I am a new patient and heard many great things about Freedom Dental. The staff from front to back office are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and efficient.The dental hygienist, Thuy cleaned my teeth and was very thorough. My teeth have never felt so clean. The dentist, Dr. Cheng Zhu advised me on what I needed and didn’t force me to have any unnecessary procedures. He gave me his recommendation on a few teeth I needed to have extracted and advised me on my options on a few other things I needed to have done without any pressure. Made me feel very comfortable especially during this very scary pandemic. Cleanliness of office and customer service is impeccable! Definitely recommend!!!

Dr. Freeman dentistry has an amazing staff I get my cleaning done with LORENA (shes a must!) shes so sweet and doesnt make going to the dentist a nightmare. Shes very considerate especially when it comes to sensitivity on the gums or teeth and is always explaining what shes doing and making sure your doing ok. I get all my treatments done with Dr. freeman hes great as well hes so nice and makes the procedure fast but does a great job as well! Definitely recommend! I also got a sit down with Gabby which is one of the front desk girls she explained how my insurance worked and showed me on paper what was my insurance covering she was so sweet answered all my questions made sure I was clear on everything. Love the staff and service!!!

Freeman family was great! I had to get an emergency dental surgery due to severe pains. They were able to take me in on short notice and made quick work of the surgery. They went over everything before and after thoroughly. I was a tad nervous due to not seeing a dentist in over a decade. But they made me feel assured and comfortable. Not to mention they worked with me not only mentally but financially as well. I will definitely be seeing them for all my visits and also my family. Thank you again Freeman family!!!

Been coming to this same dentist for over 10 years when it had another owner. In fact over 8 people In my family also use the exact same dentist. The NEW dentist isn’t an issue, he’s an absolutely funny, and great man, however, argumentative or negative front desk staff/admin can make or break a business especially when they are speaking to about the matriarch of an entire family.Mom was told that she has “insurance money to spend and she might as week use it since it goes unused”. We called over the weekend to make an appointment for a panel. We got a call at nearly closing the following day to schedule the appointment. We Scheduled it for the following day for a simple exray, because we will not be committing insurance fraud by billing for things she does not need just for the sake of billing. Situation caused us to call in the morning to cancel the appointment. We called 10 minutes before the appointment and sat on hold for 6 minutes. Office staff tried to convince me that we would have to pay a cancelation fee for canceling. Although it is a courtesy to call someone to let them know you have to cancel. The policy is you have to give 48 Notice to cancel. Although the appointment wasn’t made in48 hours. Moreover, having to debate a cancellation fee in the middle of having a family emergency just not wise to implement such then discuss the fact that when we call back to schedule we will have to pay this fee. As a corporate owner I do understand the need for money, however, it should not come at the cost of ones reputation or losing the client. Is it safe to bring my own kids here knowing the fact the everything has been money driven? How will we know now that we are not being charged for things that we do not need? My cousin comes here and she has so many fillings it’s absolutely ridiculous. Did she really need those or was it for the sake of billing?

Hes a master with the Novocain shot, kind with the root canals, makes high tempered crowns while you wait and the implant Ive had is my strongest tooth.No, hes not paying me to say all this - Ive been with him for over 25 years and my teeth are much better for it. Sometimes its the little things that put you at ease and make you want to come back. I think thats especially important when coming to a dentist office. The dentist I saw, Dr. Shanon, was very thorough and explained things very thoroughly and kindly.

My husband first recommended Dr. Freeman and that in and of itself is a miracle! After my first visit with him (which was a root canal) I can honestly say that he lives up to his reputation. I love this dentist Dr. Zhu is the best he saved me two summers in a row last minute. Last summer I chipped my front tooth riding a jet ski. I was calling everywhere I could and he was the only dentist willing to take me right away and fixed my tooth for a great price. Then today I broke one of my back teeth in Half while I was at work. And again he was the only guy that could fit me in he stayed late just to help me. And prescribed me pain meds to help with the pain. I’ve always had a huge fear of getting a root canal but it wasn’t painful at all with him. Plus the guy is hilarious and kept me laughing the entire time. He has a patient for life now! Unknowingly had an outstanding balance that was sent to collections, paid it the same day I received the notice. Staff unwilling to call collections to make sure a debt was paid, an would not make me an appointment. Kept saying, this is our policy rather than working with me by simply verifying the payment was made. They made me feel like I was a deadbeat.

