I had been an old patient before when it was still Smile care dental! And I am so happy to be back in this office again with my daughter! I’m so happy with all the employees especially to Dr Polina and Maria taking care of me and my daughter! So happy to be back with them as my dentist! Friendly and efficient staff made my emergency visit quite comfortable.

I called the office to see if I can make an appointment asap because I was having a dental emergency. The back of my tooth was chipped, therefore it created an exposure on my tooth. My back tooth has been worked on several times in the past because the dentist tried saving it. But this time, it finally gave out.I explained to the receptionist that what I have is a dental emergency and was wondering if there was any appointments available asap. The receptionist that I spoke to did not seem to have any empathy nor had any emotion to my situation. Her stone-cold expression told me that the earliest available appointment is July 2nd. Why in July?!? So, what you’re telling me… Hypothetically speaking, if I had a sever toothache infection, or was bleeding where my tooth is, the next available appointment is in a month?!She was quiet at one point and just said, “Yeah… Our only available appointment is July 2nd.” Horrible customer service. Why bother working at an industry where your compassion is none existent, and only care for a mere paycheck.If it was the other way around, imagine how the receptionist would feel.

Came in for a teeth cleaning. Pattie did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and making me feel comfortable!

I would give less if I could. Very unprofessional place in my opinion. I told the dentist multiple times that I could FEEL pain while he was removing my wisdom teeth and he kept saying it wasnt pain, it was pressure even though I said I felt pain. I was very frightened of the pain so Im having a panic attack during the procedure but still remaining calm just tensing up as I feel the PAIN. I said no I am feeling actual pain and also said I feel tingling on the left side of my mouth where he was about to remove that tooth and I could feel my face waking up... as soon as they heard the word tingling they said oh no that is just the numbing. You know when something is waking up, Im not dumb. So at that point I am very scared because I didnt know what pain I was about to feel, and sure enough he starts going at it and I can feel it... I say no joke that is PAIN and so he gives me another shot. I was also not sitting in the chair properly and my back was hurting badly so I asked if I could scoot up and he said no we are almost done... we were not almost done and he stitched my gum shut which I felt too, and I sat there In pain all over. Not to mention also that the lady who was assisting had her entire torso pressed against me and had the death grip on my chin holding it up. I would never recommend anyone go to a place where you tell them something hurts and they tell you it doesnt its just pressure.

Im updating this review after going threw no call backs and inc issues i had my teeth pulled yesterday and i got poked in the tongue with a dental tool teeth i was given are crooked and pink is over the white of the teeth dont fit at all im really praying they fix their wrongs because its been over 4 months of waiting for this and to have everything basically go wrong did . :( i was really excited to finely have teeth and it all turned into a nightmare i cant wake up from :( i really was hoping i could write a happy experience but just cant

This dentistry is one of the nicest ones i’ve been too so far. i’ve gotten my braces here and they have wonderful customer service. the team is so respectful and wonderful, i’ve never had a bad experience here.

Arrived early for a scheduled appointment, and was told they had an hour delay. Waited 2.5 hours to be told they still had another 1-2 hour delay. Rescheduled for another date, arrived early/on time. An hour after the scheduled appointment time, we were told the x-ray machine wasnt working and the doctor would be leaving until the following month. Do not recommend this office.

I requested a specific medication before I got my teeth extracted for the pain which workes better with the medication I am on, as well as works better to alleviate the pain. Instead the front desk receptionist prescribed me a low pain dosage. Its been three weeks and Im still in pain, I went back a week after because I had concerns and the Dentist had no interest in why I was in pain, and dismissed me as if I were a child.

Never ever come here. This place is a huge scam. I spent 2 hours in this office to be told that if they didnt charge me 1,946 for a deep cleaning then they wouldnt clean my teeth at all. I get this is a newer office but scamming people is not the way you run a business. My insurance covers a cleaning every 6 months which they refused to do because they said I had to have a deep cleaning and refused to do the free one. Stay away from here at all costs. I have delta dental and it sounds like they only want medical patients to run up the costs. I will be reporting this business to the proper authorities this is an outright scam. You have no right to tell a patient after two hours you wont clean their teeth unless they pay 1,946 for the deep cleaning that you want to profit from. All I needed was a cleaning but since they dont make a lot of money from that they want to make up a story that they cant do a cleaning unless its a deep cleaning. I am also reporting them to delta dental for not being a reputable company to do business with.

