I loved this place. A very serene environment. The staff Julie and Patricia took exceptional care of me, and made great conversation. This really helped me relax since I was slightly nervous about my first time getting microneedling. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They also explained everything I needed to know about the procedure and the after care. Ill be back and look forward to trying more of their services.

Wonderful relaxing spa offering a wide array of procedures. I am 51 and just tried neck contouring and was Amazed at the results after just one session!! The IPL facial is removing dark spots (after years growing up in the Florida sun) Almost hate to post this review in case it gets all booked up! Next, Im going to see Madison for eyelashes. 😊♥️

The staff are very accommodating, friendly and communicative. Patricias nursing background and expertise serve everyone well; she is detailed and cares about her clients outcome.

Madison was a great host, she made me feel comfortable and made sure i was taken care of. Julie was a great nurse helped me with micro derm, my face is much cleaner and exfoliated.

Amazing service! I drive 2 hours to come here and get my microneedling done. They pay attention to detail and make sure you get the best treatment for your skin type. I have gone in wanting certain treatments and have been educated on why I should not opt for those - even though they would cost more, so I value the honest transparency that exists here. You can often find Groupon deals that they honor even if they expire. I would definitely recommend paying extra for the Added bonus of the PRP “liquid gold” as they like to call it. This is derived from your own blood (which is drawn on site) so it’s not chemical based nor likely to cause any reaction. I can not say enough about crystal clarity and their staff! Thank you for helping my cystic acne and scaring basically disappear!

OK EVERYONE - HIDDEN GEM ALERT - I almost do not want to post this for fear of losing appt availability but I must share my genuine love for this establishment as a {more than satisfied} consumer; It is difficult to confide in someone to strategically puncture your face with needles for an hour straight. However, Patricia the RN at Crystal Clarity Medical Spa, is hands down the most professional and endearing woman I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and having her magical hands grace my face.. I have had numerous treatments of micro-needling at other spas (for $650+) that do not compare to Patricia. Her methods are so unique and studied, and her experience shows throughout the entire service, from consult to saying bye and see you again! I love how genuine & passionate she is, not to mention the honesty. She is not in it for the money, she genuinely wants everyone to be able to look and feel their best in life. She explains everything she is doing throughout the service so you feel comfortable and ready to take care of your new skin. Not to mention, she is hilarious.. you dont even notice that your skin is being punctured. The only downside is having to wait 6 weeks between each micro-needling appt, because I want to come all the time! As much as I want to be selfish, you have to go book your appt now because spots fill up quickly as word is getting around !! I cant wait until things go back to normal because I do not even have to wear makeup anymore!-The esthetician and laser tech, Julie, is SO sweet and welcoming. I am talking sweet like caramel. In my whole life I had never had a facial because I was too embarrassed about my skin. I was sure that a facial would do little to nothing for me (especially considering I get my face punctured with needles). However, Julie is so sweet, genuine and passionate about her craft that you get excited about your future skincare journey. I had mentioned it at several micro-needling appts and Julie had informed me of all that came with it so I signed up. I went for a groupon special microderm. Usually you get a quick zoom around your central face and that is it. At this place right from the beginning they took absolutely more care in making me comfortable and more importantly, doing an excellent job in providing the service. Julie, my esthetician, took the time to do my jawline, my hairline and even around the front of my ear. She explained everything before she did it. My complexion has never looked so good. I have had lots of microderms in the past but she by far gave me the best treatment ever.

Really appreciated the kind and informative treatment I received here! Having anyone with a laser around your bikini line is definitely anxiety-producing, but everyone here was extremely friendly and patient, explaining everything that was happening and making me feel comfortable. The offices are clean and homey, which also made me feel comfortable -- its like getting laser hair removal in your living room! When I finished my series of treatments, no one pressured me to buy anything else or sign up for more treatments, which I really appreciated. Compared to other places Ive been, where service was brash and impersonal, the service here was a relief. And after 5 treatments (I missed one 😕) 90% of the hair was non-recurring -- its my fault on that one treatment, dang it! Everyone here was so nice I will probably book a follow up to finish it out.

