I had an appointment for my son and walked to the front desk to check in. When the lady at the front desk ,who I believe her name was Alicia rudely said I had no appointment but clearly they had sent me a text reminder of my appointment .She was extremely rude and acted Like i had no money to pay and even told me if I was going to pay for the treatment. Uhh yes that’s why I’m here. In other words she was asking for me to leave when all I needed was to check in. Truly disappointed.....
