William, Massage Therapist &Both Estheticians are excellent at what they do, respectively.William uses a technique that is both relaxing and on point, with the perfect pressure application!Heaven treated me for a facial my last few visits and has helped heal my face from Florida sun damage (dry) and general rosacea, successfully.The Business:Clean and relaxing environment; friendly greeter, coordinators. Need another esthetician and a few more massage therapist~ hard to book.Im blessed with a locked in rate, but otherwise the new prices are gouging~ bringing a 5-Star+ review down.

Had my first full body massage this morning. It was amazing and I still feel like a wet noodle at 3pm.

Not a bad spot, I just haven had the best luck at this location. Almost every massage Ive had has been interrupted or the back house is cackling so loud its hard to relax. If you dont mind that, then youre fine.

Received a 90 minute massage as a Mothers Day gift that my husband had already paid for. Was called the day of the appointment to be notified that it was canceled. After we had already scheduled to take time off of work for this. And the icing on the cake is that they will not give a refund for it because my husband was talked into buying a gift card to pay for the appointment. Terrible first time customer experience. WILL NOT be using them or any of their branches.

Im front line worker and it is stressful, a lot of walking and long hours of work. They did a great job relieving that stress and pain

First massage was great. My husband and I signed up with their membership.He got a regular massage and I got a prenatal massage. The massage table was nice and warm and there were warm towels available.The second time I came back was for a Brazilian wax by Lexie and she was super friendly and it was a great experience! She’s very sweet 😊The staff at the front is very friendly as well!Bathrooms are nice and spacious (hand towels > paper towels)Their waiting room is relaxing (soft furniture, dim lighting, water and tea available, calming music).It’s a very luxe massage experience👍🏼

Was spending over 100$ PER MONTH only to be told that they’re unable to get me in for a couple months. So I set an appointment, a week before I get a call that i have to reschedule for the next month AGAIN. I had built up credits but they all expire by the time I can actually use them. This place is an absolute rip off

I had a massage scheduled. The ladies at the front desk were fine and pleasant. The therapist is the individual that I had an issue with. I had scheduled a Swedish massage. Usually when the therapist comes to get you, they say hi my name is such and such and Ill be your therapist. I received none of this from this gentleman. Upon entering the massage room: He said So we are doing a deep tissue. I told him No, Im doing a Swedish massage. He responded in an annoying kind of way well Ill go as deep as I need to, and you can let me know how the pressure is. Now please keep in mind, he didnt ask me if I had any trouble spots or any areas in particular that I wanted to work on or anything. I didnt feel comfortable at all with him. I left immediately and told the front desk receptionist that I did not feel comfortable and that the energy was off from the therapist, and I would reschedule later. She did offer to reschedule, but I havent determined whether or not Id like to reschedule as of yet. This is my first time having an issue at this location, in past times Ive had no issues. So maybe its just the therapist that I had.

100% recommend! Owner and manager have taken great care of me, my friends, and family. Many therapist have worked on me and Ive never had a bad massage. I have a few favorites, but am happy with all of them and Im always impressed by their balance of professionalism and friendliness. I would gladly buy a hundred hours in advance with complete confidence. I have been a member for a few years and will probably remain a member for many years to come!

Became a member a few months ago. I have a very irregular schedule. I have never have trouble calling the day before and getting a female masseuse for the next day. Today I had Jodi, she was wonderful. I requested light touch with a Swedish massage, she was perfect! I will ask for her again.

Went there for a deep tissue massage. The place is beautiful and very well kept. The person who gave me my massage was very friendly, but didnt hardly apply any pressure. I didnt have that relaxing sensation when it was done.

I found most of the staff I interacted with at the Fairview Heights location, to be lacking even near average customer service skills. I was given misinformation and contradictory responses; attempts to reconcile what I was told were met with thinly veiled attempts to truly assist by persons whose arrogance was only ecxeeded by their ignorance regarding providing genuine customer service accompanied by a brazen disregard for my discontent at having spent time and money at that site.

