5 stars for the falls church branch of apple fcu because Renick provided me with exceptional service! He patiently answered all my questions and cleared up any confusion I had about the nature of my accounts. Thank you so much for giving piece of mind!He was also very kind to my dog. I was sad the Vienna branch closed but I’m happy that the staff of this location are so great!

What a nice remodel and great location.The team at this location are extremely helpful, the managers and advisors alike all help efficiently when I had an issue.The atm outside works like a charm for me, and the coffee inside is a pleasant bonus of being a member I guess!5/5 one of my favorite branches!

The ATM machine is abysmally slow. Customer service not great.

The branch is amazing. But the Credit Card fraud service is so slow I waited so long to to talk to a representative.

This branch is closed for construction I drove one hour out here to find that out. Also the next branch was located inside of the board of education and you need a card ID to get in there so thats not available please update your website this is crazy

Young man works as representative at this location seemed he has no idea whats he is doing and scared to make any changes i ask even has done before comfortabley in a diffrent branch ,,everything i request he just suggests to do it my self over the phone or use the app ,i mean why would i come here if i want to call over then phone and kept giving excuses about his computer is down

Ever since moving LOCATION to sitting next to Giant, their ATM is constantly not working, or cannot accept cash deposits. This has happened to me everytime I try and use the ATM; now Im forced to go inside to deposit cash. TODAY IS PRESIDENTS DAY 2020, and the bank is closed. Of course

The woman helping me was very rude. I am a college student, and she was talking to me in a condescending and demeaning way because I’m still getting used to banking. They acted so confused when helping me, even though I have always been understood and helped at other Apple Federal banks.

Today I was told by the young man behind the counter that this branch only makes change for members. I have gone to this location for 6 months and was always given change. He also told me he had no quarters to give me. What credit union/bank doesnt have quarters? I had the feeling this person just didnt want to help me and is very lazy.

I love Apple. It is far superior to any bank Ive ever done business with. Excellent customer service. The staff at this branch is always extremely helpful.

Not happy with the account security policies. This credit union expects you to check in with them in advance when you plan to go on vacation so that you can use your Visa card when youre there. I dont recall them being part of my immediate family or circle of friends, so this is not only a pain, but its needlessly intrusive. I have a couple other credit cards, and none of the banks associated with them have such an asinine program. And theres no way to opt out. The rep I spoke to at the Falls Church branch was less than sympathetic and was dismissive and unwilling to listen to my complaint. Will no longer have a CC with this financial institution.

Very bad bank, first they tried to trick me to pay a 30$ overdraft fees while I still have enough money to cover the transaction, & had to visit a branch to fix it.,Then I got scammed from a website while I was changing my address and the bank security did detect the scam and contact me to verify the transaction and I confirmed it is a scam & they will investigate it, and couple of days later I found out that the bank did release my money to the scammer & they didnt even cancel my card !!!!Wont recommend it to anyone.

The Spanish lady who is the manager is the definition of rude. She lacks customer service and should not be working there. Ive had better service at McDonalds than with her. She has an attitude and talks down on ppl rather than as a equal assisting with a problem. Ive had an account with the branch for 8 years and I want to end it just to avoid her face. Shes a C U Next Tuesday. Dont bother.

I have been a customer with them for over 13 years and they never improved in all these years. Worst and pathetic customer service! I wouldn’t recommend at all.
