The staffs attitude was horrible! I went in for a covid test. Their doctor didnt see me. He merely called me for two seconds to go live me my negative results. They charged me $470 for the test and the over the phone consultation! I asked for some discount since I lost my insurance due to job change but with no luck and they refused to lower the amount. Eventually I had to pay the full amount. Bad service, attitude and extremely overpriced...UPDATE:A staff member contacted me and apologized for the incident, stating that the billing amount was done in error. I was refunded $310 from the overall $470.

Sub standard and misleading timelines.Testing appointment was at 11:40am. Wasn’t tested until 1pm and was never told there would be a significant delay. Advertising says 15 minute test, staff said it would be one hour for results, and I had to call them to get results 1 hour and 35 min after test. Be prepared to wait outside without restroom options. The area where the testing is conducted is small, without much circulation. Highly recommend everyone consider a different site if you have the option.

The COVID-19 Safety protocols are non-existent in this urgent care facility. The chairs are placed next to each other instead of 6 feet apart. They even have a chair within 2 feet of the reception window. Moreover, the front desk staff don’t ensure that patients wear mask. Relying on people to read notices on the wall is not enough. While I was there, a half dozen Hispanic laborers came in and two of them couldn’t even read the English language forms they needed to fill out. Two others decided to simply remove their masks until I asked them to put them back on. The last thing I wanted was to contract COVID-19 at a health clinic. I will never use this facility again and wouldnt recommend it.

Went to this place last Friday 8/27 around 2 pm to see the doctor. Told them that I’m having a really bad cough and chest pain, they told me that I need to get the covid test first (Rapid test) and if the result came negative the doctor can take care me. Here we are Monday August 30th and I have to call them to get my results so a Doctor can see me. They absolutely don’t have any communication skills, definitely don’t care about others health.

Visited here a couple times but I wont be returning, and I dont recommend you go here unless you enjoy bad, unprofessional service. Just waited 45 minutes and paid my copay for the receptionist to tell me the doctor was leaving, shed refund me, and I could come back at 4, then proceeded to take two patients that showed up 15-20 minutes after me. I brought this to her attention, and all she said was Sorry about that, didnt realize, a lot going on. Would not have been mad if she told me when I came in 45 minutes earlier that the doctor was leaving soon and couldnt see me, but instead wasted an hour of my time, refusing to see me and still taking the gentleman I showed signed in 15 minutes after I checked in. Terrible management, terrible service, terrible reception. Thanks for wasting my time. Also noticing the manager responding to 1-star reviews claiming theyre not necessary and to just speak with the manager to resolve issues....it is necessary to let people know that your business is unprofessional and to recommend they go elsewhere where they may actually receive medical attention, and not be skipped over for other patients to be seen instead. Train your staff better.

Firstly the name for this place is wrong - it’s not a walk-in center (at least not for travel related PCR tests). Need an appointment here (thus, not walk-in) and also same-day appointment. Calling earlier would not help! We walked in looking at the name and we’re denied service as we did not have an appointment! Then we went back the next morning (unfortunately we did not have a choice) - it took them 10 minutes just to pick up the form and in 50 minutes from our first check-in, we did not get tested! This is much worse than third world country services we faced on the same issue (travel related pcr test).

While the staff is super friendly and accommodating, I am not satisfied with the level of care I received, as well as how serious the attending doctor took my issues. I decided to go to this UC after experiencing some issues for a few weeks, but during my examination I felt brushed off, like I was overreacting and like I taking up precious time in their day. I was then told by the attending physician that my issues were purely stress-related. This didnt feel quite right, and after going to another UC, who took my concerns more serious, I was referred to a specialist and diagnosed with a chronic illness that needs to be medicated, as it could result in long-term disabilities. So, again, while the staff and even the doctor were very nice, I felt a little brushed off and I am not fully satisfied with the service received.

