Everyone is always very pleasant throughout the entirety of each appointment I’ve had. Super knowledgeable and always well equipped to answer any questions I may have. I go for cleanings every 6 months, started and finished Invisalign, and received fillings, and all have exceeded my expectations.

The dentist there is a really nice, warm chap and the staff are professional and equally welcoming - BUT - and this may be a US dentist thing, $365 (after insurance) to glue a bridging crown back in, seems wildly excessive to me - so I bought some dental cement from Amazon for $40.

It seems that, every time that I visit Erin for a follow-up visit, she has been certified in a new procedure that helps to ensure the best general health of their patients. This impresses me. They never stop learning methods of being helpful to their patients.

I thought I had scheduled my cleaning covered by my insurance and had an appointment on March 4, 2021. I was never informed by the office that they were out of my insurance network even after I asked. Then I received the out of network billing. During this pandemic, money is very tight and I think it was very dishonest of the office to deceive me.

An excellent experience all-around. Dr.Cuevas, Erin and the rest of the staff are extremely knowledgeable, patient, helpful and awesome at what they do. They were able to fix a few minor issues I was dealing with, and I already felt significantly better the day following my appointment. They will help you with your immediate issues as well as developing a long-term plan of care for your dental health. Highly recommend if youre looking for top-notch service in our area (bonus, they accept most major insurances!) Looking forward to working with them on an ongoing basis!

Dr. Cuevas spent a long time with me to determine best course of treatment and to explain the options to me. Although it is expensive, I believe the outcome should be good.

Dr. Pablo and staff are the absolute Best. Dr. Pablo is very thorough and goes into depths about your teeth, causes, procedures, etc. I have learned so much in my first appointment! Professional staff, clean facility, felt somewhat rushed

Great staff working on the front desk. Gina is the very heart of that office. Dr Cuevas is a chivalry gentleman. He just lost me for trying to lecture about my lifetime personal experience. But in order to do that, he should know the real world and not judge what he doesn’t know. He is just a dentist not my family or my psychiatrist.

Erin is an amazing dental hygienist.

I came to this practice through direct mail, which has worked well for me. It is a nice office, attractive and courteous professional staff. Smiles is like Dentist to The Stars for its pricing, however. Id been lulled into purchasing $30 fluoridated mouthwash (isnt there sufficient fluoride everywhere?).

Ive been meaning to find a new dentist for quite some time and came across Fairfield smiles. I decided to give it a try and I had a great experience. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. Erin the hygienist was great. I didnt feel uncomfortable at all, and the overall experience was great. Definitely happy that I found a new place to go to from now on. Highly recommend!

Most through, professional dental visit I have ever had. Professional, honest and smart. That is everyone in Dr. Cuevas practice.

You will tell I was really impressed today when I went to Dr Cuevas’s office for a “regular” teeth cleaning.Things were going exceedingly well ( as Erin complimented me on my improved daily cleaning results ), when her mood changed suddenly. She had discovered and measured a pocket void on two sides of a molar which decades ago had had a root canal. She immediately worried it could be indicating a cracked tooth, but only Dr Cuevas’s expertise and maybe an X-ray would tell us more. I had no pain or irritation of any kind and I had a similar cracked tooth many years earlier which was not discovered until I had experienced much discomfort due to infection. So I was completely surprised.Erin’s preliminary diagnosis proved to be right on the button, proving what I had sensed over a few years of her cleanings...that she is really well schooled and trained in what she does so well ( a true studied and academic scientist), with the experience to readily identify a problem which very well could turn into a painful emergency down the road.By the way, the X-ray machine was brand new and state of the art not requiring me to jam into my small mouth an number of small X-ray plates. It just revolved around my head as I stood in place.I made my appointment for the extraction with Dr Cuevas but was told, if I would like to wait an hour it could be accomplished this afternoon, so I did not have to trek back, and it was. Once again, no pain no matter how hard this 60 year old tooth was to get out.What a pleasure to eliminate the problem before it was a painful emergency in a state of the art dental operation with really well trained professional staff.David C.Wilton CT

My experience at Fairfield Smiles has been the best dental experience if have ever had. Dr. Cuevas and the entire staff are extremely friendly and knowledgable and really care about your teeth. I had the quickest and most painless cavity filled there as well as 2 new front teeth that look and feel better than the originals.

I am the BIGGEST coward in the world. I admit it - I just dont like pain. I have a lot of complicated work to get done so this was a big issue. My teeth have always been sensitive and I figured I would just have to live with it - but this is not the case here. Dr Cuevas wants to get to the issue to alleviate any discomfort. He explains his plan thoroughly and wants to do things the best possible way to ensure the best results. I have been to tons of dentists in fairfield county to the point that my husband says I should write a blog. I have not been totally happy with any of them for one reason or another - but here I finally think I found a home.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Cuevas yesterday. I had chipped my tooth on a Sunday and reached out in hopes he would be able to get me in quickly (I am a new patient). He got right back to me and fit me in the next day.Dr. Cuevas (and his entire staff) are very friendly, which was so comforting as I am one of those people who does not like the dentist AT ALL. Dr. Cuevas spent a good bit of time speaking with me and getting my dental history before examining me. He knew I was anxious and really did a great job of keeping me comfortable.Overall, a great experience!

My regular dentist referred me to Dr Cuevas due to an issue I was having with my implant and crown. I was so worried about going but Dr Cuevas was very nice, professional and made me feel at ease. It truly was by accident that I found Dr. Cuevas. I was in the area and I heard his commercial. I was looking for a periodontist and thought he might be able to help. In his commercial, he was offering a free consultation, so I thought, Why not. It wasnt until I was in the dental chair that I found out he is a prosthodontist. Either way, I was in the right place at the right time to hear the commercial. He was able to look at my situation and give me options, like no other dentist. I had trusted my general dentist and periodontist for over 15 years. They never took care of me like Dr. Cuevas has in less than one year. Your health is in your own hands.