This is a state of the art practice with the use of a laser instead of a drill. I had 2 procedures that were painless and quick without the use of novocain and thus no big lip feeling. I highly recommend the office and staff for their professional, efficient yet personalized care.

This place is amazing!!! Even that is an understatement. I love how the staff explains everything in detail, which is so hard to find these days. Dr.Freeman uses a laser without the shot which made my fear of the dentist completely disappear. He knew when I was getting uncomfortable and stopped to let me take a breather. I never thought I would love going to the dentist, and would totally recommend him to everyone I know.

Dr. Freeman and his office staff were great! I brought my 6 year old son in for the first time today for a routine exam and cleaning and everyone there was very friendly and accomadating! I love all of the high tech equipment that they have and use, especially the x-ray machine, it makes taking x-rays a breeze, and my son did not mind it at all. Dr.Lim and her staff were extremely accommodating and always maintained a cheerful environment. Just had my teeth cleaned by Lorena she did a fantastic job, my teeth look great! However, I had some problematic deep pockets of plaque on my back teeth. I felt bad because I brush and floss my teeth daily. Lorena was patience with me and took the time to watch me floss and then showed me that I was not flossing correctly. She took time to show me a few other things I could do to improve the health of my gums and teeth. Clean teeth and education, WoW!!! I have had several procedures here including sedation dentistry. They have always been wonderfully caring and professional. The hygienist Thuy is very thorough professional and caring.She is also very gentle while cleaning my teeth due to me having sensitive teeth. Thuy cleans my teeth every 3 months and with my frequent cleanings my teeth have gotten stronger and whiter. I cant say enough good things about the staff and good dental work that they do. In the past I have had many cavities filled and a root canal. They do awesome work. All the staff are very compassionate and caring. I explained to to them that i have a great fear of dentists due to past experiences. They assured me at the time i made the appointment i had nothing to worry about, they were very kind and friendly. Well i have to tell you Dr Freeman and his assistance re-treated my root canal, I had my teeth cleaned and at no time did i experience pain. I went for an appointment with 2 small children (3 and 4 years old), we were all seen at the same time. They were professional, polite, and the office was VERY clean. All of my insurance information had been taken care of before my appointment and all financial details were discussed (and put in writing) before any treatment was given. I was worried that my kids would be running around during the appointment since I was being seen at the same time, but they had it all taken care of. They were each given headphones and a movie to watch while in the Dentists chair! They sat still the whole time, and everyone was so nice they werent scared at all. I would recommend this Dentists office to anyone, especially people with small children.

I first spoke with the office manager Jeni Vaughn who was so caring and really understood the urgency of having me come in ASAP. She was able to fit me in their busy schedule the following morning. Great customer service! All of the staff was really knowledgeable and calming when I was obviously panicking, swollen and in lots of pain. Dr. Zhu was very professional and knew exactly what needed to be done to help me. He explained in detail what was happening and why I was in so much pain and what he was going to do to fix it. So thankful that Dr. Zhu and his team took care of me. 10/10 recommend!

Went in for my 6month check up last week. Awesome experience, as always. I told the Doc I had a rough area on my back tooth which he smoothed out while I was in the hygiene ladys chair, he wanted to save me a trip from coming back. I was sent home with cool new goodies. What really earned this office my seal of approval is that Dr. Freeman personally called me today and left me a message to follow up to make sure everything was okay with the tooth he smoothed out for me! First time I felt like my dentist actually cared!

They treat you like a real person as opposed to just another patient like other places. They are like family and do great dental work.