Premier Image is AMAZING! I went for an express signature facial from groupon and i do not regret it. Will be going back for a consistent facial routine every 2 months. They helped me come up with a plan of care and Ive never been more excited. The office is Under Construction but it was no bother and still a pleasant experience.

I absolutely love this place!!! Patricia is amazing at what she does and so knowledgeable! She has been doing laser hair removal on most of my body for the past couple of months. I even started to bring my mom to see her! Now together we go on day trips to come see her (We live out of state). The funny thing is Im actually a wax specialist

At first, I was a little skeptical about buying a Groupon because of the negative reviews. I found out those reviews were from when the old management owned it. The new management is great! Patricia was amazing, knowledgeable, and made you feel so welcomed. I did laser therapy and her laser was the best I’ve experienced. Other places were much more painful! I will definitely drive the two hours to come back!

I love this place! The owner really cares about education and your comfort during procedures. I found them through Groupon and am going back as a repeat customer soon!

Be aware of very bad customer service. They took out my wife mole while doing micro needling. Patricia, the partner & nurse said it was blackhead while actually it was her mole and it made her bleeding and hurt badly. Few days later I complained but they will only blamed you why not reporting it on the same day. 2nd issue was they’ll offered unneccesarry product while my wife was still hurt. Then after we realized it wasn’t needed, we can’t returned it at all. They didn’t even tell me while purchasing that it was non refundable product. After we spent $500 (micro needling 2 times) , is this a service that we get, What a shame?? Be careful! Even their micro needling result is unnoticed at all , after 2 treatment, not as they promised :(

I am new to the laser experience and can’t say enough about the staff at Premier Image. First came for the great value and will continue ( drive 60 miles) for the professionalism. Results have been amazing!

So happy I finally went into getting the micro-needling with prp treatment and I am sold guys! Scheduled my next one. They use numbing cream which seriously make the procedure painless. Place is clean and they open all tools in front of you so I felt safe. Also scheduled my appointment for derma-planning which I am so excited for! Staff is awesome they’re so professional and friendly. And don’t get me started on Patricia she’s awesome love her! Answered all my 101 questions and is very out going. Definitely recommend.

The professionalism of the facility and staff are on full display. My consultation and treatment application was thorough and detailed. Being one that doesnt obsess much about self, i felt revitalized and energized after being pampered. I will definitely schedule another appointment!

I will not recommend this place. 3 years ago this woman lied to me and took my money for couple of laser sessions I definitely didn’t receive nor attended. She promised me a refund. I asked her for a refund, 3 years later and no refund. Finally I called my attorney because someone else complained to me. See you in court scammer.

Ive been going to see Kharel for years and treatments are always great. She has given me excellent care every time. I moved out of state so I tried a few places and their level of experience was not the same. Now whenever I go back to visit, I make sure to get a treatment with her.

AVOID LASER AND MICRODERMABRASION HERE.I went through the absolutely WORST FACIAL AND HAIR Removal in my life here. The technician was extremely rough on my skin, repetitively sucking even inch of it with force. I told her a few times that it hurts, but she kept reassuring me that its okay and that my skin wasnt reacting abnormally and she just kept on going. Two and a half days later, my skin was more RED, ROUGH AND IRRITATED than it has ever been in my entire life. It burns when I use the most mild moisturizer. I have done many facials before and never have i ever gotten such horrific result. Now Im just praying that it may go back to normal. The laser hair removal was another story,i was simply scammed, hair was still there after treatment,when i asked why, i was told it takes a few days for the hair to fall out,which didnt. I dont like to leave bad reviews but as a victim I feel morally obligated to give a fair warning to other customers.