I came here because Ive been hurting a lot the past couple weeks. The receptionist and first doctor were very nice. I paid $100 out of pocket before being seen which I admit is my fault. The main doctor saw me for about 2 minutes total. The first minute he felt what was bothering me asking if it hurt and I said yes to all but one of his questions. The second minute he saw me, he reworded nothing is wrong with you over and over. I said ok and then went to the front desk and asked for a refund so the doctor took me back to the room and was like what do you want me to do? What were you expecting and I said a refund, please. Long story short I only got $20 back. $80 visit out of pocket to tell me that even though Im hurting so much I can barely walk and my area of pain is swollen and bruised that Im fine. Dont waste your time here and definitely dont pay before being seen. If the owner is reading this please give me a full refund. Frauds.

Had a sudden, painful, non-life threatening medical issue on Sunday morning. Went to the Burke Walk-In clinic at 11 AM for urgent care. Was informed that they were only doing Covid testing and there was no doctor working. They told us to go to the Fair Oaks Walk-In clinic. When we arrived at the Fair Oaks clinic, we were told that there was no doctor working there today. Kind of defeats the purpose of a Walk-In medical care clinic for urgent care when you cant receive any medical care.

After I have listed all of my babys symptoms, I was asked why did I bring my kid here, I just said I want to know what is causing his symptoms. Isnt it obvious why would people come to Urgent care? Then I was sent home to come back after 2 hours for COVID test and only then they could look at my baby.

This is based in wait time and wait time alone. I will not review anything else as I am too exhausted to even comprehend the level of service I received. Prior to leaving my home to drive here, I called to ask if I needed an appointment and if there was still availability to do a Rapid Covid test. I was told by the person who answered to come on over, that there was no need to make an appointment, there were only 3 patients that she was checking in at that time. I headed straight there .... it took 1 hour for someone to bring out an intake form, 40 min for someone to come pick up the intake form and my credit card/insurance/ID etc, and 20 min for them to bring out my card and receipt And was told to wait in my car for the doctor to call me ........ 3 hours later, I am still sitting in my car without a call from the doctor, I have not yet been tested, I get people being busy and backed up but this is UNACCEPTABLE!

Went here because I was doing a drug test for a job I asked the front desk if they were partnered with quest diagnostic she said yes. I was there for about 30-40 minutes sitting in the room. I got the same questions over and over again about why I’m here and what I needed I had a specific email from my employer that was supposed to be confirmed from their office, they did not confirm it. After waiting in the room for another 20 minutes I asked the nurse if I was free to go she said yes after pulling off they called me to come back to fill out paperwork I was readily waiting for. TMI info but they said my drug test was positive I had taken a drug test 3 weeks prior for another employer it came back negative and I do not smoke marijuana. Many of the nurses had attitudes and seemed unsure of what tasks needed to be done. The doctor told me he would send results to my employer but I had already been told my supposed results? I was charged 60$ copay for this visit when I surely shouldn’t have been. With waiting for my results to be confirmed and sent my employer is getting upset it’s taking too long I’m missing out on starting work, now I have to scramble to another doctors office. My time was wasted.

I arrived to meet a nice doctor, but it was a hell no for me. She wore a home made mask that barely covered her mouth. Her office carried vinyl gloves, no sink in the exam rooms, it was small and dark. She examined me with no gloves and commenced to give me weird medical advice. Then I was diagnosed and was given medication before my vitals were taken and my medication was recorded. She invited me into her office, no mask and suggested me to take a asprin daily not knowing my medical history. Do not go here! I left and went to a better facility after this.

Do not go here for anything serious. I visited this clinic after an accident that left me with a broken leg and a laceration to my foot. The doctor that I met with was kind, but I came to find out that she did not stitch the laceration on my foot correctly. This was told to me by a doctor at Patient First in Fairfax that removed my stitches. Also, the nurse that they had on staff that day did not seem to know where things were that the doctor asked for. She gave me the wrong size crutches, which the doctor thankfully noticed and replaced. Lastly, I needed an x-ray for my broken leg, but their x-ray machine was broken. This was determined after the nurse tried to run the machine two times, and both times she did not provide me with a lead vest to protect me from radiation. The next day I went to Patient First and got the x-rays I needed along with a very good overall experience.

