Military Families Beware!!When I first start going two years ago there was a great Denist and tech there. Since then they have changed dentists four times. I purchased Invisalign through them and they promised my braces would be done before I left. I paid in full for retainers and braces. They told me I could transfer to finish with little to no cost. And that was a lie, the cost is like getting new braces all over again. Not only have they not provided me refund for my braces. They have ghosted me, they have not answered any phone calls or emails. Not only do they not value their customers, they do not value military members either. Now I must report the owner to the board of dentistry, and go through all types of hoops to get my refund in FULL!

I had my teeth cleaned today and dentist was excellent. The girl helping polished my teeth first before cleaning. This was very strange to do. It should be after teeth are cleaned and flossed. Refused flouride treatment because gel you use is a mess. You need to get liquid.

Awesome family dentistry! Waterman has been a huge reason my oral health and smile have improved. The staff are very attentive, go over what will be done during your appointment, answer any questions you may have, and make sure that you feel comfortable during your visit. Highly recommended!

Very through exam by an experienced dentist. All staff were friendly and polite. They took time to teach me some better ways to brush and floss.they take only PPO insurance however.

It was my first dental appointment for some time. They accommodated me for being 20mins. behind schedule. (Not recommending that you are tardy). Office clean, sanitized yet welcoming! Also doctor and assistant explained “step-by-step” what to expect and what they were doing. Looking forward to my next visit so that I can keep my teeth and overall health in the best condition possible!😁

Very helpful and very nice. Was descriptive with what they were doing and why. Helped me relax a lot and asked a lot of simple questions. Also helped my kiddo understand the dentistry tools that were going to be used on her, which eased her worries.

I scheduled a last minute, same day appointment with them because I was in a lot of pain and they were able to squeeze me in and take care of me. The woman at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. She provided me with all of the information I needed for that appointment and my future appointment and broke down pricing so I knew exactly what I was paying for. The dentist was also and dental assistant were also super nice and helpful!

I was able to be seen quickly when I had a complaint of tooth pain. The office has good COVID protocols and all staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The dentist showed me photos of my teeth to make sure I understood the recommended treatment. The front desk staff helped me understand my insurance coverage and offered a generous payment plan.

I did not have good experiences my last few visits to this dental office. When I went this past Tuesday 1/5, I felt that the hygienist might’ve been nervous or unfocused, but it resulted in her being very rough and clumsy which made me nervous as the recipient of her work. Her last name was something along the lines of Duran. She began to stick tools in my mouth without warning, was forgetful, and rubbed my skin on my face and neck to remove excess water without asking me. I hope that the team there can be much more organized, intentional, and consistent.

I feel warm and cared for whenever I’m there. I love that the ladies at the front desk know me by name.

First time to the dentist for my 3 year old girl and they did great! The woman that cleaned her teeth was professional and very friendly. She knew how to make a kid feel comfortable and did just that. I would recommend them to anyone with kids.

I visited this dentist on 10-13-20 and was very impressed. The inside of the building has a very relaxing feeling which helped calm my nerves. The dentists acted like they knew what theyre doing and explained to me what needed to be done and why. They also asked me questions to try and figure out how I got my teeth in bad shape and what I could do to strengthen my teeth and try to prevent future problems. Ive had so many problems with other dentists like Western Dental and am so happy to find a dentist that knows what they are doing and care about the patient. I would absolutely recommend this dentist if you live in Fairfield CA.

In 2020, my out of pocket dental expenses at Waterman Family Dental were $2,650.00. My insurance covered 1500.00.When I met with Dr.Kang we spoke in detail about my dental history of enamel hypoplasia and what she would recommend for the next two years until I could afford implants. She told me partial dentures would be my best option. She then told me she would have to pull 5 of my teeth to allow a proper denture fitting. Once all teeth were pulled and molds were taken I was scheduled to come back for the denture fitting three weeks later. Upon my return and waiting over an hour past my appointment time, the denture was not a mold of my mouth and only had one tooth. This happened two more times with the lower and upper dentures not being correct and never being checked prior to my appointment. At my fourth appointment to receive my corrected dentures with Dr. Kang I brought my medical advocate, Arriana Larmony. She asked Dr. Kang about the grievous errors that had happened so far with neglecting to check the dentures prior to the appointments and pulling teeth that did not need to be pulled. The Doctors response was we had to pursue the denture issues with Kainos directly and that she knows what she is doing. Dr.Kang proceeded to make light of my concerns. Dentures that do not fit, fall out while I speak, do not allow for chewing or eating solid foods, and create large red abrasions on my gums. Dr.Kang said this was “normal” and she would fix these issues in my final fitting appointment two weeks later. Upon arrival for my final fitting appointment there was not a familiar face in the office, I was told that Dr.Kang was no longer with the clinic and introduced to a new dentist. The new dentist looked at the denture fitting and the teeth that had been pulled and said that the dentures were not a functioning option and I would not be able to eat with nor even be able to close my mouth since they were still not fitting properly. In addition, she said that the teeth that were pulled are the reason the dentures cannot a fix to my mouth properly. Dr. Kang pulled good teeth and left chipped ones to be the anchor for my bottom partial, the decisions and dental work she performed were medically unsound and not in the best interest of the client. I am requesting reimbursement for the neglectful dental work performed.

This is one of the worse dentist place I have ever encounter. I had made an appt for general cleaning and X-ray as per their ad in the breeze. The special was for $69 for new patient. I came to my appt at 9 am and didn’t get out of there till 10:30 am. The person that took my X-ray was very gentle and nice at first. After my X-ray was done she called another person over to input datas in the computer while she in my mouth. Well she was training that individual. Then the doctor came over and advice that I need deep cleaning and replacing my old fill-in. I told the doctor I’m just gonna do my general cleaning today until I find new coverage,which I paid CASH for this appt. After I had just told the doctor I’m not doing deep cleaning the gale that took my X-ray was gonna prep me for a deep cleaning so I told her please give me my general cleaning that’s what I paid for. She came back with some paper work for me to sign stating I refuse treatment. All went down from there! As she starting my general the water was dripping down my neck,she floss just my 2 front teeth’s and repeatedly say to me “you have to floss and brush your teeth more often” as if I’m dirty and filthy. I NEVER IN MY LIFE FEEL SO DISRESPECTED and BELITTLES. The cleaning was done in 5 mins. This place was so UNPROFESSIONAL and have DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never come back!

I am pleased with their service. The staff are very friendly and Mary is the best. She never fails me when it comes to getting my teeth cleaned. She is very thorough and has excellent customer service. I HIGHLY recommend her. Thank you!

This is a quality practice. I’ve had a lot of dental problems over the years and have developed serious dentist office anxiety issues. The Staff and Dentist got me in and out without delay. I will go back, & will definitely recommend others give this office a try.