Disappointing!I have been using this company for about 8 months and have had a range of experience. In person, the staff is friendly and half of the time good at their task. However, they almost never answer the phone and provide a extremely poor customer experience. Instead of someone picking-up you have to leave a message for 24-hour return. I recently had to cancel, but they never returned the call, and instead sent an email with a $50 charge for missing the appointment.Have had 4 different staff for 4 treatments, implying they cant keep good staff. The most recent one was awful; the person sped through it in about half the time it would take to do it correctly.Had high hopes, but must say Thumbs down

Unlike most spas that just advertise themselves as a place to relax, this one puts a lot of emphasis on wellness and the health benefits of their various packages, which I like. The masseuses as well as their other staff are very educated on what they do and were ready to answers my questions, which were many.

Approved! Kharel told me what she can offer me and she has met my expectations! The staff are very friendly and I travel far.... about 1 1/2 hours to get the customer service they give. I came to PIMS after a horrible experience, but Kharel and PIMS has made me feel comfortable again. Im very happy with the outcome of my treatments. I purchased a Living Social deal for a customized chemical peel and a digitized skin analysis. I went in for a scheduled appointment, and was told the esthetician was running a little behind, so I sat down and waited. There was another woman who was also waiting, who had an appointment the next day, but accidentally showed up and was told she could be worked in. After 20 minutes I asked how much longer it would take and the young girl at the desk said a few more minutes, that she was almost done. I waited over 45 minutes, and then the esthetician came out. When she heard the other woman just wanted a quick laser hair removal, she said she would take care of her first. The other customer knew I had an appointment and said shed wait, so we were both brought to rooms in the back. The esthetician (Ester) started asking me questions about what I was there for, and I told her I was supposed to get the digital skin analysis and a peel. She said she was new and didnt know how to use it, and the regular person was at a funeral. I understood, and said I would like to be able to come back for it if she could do my peel.I was told to lay down, and after waiting a few more minutes, went out to see that the laser woman was going to be done first and I told them I was leaving.I made an appointment almost two months later and was taken back after a few minutes. I was taken to a room, and when I mentioned the digital skin analysis, was told oh its not working. I mentioned my last experience and that I bought the deal specifically for the machine. She said she and the other girl would try to fix it, but 20 minutes after my appointment time I walked out and told them I couldnt wait, and it would have to be taken care of another time.The esthetician told me she was using a malic/ lactic acid on my face. I told her I get these done frequently and wanted a stronger peel, but she insisted this would work for my needs. After applying she would ask how I felt, and after 3 applications I never felt the solution at all. It could have been water. She told me it was good not to feel anything, and that the burning compromised my skin, whatever that means.... I thought the point of a peel was to get deep into the skin and it does hurt. Ive had peels that had 3 days of downtime, I wouldnt expect them not to hurt a little. She told me this peel would go down 3 layers. When she was done, she wiped off my face, rubbed cream on it and sent me out of the room.I looked at my skin when I left and you would never know I had just had a peel. Two days later absolutely nothing about my skin texture that has changed at all.I was told for the trouble of the machine not working she would put a note in my file that Id get a discounted microdermabrasion to make up for it. I paid for a service and didnt receive it- how exactly is that supposed to make up for it?The Living Social deal said it was a $455 value for 99.00. On the website, the lactic acid peel is $75. I understand the digital skin analysis is free with a consultation before recommending services. The machine was still broken when I checked back two days later. I feel like this was a very misleading promotion as I paid MORE for a service I could have had done if I had just booked an appointment. How do you get to a $455 value?I contacted the manager, who responded and asked me to give her a week to get back to me because she had just had major surgery. Ive reached out four times and have never heard back at all. Poor customer service and a misleading promotion. Would not recommend at all.

Incompetent staff, shoddy equipment, new receptionist every couple of weeks, and a scheduled appointment not found in the system twice now. There are better places out there.

Beware!! They always cancel and wont give refunds! Your treatments wont be successful if they cant perform them on schedule!
