They are very rude , they make unexplainable excuses, like .... i cant take your insurance information over the phone... ( when i know there is no law against it, and that in fact they have to take the info in anyway possible , over the phone or fax, or in person. I know i work at another pharmacy..., also before i have been there to pickup something already filled , and they billed it wrong, so they only had to bill it to the right form of payment ( less than 60 seconds in the computer) and print it, and have the pharmacist scan the barcode on the bottle to approve it ( 15 seconds at most) and i was sitting inside waiting for 2 hours and 15 minutes.... the only reason i go there its cause its closer to my house... but seriously this is not ok... not ok at all.
