If you want to waste your time this is the perfect place. The wait time is about 3 hours. Their time management is horrible. They schedule patients with the same time, and are not able to assist them at the time given.

Went in last week to get a consultation done for braces was told my initial down payment would be only $200. Went in today for my appointment at 9o’clock to get my braces done and they come telling me that it’s $400 because they Pulled up a profile from over 20 years ago that was in my dad’s name when I was a minor at the time. Even with me setting up a new profile under my name They were still connecting it to my dad’s profile and basically trying to get me to cover the $400. I even tried calling the billing department the first rep hung up on me and when I called back a second time they were acting like there was nothing that they could do. Western dental is a joke and I will never give them my business ever again

Horrible punctuality, not once has this office been on time. The wait to get in a chair is a minimum of thirty minutes, and once in a chair at least another twenty minute wait. Be prepared to spend hours at this location.
