My wife and I have been coming to Dr.Amanda for a while now and we can’t say enough about her. She’s is extremely professional and makes us feelImportant. Most recently my wife had some issues and she was available on the weekend for her and even helped her out when she didn’t have to. She makes us feel like family. My youngest child had Severe skin issues after birth and she was the first doctor who could actually diagnose and solve the issue. I also wanna recognize the other staff that work there all friendly and did a great job communicating appointments and other needs we had with our little one. We are coming here for all our skin care needs etc. Thanks again to everyone who works here.

I first came here last December because my face decided to break out and it happened so quick! When I say Amanda saved my face.. I mean it! She was very sweet and understanding of my concerns. Very nice and friendly staff. i had 15 consecutive weeks of treatment, therefore i had a chance to meet many of the staff members. the appointment were easy to keep because the waiting time was minimal. Efficient office. I filled out forms for my visit online and spent almost no time in the waiting room. The doctor came into the examination room within minutes of my being brought in, and I didnt spend more than 30 minutes in the building.

Friendly staff in the front part of the office. And the medical assistant and dermatologist were both excellent. They took the time to listen to my concerns and provided a treatment plan that was easy for me to follow. I would highly recommend this dermatology group!

I went here my first time a few years ago and saw Dr Amanda or something like that and she was horrible. No sense of bed side manner, doesn’t know how to speak to people. It was also impossible to reach the front office. I came back not too long ago and met with the PA, she was amazing as well as the MA’s that worked with her. I would rate her 5 stars. But then I received this huge bill and when I called my insurance they said they did not submit the referral I handed them when I checked in. I kept calling for 3 weeks and someone got back to me today saying it was my fault they didn’t scan it. Take accountability for not being smart enough to scan it right after I hand it to you!! I work in the medical field as well and in order not to LOSE IMPORTANT PAPERWORK SCAN IT RIGHT AWAY!!! Long story short, I won’t come back here not like they’d care because all they do is talk badly about their patients acting like we the patients can’t hear them speaking. The front and billing needs to be retrained ASAP. I’d gladly train you all!!

This was my first visit at Advanced Dermatology and it was a wonderful experience! Everyone was very warm and answered all of my questions. I scheduled my next visit before I left and am grateful to have this Team taking care of my skin needs!

Staff and doctors are very friendly. Doctors handle health concerns in a good attitude, and share diagnoses in an informative and understandable language (to me as non-native English speaker). Loved the whole experience.

Everybody was great. Very friendly and safe. PA and nurse that I saw were super. My only problem was I did not get a call after my appointment with my biopsy results. I was able to get in portal to find my results .

The office is beautiful very clean and the staff is very friendly, however the lady in the front desk with the blonde highlights looks a bit 50ish was very very rude. I came in 20’mins early with my daughter, at least 10 late ppl went in front of us. No one asked me anything. I had to get up and ask if everything was ok. Supposedly things were backed up but that’s something they could have let me know

I loved going here and had many great experiences with them. However I have had my appointment canceled 5 times in the past 2 years. My most recent 20 mins before my appointment after an hour drive to Fair Oaks. I am disappointed and upset I will be having to find a new dermatologist but I can’t continue to be canceled on a treated like my time doesnt matter.

I went in for what I thought was a cyst or some type of skin issue around my jawline. I waited for 30 minutes and the dermatologist looked at me for about a minute and said she couldnt help me because it was a dental cyst. Which I was pretty surprised about since Ive never had a cavity. I went to the dentist to get xrays and there was nothing to be found. My skin is still irritated and they wasted my time and money. The dentist told me I need to find a new dermatologist.

Providers are excellent - efficient, friendly, and take time to answer questions. Wait time was not acceptable, with a long wait in the waiting room and again in the exam room.

Exam was very thorough and nurse practitioner and medical assistant were very professional and explained procedure (biopsies) and follow up care.

COVID screening was a piece of cake with minimal wait time in an uncrowded waiting room. The appointment itself went smoothly and Im happy to report all services were rendered cheerfully and professionally.

I was a patient of Dr. Baruch who left the practice. Very good professional, and the admistrative people very kind. They call for my follow up, check up, and the entire team of doctors DO NOT accept Cigna Connect. Not at Fair Oaks not near me. I had to go to Alexandria. Shame on your oath, I have to pay another Dr. for first visit again, after three visits with Dr. Baruch, and trusting her/your practice.I am very disappointed of Dr. Tadros and her team.If you accepted a health care provider, you should keep your old patients, and not accept new ones.Thats honor, professionalism, and not money motivation. You should be so ashamed off losing loyal patients, discarded by money, instead of contributing to a total patient care, and saving records in one place, towards one universal history. Waste of money, and trust!

Amanda Unalevia is a terrific practitioner. She has taken good care of my fair, cancer prone skin for years. After many failed products from other places, she also provided me with a skin care regimen for wrinkles and smoothness that works. The staff is professional, the office is clean.

I waited more than 30 minutes and they never said they were behind. They just left me waiting in the waiting area where the guy next to me was coughing. I dont need to wait in a room with other people for more than 30 minutes and be ignored. Then when I went to the counter to say I had to get to work, I was told they didnt know the person was behind schedule. The first experience had here was positive so this experience is very disappointing. The woman didnt even apologize for their lateness and lack of communication.

Dr. Tadros answers all my questions including the strategy that she is pursuing. She is always pleasant and a joy to have as a doctor.

Office staff was friendly, Dr. Tadros does not have good bedside manner. Was 40 minutes late to my appointment and had attitude with me when I was making the best use of my time while waiting for her. I was wrapping up a call w a vendor to schedule a visit to my home and she was irritated that I was not just sitting there waiting for her. Go anywhere else but here.

The Practice is very careful with protecting patients from COVID-19. My wait time was very short and support staff were very pleasant. Dr. Tadros was very thorough during my checkup and discussed the results with me. I have no problems setting up follow up visits.

Great bedside manners

The doctor was super amazing with my babies and they loved her. If it says anything about the doctor at all, my 2 year old hugged her almost the entire appointment! My sons eczema is responding excellently to the treatment! Very pleased with the service and results!

I have been very impressed with Dr. Tadros, her medial care has been spot on with all of my medical issues. Additionally, this is the most efficient doctors office I visit. I m almost always seen at the appointment time and back in my car a.s.a.p.

I had a very nice experience. I had a number of question regarding my skin and she answered to my satisfaction. She is is nice and polite. I love the way the assistant was taking notes during our conversation and provided with print outs of all the points the doctor told me. So, those notes are helpful because of course you forget those points once you leave.Satisfied

Ive been seeing doctor Tadros for many years. She is very caring and concerned about skin health and precautions. Having had several melanomas, that she caught at very early stages, I really appreciate her care and advice.

The office staff greets me with a smile as I approach the front desk and then again when I am called for my appointment. My appointments are with Lucrisha; she is compassionate to my needs and wants, and takes all the time I need to answer my questions. I dont have any desire to go any where else.

The PA Amanda was very sweet and helpful. She ensured I got the right medication for my condition and even called me the next day to make sure I was doing okay I really appreciated her answering all my questions as well.