Tea is the absolute best at Deep Tissue Massage at this location hands down! And she is funny...I will not book with anyone else....EVER...SHE SO GOOD, I BOUGHT A MEMBERSHIP..but i would be crazy not to mention the manager, she really took care of me and introduced me to Tea after I was not satisfied with a totally different massage. I truly appreciate your help!

To start off on a positive note, the staff is very friendly. But paying for 60 min. (only receiving 50 min.) massage or paying for a 90 min. (only receiving 80 min.) massage, leaves me feeling cheated. I have been several times and tried several different therapist, hoping for a better outcome. One therapist was afraid to massage above my knees, one would let my limbs fall after massaging them, and one therapist did a Swedish massage when I was supposed to get deep tissue. So, with all of that being said I had to cancel my membership.

They were really on the gratuity!! Asked me 3 times!!!

I purchased a 90 minute Sports Massage. The Massage Therapist began on my shoulders.....and stayed there for nearly an hour. It was very deep tissue, which I like, but very repetitious and it seemed an attempt to injure rather than to heal. She talk incessantly throughout the message. I finally told her that she had spent enough time on my shoulders and to move on, which she did for all of three minutes and then went right back to my shoulders and shortly after ended the session. She ended the massage after 70 minutes, in know as I observed the time before she started. I informed the front desk about the abbreviated shoulder massage and their response was by showing my their recommended gratuity scale. What a joke. I will never go back.

Please tell me why my son went.to the Fairview Heights location yesterday and the young lady was making conversation about his tattoos....one was from his past that he regrets getting but she had the nerve to ask him if he used to be a drug dealer. OMG who asks those kinds of questions to customers. He tried to brush it off but she would not stop talking. When he told me this, I wanted to call.your location and have a few choice words with her...

I have never been to get a massage before went there the massage was terrible signed up for their membership only because I was getting a second massage for $10 more thought that it was due on the first try to get a refund the manager/ owner Becca is terribly rude not a very customer service type of person at all!! Definitely would go somewhere else if youre thinking about getting a massage!!

This place is great, the front desk staff can be a bit unprofessional at times. Amy is the best massage therapist Ive had since being a member there for over one year. Amy is very professional and her hands are magic. I will stay a member there as long as Amy works there!

Catelin was amazing. I was there for a Swedish but I received a deep tissue which wasnt a problem. My only complaint was my appointment was at 12:00 I didnt get to the room until 12:05 so of course I didnt get on the table until about 12:10 because they give u time to change and she finished at 12:55. Obvious not an hour but as good as it was I cant complain. Will be going back monthly. Customer service was amazing to me.

Scheduled an appointment online for a 90 minute massage at 5:00 pm on October 27. I received a call confirming my appointment but they had the time length of massage wrong, which I know happens with some online systems. That was no big deal, I just called and told them exactly what I wanted which was a 90 minute deep tissue massage at 5:00 pm with a female masseuse. They called me today to confirm my appointment and has switched me to a 4:00 pm appointment. The message also stated that my massage would start at 4:30 and end at 5 pm. When I called to once again tell them what I wanted the male receptionist was very rude. I kept telling him my original appointment time and rather than trying to assist me by telling me if that time was available or not he just kept saying, well it says 4:30 on your appointment. I get it, mistakes happen. But if I am clearly telling you what I had originally wanted and about all the mistakes throughout this whole beginning process I would think a customer service person would try their very best to turn the situation around and try to make the customer happy. I have worked many customer service positions so I get that issues occur, but this whole experience made me cancel my appointment.

Great place to enjoy a nice relaxing day. Always friendly and welcoming. Make sure you tell them that you want an experienced massage therapist for the best results.

Not a bad place for a massage. The décor was very very nice and the staff was really friendly. The massage therapist was okay. I would probably recommend this place to anyone looking for a 60 minute massage in the mall area. I liked it a lot.

Ive been twice in about eight or nine months and my experience was just ok. I had two separate therapists and neither was able to deliver the level of pressure I requested.

The people were nice but Danyel, did not massage well and Shauna did a great facial but overcharged. I am disappointed and will not go back.