Do not go here! It’s been a complete nightmare experience. My daughter came to this office with braces already on from a orthodontist out of state. Her first visit was booked a month in advance and even with that time the office manager still did not have all of her necessary insurance information. We spent three hours trying to figure everything out, in that time she did manage to get a cleaning and the hygienist cracked her fake tooth. When I asked if they would fix it the office manager said they could not touch it because then they would be liable?!?!? Seriously, at that point they were already liable!!!! They scheduled another appointment a month out giving them enough time to figure out the insurance, I promised my daughter they would fix her tooth on that visit because that’s what I was told. We arrived for the second visit and they have all the insurance information needed to proceed but the orthodontist was not told he would have to fix a tooth on top of doing a new patient questionaire which takes time. This created some animosity due to the fact I just wanted my daughters tooth to be fixed because she was quite upset over it and the orthodontist was on a tight time schedule. He tried his hardest to work with us but it was impossible to have the tooth fix that day in clinic so they took a mold of her mouth and assured me that the tooth would be rushed to the lab and in two weeks they would have a new tooth to put in place of the tooth that was there. Seeing how we live 20 minutes away from this office, she misses school everytime we go and I am nine months pregnant. I called the day before just to make sure that the tooth was in and ready to go. They cannot find the tooth which means it has not been delivered but nobody bothered to call me. Had I not called and questioned we would’ve again wasted our time on another trip to that office only to be rescheduled. This is not a dental office this is a manufacture line where braces are thrown on one after the other. Patients are not respected as clients but rather just another contract.

I went in today for my routine cleaning and the hygienist was extremely polite, professional and caring during my visit. I would recommend this business to others.

This place is great. I really like my dentist she makes me very comfortable. The assistants are very nice and explain exactly what is going to be done. The front staff is great. Very welcoming and always friendly.

The service was not good. The dentist spent 2 minutes looking at my teeth and X-rays and didn’t ask about one of teeth that had trauma and every dentist has asked what happened. It was just at pleasant experience.

I regret even coming here...After 5 months, 2 dentist later I found this place...I saw a doctor Murray..I believe that was her name, but the appointment was so fast.. I had a tooth that had broke some,this Dr. came in, looked at my tooth and said,Yeah its down to the bone..Needs to be pulled......And left..Rude as hell..I did have it pulled,3 days ago and now Im regretting it!! What I thought was a consult appt.( the receptionist wrote on my card Consult) turned out to be having my tooth pulled..The oral surgeon wasnt even done with my procedure and was already asking about his next patient...As my procedure was ending and I got up from the chair the assistant was already using Clorox wipes to disinfect the area...SMDH .Felt like I was in herd of cows being shuffled around & rushed.. Ill never recommend this place nor go back..$500- later & my tooth is gone..No customer service at all! These places should think about the patients more and NOT their $$$$.

After waiting in the office for 1.5 hours. The Dentist refused to proceed with regular dental cleaning and exam unless I proceeded with a 300$ out of pocket deep cleaning. Filed a complaint with Cigna and California Department of Managed Health Care (DMHC). The office definitely looks run down with old stained chairs and old equipment. There were also multiple homeless walking around near the entrance.

My first visit to a new dentist, Dr. Paulina, was very pleased with the service I received and how friendly everyone is. The doctor listened to all my questions and addressed any concerns that I had. Even though it is an older office the service was great!!!

Love the staff, I had not seen a dentist in years and was very nervous which the staff helped to overcome. Now, I have a beautiful smile. I also like how they give more than one option for dental work, you can go expensive to payment plans. The doctors and staff are pleasant and professional.

I was very pleased with smile care in Fairfield. I see them for my regular cleanings and I did my ortho treatment with them and I was very pleased with the outcome. I love my smile. The entire staff from the front desk to the back are very friendly and have great customer service. The office manager , Sylvia Flores , is great at explaining everything that is going to be done. The worst dental office !! Worst experience ever! The receptionist is rude, incompetent, unprofessional. We have been going back and forth trying to get a referral from them for another dental office for over 2 months now, they haven’t been sending the referral correctly and whenever we ask them to send it again they never do, we asked them 3 times to send the x-rays to another dental office and they never did. If you don’t want to waste your time don’t go there. Not helpful at all

This clinic is very unprofessional, the assistants in the front are more focused on phone calls then actual clients that are waiting in lobby. There’s no welcoming when you come in, no sense of urgency, and lack of communication skills! In the back the dental assistants are very rude and not helpful whatsoever!! Iv had multiple bad experiences and i intend to take my business elsewhere! I DO NOT recommend this clinic to anyone!!! Poor service!!!

This is by far the cheapest dentist I have ever been to. I only came here as they were in network for a group dental plan I had signed up with and I wish I had paid a bit more to go somewhere else in network. Old run down looking office which is obviously run to a low budget. X-rays are all done in a single area in the back of the office, not at each station, and still use film x-ray instead of digital (so expect a higher radiation exposure). They use an ultra-sonic cleaner when they clean your teeth but they only have 1 in the office so I had to wait a while in the chair while the hygienist got it. The hygienists all seemed to be fairly new to the trade as well. Overall I was not pleased with the level of care or service I received here.

I dont recommend this dentist office. They made me wait 1-1/2hrs just to be seen. Then I get into the seat and the doctor was very rude and wasnt gentle what so ever. All she cared about was that the office was closing in 10mins. They gave me a estimate, which I took the estimate to another dentist office and they are overcharging me by $400.00.
