I’m with them for life!

What a great experience, I usually hate a trip to the dentist. Staff were friendly and helpful. The office was super clean, and I didn’t feel like my mouth had been butchered. So not only did they easy my anxiety with the dentist they also did a great job on my tooth. Highly recommend them!

Great staff, kind, accommodating and friendly. . Dr. Swann is a great dentist. He may not be the most personable guy,, but he is an extremely skilled dentist! Just had my second root canal, no pain the next day. the guy is amazing.

Got 3 teeth pulled here a few years ago. Went to a different dentist today and 2 of those teeth werent removed all the way and still have roots. So now I have to go through all the pain AND pay again to have the roots taken out correctly. I just wanted to share my recent experiences with Direct Pay Dental Care. I usually hate going to the dentist. I had great experiences at Direct pay Dental Care, and this was my fourth time being there. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. They explain everything to you. They didnt keep me waiting in the lobby, took me right in to the room. They always where asking if I needed anything. I had 5 crown put on, and they look great. They measure them and put them on the same day. I didnt have to come back to have them put them on. Dr. Marcus Swann was great. Always checking to see if I was okay. Always checking if any pain was happening. My crowns are straight, even, not hitting my other teeth and color matches perfectly. I was recommended to go here from a friend even though its a 50 minute drive , and i will never go to another dentist again.

I recently had a back molar break and I was in an extreme amount of pain. I called Direct Pay Dental Care dreading that I would have to wait! But to my pleasant surprise the friendly staff got me in right away! They are fast, friendly, professional and very courteous! The dentist was even able to do the root canal and the crown the same day! They did all this without breaking my bank as well! I was shocked at how affordable it was! If I had gone anywhere else I wouldnt of been able to afford it! They work with payment plans and take most insurance! I would go there for any future problems and you should too!

Made a first time appointment at Direct Pay Dental. I haven’t been to the dentist is a while so I needed X-rays and a cleaning, also I informed them when making the appointment that a filling had recently fallen out. Once at the appointment I was only given X-Rays, no cleaning and was not even seen by the actual dentist only a dental assistant! The dental assistant proceeded to give me a laundry list of dental procedures I now required, all this without the dentist even seeing me or reviewing my X-Rays. To my knowledge Dental Assistants are not qualified to diagnose medical conditions. I booked it out of there immediately. Requested my X-Rays be transferred to a legitimate practice at Mashpee Family Dentistry. My advice would be to stay far away!

Everyone here has always been so helpful. They even worked with my budget to help me keep my teeth. HIGHLY recommend them and will never go anywhere else.

Dr. swamn is great, but his secretary laughed when we explained her our emergency. She was indifferent, rude and not helpful overall. Which is something we are really not looking for when we had an emergency. We ended up switching to another dentist who treat us with more respect.

The best dentist ever! Teriffic staff and very reasonable prices. They went out of their way to help me. Even gave me a ride to ferry and pharmacy so I would not miss my boat. Unbelievable service. Will recommend to everyone I know.

I was really anxious about going to the dentist. After a bad experience in my old office I didn’t go for about five years. My friend recommended DrSwann. I had a broken tooth and I was worried I was going to have a whole bunch of problems. They saw me just a few days after I initially called. After they took some x-rays. I was happily surprised I only needed to fix the broken tooth and have a cleaning. Everyone in the office was really understanding and patient and now I’m not anxious about going back. Dr Swann was very gentle and made sure I was completely numb before starting. So happy I switched offices and his prices are much less than my old office.

They make me feel like Im their only patient and are completely up front about everything they do. He has stood by all his work and I really couldnt be happier with what I have received. I have no hesitation smiling anymore and my oral health has never been better. I strongly recommend his service to anyone in need of an excellent dentist.

All these guys do is put as many crowns in your mouth as they can! And then charge you enormous amount of money! Please dont ever go there if you only want to get ripped off and get your mouth full of crowns!They told me that I need 3 crowns which I couldnt believe and kept asking questions and they couldnt actually tell me why I needed them, just kept saying that my fillings are too big to redo them and it can destroy the teeth. Overall condition in my mouth was not bad, the fillings needed to be changed tho. With the estemate of almost 3700$ with the insurance I have, they left me thinking.No one ever explained what is going on in my mouth at all, no one informed me that the student is going to be present when I agreed to change one of the smallest fillings I had, no one showed me pictures of the x-rays they took. Felt like they were trying just to do things quick, forgetting about quality control.Long story short, I went to a different doctor to get the second opinion, that said I only need 1 crown and he also requested the panoramic x-rays that they claimed they took. Well, here is another thing: they didnt! They took 4bite wings X-rays and charged me or panoramic which is 200$ more. Had to call them 5 times to request to send a claim to Delta Dental to change it in the system and then reimburse. Took a month.Oh, I forgot to mention after the first and the only one appointment I had with them as I was walking out there was a guy walking in with tooth inplant in his hands as he said they put in couple weeks before.Hoping that someone will sue them one day!

Dr Swann and staff are brilliant and professional.Always treating me with upmost respect. I’ve had a complete reconstruction of my teeth and they are perfect. I get compliments on my smile every day.I am so pleased with the quality of work I’ve received. I’ve been terrified by past dentists and any drilling. I feel safe and confident when Dr Swann works on my teeth. I feel this practice goes above and beyond in care compassion and concern.

Please do not go there!!!!!! They have no idea what they are doing!!! I don’t ever hate people but dr swann made my life miserable and after that blamed on me that it’s my own fault that those crowns he had to redo twice don’t look good anymore after 3 years! Only now when I’m seeing a different dr. I found out that it’s even a miracle I had them for so long! That he messed it up so badly that it cost me 3 times more that I payed in a first time to fix it! I don’t wish him bad but I hope that universe some how will stop him from doing what he is doing!!!! What’s comes around go around.

Didn’t even get to go here yet, but the lady on the phone was very rude, kept inturupting me, then said she would call back at 12, she didn’t call back until 4 and I was at work and told her I couldnt give her my info because I’m at work and she just said well that’s your choice and hung up.

I do like doctor Swann and doctor Walsh but I don’t like how the change appointments on you have you wait for ever and got me whitening trays all because my mom thought I wanted them when I hate them I also I didn’t like the hygienist Michelle she was way too rough and cut my mouth and I also didn’t really like Haliey because she acted like a denist and cut my mouth too I thinking about not going back Because they office is also terrible

Dr. Swann is actually a very nice, honest dentist that does a great job. I would recommend him to whole family if they lived close. The staff is very efficient too. I think this is the dentist we all wished we had forever. The office has only been open three years, lots of parking, just a very understanding staff.I am not one to like close places but they made it pleasant with a window to look out .....parking lot but its a window, lots of light. No loud TV just nice relaxed photos on the screen.Dr. Swann is an honest dentist who could have given me a new crown but said I didnt need one at this time. Honest.........So please go to Dr. Swann for dental care, you will be pleased, as I was.K. MacLeod
