Absolutely terrible bedside manner. He did not tell my mom that she needed to take a week off from work. When she was distressed that she could not see after the surgery he treated her like a hysterical crazy lady. Then when I tried to intervene he told me You are not the patient. Shut up. Which is wildly inappropriate.

If you’re a new patient, FYI: The building (right now as of March 2018) is under renovation, so you can’t see its address from the road. You also have to enter through the rear as the front entrance is dedicated a dialysis center and there’s no access to any other part of the building.Once I got up to suite 235, I was greeted by a team of efficient ice princesses. When I explained that I couldn’t find them and I didn’t know what entrance to use and that I had to walk around a construction zone in the cold rain, they pushed it back on me to have called them if I was lost. WRONG ANSWER: they should advise their NEW incoming visitors of the state of the building and how to enter it. The main ice-receptionist, instead of pausing and sympathizing chose to dismiss my comments, spoke in a way that let me see her breath and said, “ok. These are your forms, if you would have a seat and ...” that made it worse. All she had to do was say, “oh, that sounds frustrating. I will let staff know to add that information to our new patient emails...” An actual doctor from the practice overheard my frustrated comments and nodded with me and said, “yes, we are sort of on autopilot here because we know how to get here... it’s easy enough to fix our email template so new people are aware. Thanks for letting us know...” PERFECT response. My visit: I feel like this is a LASIK factory. And all they want to do is LASIK and perfect LASIK for perfect results to further promote their stellar track record. Apparently I’m not a LASIK candidate due to corneal thickness, but no other options were provided. I was kindly excused from the appointment. I’m certainly not into risking my actual vision just to get out of glasses and contacts, but I was pretty dismayed to have been released that swiftly without being offered other options. My sense is that they want to keep the LASIK churn rate high, so they don’t entertain other options. If I’m wrong, if I’m simply not a candidate for any surgery, I wasn’t made aware.

Do not go here. He has botched so many eye surgeries and has covered them up. Find somewhere else.