This place is poorly ran. Staff here are very rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. The way they operate this place is a joke, they say first come first serve but it’s completely the opposite. Online they say that this facility opens at 7am, staff shows up late at 8am. When everyone has been lined up they tell everyone in line that other people had appointments when they tell everyone else “first come first serve”. We arrived to our appointment at 10:30am, it takes them 30 mins just to get your info/id and than they state that they need another 20 mins to process and than you wait again for someone to come put to see you. With all this being said the staff here have no sense of people’s times. Since this was one of the only places in Va to do a rapid COVID test we had no choice but if there were other options, this should have NOT been one of them. When coming here, don’t have high expectations and be prepared to be disappointed and externally frustrated.

The nurse who I saw was kind and seemed thorough.I was less than impressed by the doctor. He asked why I was there, and when I said I suspected strep, he looked in my ears and declared I did not have strep. He did run a strep swab and abruptly left the room, leaving the door open.10 minutes later the nurse called me into the doctors office. He declared that I just have allergies and prescribed 3 things. I had told him before that I was pregnant, so I asked if these things were safe to take while expecting. He rolled his eyes and grabbed two prescriptions back from me before handing me another without explaining what it was. I asked if it was typical for allergies to be accompanied by a fever (which I had) and he said no, never. If I just have allergies, why do I also have a fever, a productive cough, and a terribly sore throat? I was then ushered out the door.If I ever need immediate medical attention again, I will certainly not return to this urgent care.

So first, I realize what an incredible sacrifice it is to be working in the medical field and up close with Covid testing. It is also hard to find the rapid tests and a few other places are charging crazy prices. The price was very fair here. It was easy to make an appointment in the morning for an evening test. But unfortunately this place is beyond disorganized. Thats not what bothered me, I get that everything is new and changing right now. The huge attitude and rudeness are what I found problematic. I arrived 15 minutes early for my 5pm appointment for a rapid test. I call to let them know I am in the parking lot. They tell me there are 3 walk ins ahead of me and they hope to get to me within an hour. So, first, not sure why I have an appointment, but ok. Someone comes to my car about 15 minutes later and calls me Jessica. I say thats not my name and tell her who I am and she starts asking typical intake questions and writes them on a post it note. About 15 minutes later someone comes and takes my ID, Insurance and credit card. She explains that I wont be charged until AFTER I speak with a doctor as sometimes people decide on a different test while speaking to the doc. However after explaining this to me, she comes back very quickly and asks me to sign the receipt. I ask which test its for since she explained they wouldnt charge until I decided with the doctor and I had yet to see or speak with the doc. Still not a huge deal. Then I get a call about 35 minutes after my appointment time asking if I was in the parking lot. I confirmed and she proceeded to ask the same intake questions I had answered already. I told her I had already done this, and got hung up on. A few minutes go by so I call to confirm that everything is going ok with my appointment because of the double intake and calling me the wrong name first and seeming unaware that I had checked in already. I got a BUNCH of attitude at this point and was told there were 7 walk ins now ahead of me, and that I would be seeing the doctor when it was my turn. Ooook. So more time passes and 2 nurses come to my car with about 3 swabs. It looked like names were sharpied on. They called me by the wrong name again and I told them who I was again. They swabbed my nose. A third person joins and they realize none of them know who they are supposed to be testing and are all right outside my window discussing it for awhile. They tell me the doctor will talk to me soon. We wait about 35 more minutes and then a nurse comes to my car and calls me Katherine. I tell her thats not me and then says oh right, then tells me my results are are negative. I ask when I talk with the doctor and she says there is no need. Which I am totally fine with but I was told I needed to speak with the doctor 3 times and thats why it would take so long. So I don’t know. I got a test and result same day, and I am grateful for that, but it was pretty chaotic. They tell you how things work but dont follow their own direction and get mad when you ask about it.Edit to respond to owner- the fact that things were pretty chaotic is not why I wrote this review. I would not have negatively reviewed for that. I wrote it because when I tried to get clarification or ask a question the person on the phone was rude and condescending. I completely understand that its got to be super hard for all right now, but when things are going awry you guys can at least not be rude and condescending when the patient is just trying to make sure things are ok since its confusing for all.

