The staff were wonderful and so neat and clean. Everyone wore a mask and had plenty of hand cleanser at each work station. Will be back next month!

I was introduced to the brow spa by my best friend I was use to having my eyebrows shaved with a blade My eyebrows stopped coming in so I stopped getting them bladed and since Ive been getting them threaded they seem like they are a little thicker and I have a little more to work with 😊 The women who do the threading are so sweet and kind! I will never have my eyebrows plucked or shaved ever again!!!! Thank you Brow Spa😊😊😊😊😊

I use to like coming to this place to get my eyebrows done but these new younger girls they have hired are not professional. 1. They ask you to sanitize upon entering, no problem. The issue here is they don’t sanitize their hands in between customers nor do they wipe down the chairs in between customers. 2. When asked for something to clean wax off my face (which I shouldn’t have to do, they should) and then asked for some aloe “jay” replied “I already gave you some aloe. Great but the problem is you did not clean the wax off my face and I had to which removed the aloe that you put on my face. She then gave me an attitude and asked “are you ok” don’t use that line as your defense after you know you’ve given me attitude and don’t look back at another customer for reassurance because they have nothing to do with the problem you and I have.

J waxed my eyebrows, she did a great job. It’s a very nice clean place.

I love it here! The Salon and the employees always have great customer service! My favorite person to go to is Sammy and I go to her every time! She never disappoints! The only place I go to get my eyebrows done at. 10/10 recommend!

The woman who did my brows felt inexperienced. She was VERY rough and literally tore and ripped my brows. They looked ok at the time, then scanned up BADLY and when you have a line of scabs, it defeats the point of wanting to look your best. Would definitely not go back

I’ve used Brow Spa for years but just now started using this location in addition to the STL Galleria location. Your quality of service truly depends on skill set of the individual servicing you that day. I truly wish there was a way to schedule an appt with specific associates to have more control over the consistency in service.Yesterday I visited this location for service, unfortunately it was poorly executed. Thankfully I didn’t have anywhere important to be following my service 😏Suggestion: if you are pleased by your services, get the name of the associate before you leave so you can reference it in the future. It’ll save you money & a future headache...

Just finished with my first visit with them, the women were very polite and professional. I went for lash extensions; this was my first time having them done; it was a great experience they made my lashes look great! I also ended up having my eyebrows threaded and tinted; both of those were first time experiences for me as well, and again they did an excellent job. She explained the process and walked me through it as she went. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Visiting Brow Spa Saturday for lash extensions, eyebrow threading and eyebrow tinting.Customer service was wonderful. The woman helping me was very professional, polite and quick. The prices are also very reasonable.I loved how my eyebrows turned out, but my lash extensions ended up being painful as she used to much glue. Dried globs were causing severe irritation to my eyelids. I went to a closer salon to have them removed and she had to soak my lashes for over an hour before removing due to the glue being applied incorrectly.

This is a very clean place. in a wide open area alos so social distancing is easy. i went for a eyebrow wax n she took her time. definitely payed attention to detail. her name was Sammie. the next time i go in there i will definitely be asking for her.

This place is the best brow spa. I have been going to them since theyve been in the mall, and I will remain going to them now that theyve moved location! I always get my brows threaded with them, and Ive always been satisfied. The customer service is exceptional, and the new location is beautiful, clean, and spacious. I have been coming to this spot for well over 5 years. I have used nearly every technician and always leave happy. I do threading and tint on my eyebrows.I now bring my 3 teenage daughters with me every 2-3 weeks. I really enjoy the new location as it is easier to get in and out verses the mall location.

I’ve been going to brow spa for almost 5 years now. I’ve never had any problem with the staff or my eyebrows because they’ve always been great. Recently they’ve started thinning my eyebrows out real bad even after I had asked them not to. I was so embarrassed to say anything so I continued going to them because the work they’ve done before was so good and never let me down. Tonight I went in for my regular two week clean up again just to clean up not to change anything dramatically. My eyebrows are completely on two different levels and when this was brought to the attention of the worker who did it, she had said she didn’t see anything and seemed completed disinterested but would try to fix them anyway. I’ve never been so disappointed in my favorite brow place. I had some good years but now they’ve lost a forever customer. I wish I could post the picture of what they look like because they are horrible. Over all good service but over time they start to rush and just be sloppy.

I received eyelash extensions, eyebrow waxing, and eyebrow tinting.I loved my eyebrows, the customer service was excellent and the prices are great! I really loved the way my eyelashes looked, but at day 4 I had multiple lashes fall off. I was very disappointed, I loved the way they looked but they didn’t last, they all came off very easily.

I’m so disappointed in this place. I paid for individual eyelashes and after a couple hours they started falling off and by the second day they were completely gone! I went back and they are not working with me because I don’t have a receipt!

My brows are always the rave because of Poonja (sp). Shes an amazing technician who will take care of all your needs.They offer an array of services including waxing (brow, face, and body), and they are incredibly reasonably priced.They have spaced the stations, sanitize between customers, and they wear masks to protect against the spread of CoVid-19. They require masks for service to keep the workers and community safe.They are moving from their space in St. Clair County mall to an area outside of the space. I expect the address to change on this location soon.

First of all, they use Ardell lash trios and charge you $55 just to put them on for you. They insulted my eyebrows as soon as I walked in the door and then continued to talk about how bad they are and made me get them treaded. They are not sanitary AT ALL. She did not wash her hands when going back and forth between me and another gal. She did not wear gloves and put the lashes on her bare hand before applying them to my eyelashes. Long story short, that was the worst experience I’ve ever had and I would 100% not recommend. They are lucky that I gave them one star strictly just because zero isn’t an option :/

I visit the Brow Spa twice monthly and is always treated like family by the girls. My eyebrows are always on point & I receive numerous of compliments every time. This visit I tried the eyebrow tint. The first tint didnt take because I just have crazy brow hair however my technician didnt give up until I had a satisfying color. When done my whole face slayed. I love this place and would recommend threading over was any day. Walk in and give it a try, you wont be disappointed!

So far very happy, I got lash extensions today for my wedding in 5 days. The tech wad so nice and said to come back if any of the extensions popped off. They are individually set which Ive not had before. Should last 2-3 weeks Ill let you know if I needed them to be fixed before the 2 week mark.

I am a frequent customer for the past 3 years. My last visit was the absolute worst, the lady was rushing too much and under my eyebrow red. She was rushing because she was putting eyelashes extensions on someone else. They should start doing appointments for eyelash extensions since they do take a while so they don’t rush and hurt their customers like they did to me.
