Had to cancel two weeks in a row due to scheduling conflicts. Gave 24 hours notice, and when I canceled the second appointment I stopped receiving text reminders about future sessions. They just dropped me as a client. the provider I saw also confused my case with other clients. Do not recommend.

Cannot recommend. Counselor wasnt consistent and had issues with billing.

Dr. Scott Terry is a true professional. He is willing to accommodate your schedule and council in different settings in order to provide a comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend Ardent.

The place seems to be fine. Though the counselor Im seeing seems to suffer from the same rescheduling / absentee affliction as the last several Ive seen in other places.