Horrible place. I was very clear about needing a titer done and the doctor spoke to me in riddles, quizzed me, and made me wait two hours to get my blood drawn. And that is after waiting an hour just to see the doctor. I called today to get the results of the titer and it turns out they did the wrong blood test. They told me they’d call the lab to see if the other titer could be run and the lab responded that my sample had been discarded. Well duh, labs don’t keep your samples around for a week. Any medical professional would know that. I desperately needed that test done and they couldn’t even do a simple antibody titer right.Update: Since I can’t reply to the office’s reply, let me iterate that I did call the office and they called the lab to add the titer to my bloodwork and, guess what? The office told me that the lab had indeed disposed of the sample and did not retain it for a week as the office has stated in their reply to this comment. How convenient that you have covid as an excuse, Walk-in Medical Care!

Within 5-8 minutes of taking the culture the doctor was in to give me results, give me a once over (not too thorough), and sent me on my way with a prescription called into my pharmacy. For basic care, this is a good option, anything more Id make sure to set up an appointment with your own primary care physician to get a more thorough exam.

He said he was going to prescribe me amoxicillin and left. I was confused on what to do.I ended up going to ER because my temperature went up to 103.5. I told them what happened and they were surprised. They said they should of explained what other medication to align that with. They asked if I got a paper with an explanation and I didn’t. I got an X-ray done and it was in fact pneumonia. The doctor from the ER said the medication I was prescribed wasn’t enough and increase my dosage and gave me two antibiotic.I think this urgent care acts fast, but needs to listen to what the patient is saying instead of laughing it off. The doctor poured glue all over the wound, and while it was still dripping wet, put suture bandages around it, and then placed regular bandages on top. He wrapped it up tightly and told him to keep it dry for 3 days and then to literally just do nothing. It would heal and the bandages would come off on their own. Well, the pain intensified 2 days later and Ibuprofen wasnt cutting it. We finally went to the ER and they were horrified with the work that this doctor did. They could hardly remove the bandages as they were caked on with blood and glue. They also ordered an x-ray which showed that his finger was actually fractured. This was great. I didnt have to wait very long at all and I got billed as a PCP instead of Urgent Care. I will definitely go again when Im not feeling well.

I have come here several times and I really like the doctors. However, I wanted to write a review to make you aware that if they write you a prescription, request for the doctor to give you a copy, instead of sending to the pharmacy, because this one time I had an uti and went to pickup the prescription but the doctor never sent it and when I called the office they couldnt give it to me cause the doctor was off that day. So make sure you have your prescription in hand before leaving. Other than that, the hours are pretty great and convenient

Went after work with massive sinus pressure in my head and a few other ailments including swollen lymph nodes and various pains. The doctor rushed through the visit. He was in the room with me for less than 3 minutes. Without doing any tests, he prescribed an antibiotic and told me to see my doctor about the other issues. When I asked him why I was getting an antibiotic - what made him think I had s bacterial infection, he couldn’t really say anything other than it maybe could be that based on the symptoms and just in case. Which I found to be horribly lazy and irresponsible. He rushed me through the visit and for no reason. There was no one else there! He put no effort into this visit. Just toon my money. I will never go back here

Great experience. A very refreshing experience with a very personable Dr. Kim. She was very reassuring and efficient. I was out of there in no time, feeling confident about my prognosis. Less than 24hrs later, and the difference is remarkable. Dr.Kim was very adept at diagnosing my relentless cough and was finally able to get some sleep last night and food in today. Best urgent care experience.

