Solano Dental is always great about working around my schedule. Just recently, they got me in for a same day emergency appointment. It takes extra time for my mouth to get numb. They are always great about making sure I am completely numb before any necessary procedure. I havent been able to say that about any of the other 3 dentists I went to prior to being referred to Solano Dental. The staff is incredibly friendly.

Today like every time I have visited Solano Dental was exceptionally pleasant, all staff are always so courteous. The dental staff are very attentive to my needs and concerns, they take the sting out of the procedure you’re getting through their interactions and personalities.

As a long time customer of Solano Dental Group I can say that every visit has been filled with above and beyond customer service. Dr. Chen is the kindest dentist with years of experience and expertise. The dental hygienists that Ive had have all been amazing! Their expert hands leave my teeth feeling fresh and clean with each visit. The office has air filters, hand sanitizers and face masks to keep everyone safe. They also have referrals to local oral surgeons and orthodontists, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend this place! Ive been a happy customer for about 5 years now and counting!😁

I had to put off my appointment a few months ago because care provider was not vaccinated, I made it clear that I didnt want to be seen by anyone who is not vaccinated, I even asked the receptionist at the front desk to put it in my chart.A few days ago I was notified that my appointment would have to be changed because care provider would not be available on Saturday, I agreed and once again made it clear I didnt want to be seen by anyone who is unvaccinated.I was assured my care provider would be vaccinated.I went to my appointment and asked care provider if she was vaccinated, she told me she couldnt tell me because HIPAA prevented it.That is not how HIPPA works, she straight out lied to me, HIPAA didnt prevent her from answering my direct question or declining to answer.I will find another dentist who takes the health of their patients seriously.Its my health and the choice should be up to me if I want to be be exposed in such a vulnerable way by the unvaccinated. They disregarded my request that I only be seen by a vaccinated provider and lied about HIPPA laws

Been with this dentist for many years and they have always been very pleasant and thorough with any work I needed. Very understanding of my concerns and always hve answers or find them. Love the vibe even though I don’t like dentist much. Lol

Dr. Chen and staff here were amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure I had been feeling better. I have to say I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service I received. From the courteous front desk staff, my entire visit was pleasant. Both staff and Dr. Chen explained the process and what to expect during and after dental implant. My comfort was clearly their number one concern. I would 100% refer them to family and friends.

Excellent customer service from checking in to checking out.. my insurance is out of network.. which means prices quoted can possibly turn out to be more depending on what my insurance covers. Ive been going to Solano Dental clinic since early 2000 with Dr Judy Su as my primary dentist and now her husband Dr Frank Chen. Dr Chen is very diligent and thorough when it comes to dentistry. I had undergone 2 crown replacements lately, although the procedure took several hours, the experience was very much tolerable. Dr Chens expertise and that of the staff (sorry missed their names) made it easy and comfortable for the patient. They used the very latest in dental technology. Very professional and at the same time friendly staff. They also observed COVID - 19 protocol which made you feel safe and protected. And as always, Dr Chen made a follow up call to make sure youre ok and has no complications. Excellent dental care.

My husband woke up with the side of his jaw swollen our regular dentist was closed Solano Dental Group was able to get him in the same day and he received excellent care the dentist even gave me his cellphone number if my husband had any problems the staff were so friendly we felt like we were at our regular dentist. Wonderful facility, and now that the new renovated office has opened up, my experiences have only gotten better (didn’t know how that was even possible ). The RDA Sonny has been there ever since I can remember and displays so much knowledge and expertise, I feel just as comfortable with her as I would with a full on dentist! The front office staff are exceptional as well, I used to be deathly afraid of the dentist’s office, but they make me forget that I am even there with how friendly they are! Top notch tools and equipment and even more top notch service and skills. Best office in Solano County by far.

This is my first time here and I must say, the staff here are very professional & pleasant. Dr Mel took the time to listen to my concerns and explained thoroughly what I needed done. When I was checking out again the staff took the time to explain to me the breakdown of everything to be done, what my insurance would be paying, my portion of out of pocket and scheduling my future appointments. I have been coming here for almost 10+ years. Even before the beautiful renovation, the professional service, atmosphere, the friendly staff has kept me coming back even after I moved further away. The wait is very short. They have movies playing at every seat. Dr. Chen and Dr. Mel are amazing. Im just sad that I cant come here anymore with my new dental insurance.

I was looking for a place to take care of my teeth. I walked in and got an appointment for the next day. The place is neat, welcoming, there is a tv for each patient waiting in the treatment room, and the staff is friendly and professional. I was fully informed about the procedures prior and during the care and the needed next step to get healthy and nice teeth. I didn’t feel anything during my 2 extractions... I highly recommend so far!

I love this place. Dr. Chen and Dr. Mel are very professional and thorough. They are also very gentle, which I appreciate. I’ve had a couple of crowns replaced there and always go to my cleaning every six months. Even after I moved to Vacaville, I still drive to Fairfield to go here to the dentist.

I have really bad anxiety every time I go to the dentist and Dr. Mel made me feel incredibly comfortable. Hes very gentle too which I appreciated. They made sure that I got the care that I needed and even went a step further as to make sure that I was okay even after the appointment. Dr. Frank Chen is an incredible dentist! Ive been a patient since 2005 so admittedly Im a little embarrassed that I havent written a review sooner. He and his entire staff have always taken really good care of me. Ive had 3 crowns and I think about a dozen fillings done over the last 13 years. (I absolutely loved sugar as a kid and still do!) I am extremely impressed by his work. He is gentle, meticulous and very personable. One of the things I greatly appreciate is that he explains everything he is going to do prior a procedure as well as during. In addition, all the dental hygienists (maybe 5 or 6?) Ive encountered over the years have been very friendly and, more importantly, gentle and thorough with my x-rays and cleanings. This is why even though I have been living in San Francisco for the last 5 years, I still make the drive all the way to Fairfield for all my dental appointments. Everyone at the front desk is awesome too! They always find a way to accommodate my crazy schedule. I definitely recommend Dr. Chen and his staff!

I highly recommend everyone try this dental office. No words can describe the professionalism I experienced. Dr Frank Chen and his very beautiful staff are a class act. I appreciate the courtesy call from the doctor after my visit I also appreciate the state of the art dental machinery that was used for my route canal. I do not recall any pain during the numbing of my gums that part of the visit was amazing. Dr. Chen is by far the best Dentist I’ve ever had!I was referred to him, and called in as a first-time customer with pain, and other complications related to a tooth breaking that morning! He and his amazing staff found a way to fit me they very same day, on one of their busiest days.Dr. Chen’s incredible calm and reassuring bedside manner, and thoughtful intelligence ensured that I was both relaxed, and constantly informed of what was happening during my first emergency procedure. His great technical prowess allowed for me to have an incredibly fast recovery and surprisingly low amount of pain compared to more simple procedures I’ve had in my past, with what was certainly my most invasive procedure to date, an emergency broken tooth removal, dental implant and bone graph!