I checked in without any appointment on Sunday afternoon, there was one patient waiting in the lobby.Within less than 10 minuets, I was able to see a doctor and explained my situation. The doctor examined me and found the issue. The doctor gave me a prescription and I was able to get my medication in the same day. My symptom got betterand I felt less pain. The doctor’s performance was excellent and the receptionist was friendly and professional. Parking was always available.

Doctor diagnosed me with bronchitis, even though I asked about pneumonia since my fiancée had it two weeks prior. He laughed and said I definitely didn’t have pneumonia. He prescribed me antibiotics and cough medicine. Three days later I went to the urgent care at mosaic district since my temperature kept rising since I was diagnosed with “bronchitis” . They rushed me in to get an X-ray, which showed pneumonia then she switched my antibiotic and cold medicine and I feel so much better already!I will definitely not be coming back to this facility.

The front desk was very polite and helpful. I went there 3 times. Each for different occasions. Except the first time (about a year ago, the doctor was very nice and informed about the situation), the other two times it seemed that the doctor had no idea what was the problem and ended up suggesting things which I never did. They were describing some easy things in order to justifying referring to sone other doctors. If you feel that you can not handle more stress don’t go there. They will just add to your stress and not helpful at all. (At least for me it was 2 out of 3 times)

Always helpful! Dr. Konstantin definitely knows what he is doing. I was there another day and he took a Culture Throat test along with a chest X-ray to make sure that I havent developed pneumonia. He definitely takes a good care of his patients! All I can say is THANK YOU!!!

My son cut his hand while cutting fruit. He clearly needed stitches. We drove over to Walk-in Medical and the doctor saw us right away. He was quick and efficient, but also thoughtful and kind. Today, he took my son’s stitches out and sent us on our way. Overall, excellent experience!!

I took my daughter for an emergency, the lady in the front seat was very helpful and friendly, on the other hand the doctor was totally the opposite. He didn’t spend more than 5 minutes checking at mi daughter and he never said what it was (allergic reaction to a bug bite) and when I ask him if there is something I can give to mi daughter to calm her pain he said anything from the counter in a pharmacy. He definitely looked that he didn’t care. Really bad service from the doctor

Great experience! I had a very short wait. The staff was knowledgeable & friendly. Parking spots reserved for clinic patients only. Even the forms you fill out are concise; not several pages with questions about great grandpa Joes medical history. The doctor assessed my problem & my prescription was sent to my pharmacy. Im sure Ill visit them if needed in the future.

My experience in the past has been good but I went in today and was very displeased with the service. I came in because of two painful cuts across my fingernails. The receptionist was friendly but the doctor seemed to not care at all. The doctor spent all of two minutes looking at my fingers and was trying to hurry me out the the door like I was holding up his lunch...Its a convenient location but given this experience Ill be looking elsewhere in the future.

Came in with bug bites/bumps on my arm that was giving me a bad reaction, doctor didn’t tell me what it was. Told me he was going to prescribe me some pills (without telling me which ones) I get to the pharmacy and they say the doctor didn’t take/give my number for the pharmacy to call me when the prescription was done. Very unorganized! The doctor barely even looked at me and seemed like he just wanted to get out of there and go home.

The Dr at the clinic very thoroughly listened to me, listened to my breathing, had the wonderful nurse/x-ray tech/phlebotomist take x-rays and prescribed an antibiotic that should clear up the problem Ive had for months.Ive used the clinic previously and the same staff members have always been caring and helpful

I was able to get what I needed for a suspected spider bite and the service is great. The doctor claimed it was not a spider bite and the damage on my skin can happen for ‘no reason’ sometimes. I must respectfully disagree with the doctor’s diagnosis.

We were told, its not urgent/emergency care.. but they hit with a massive bill of over $500 for 2 visits. We waited around 30-45 minutes for both visits where Dr. Baraway rushed in and did his quick chores in 5 minutes, did some not so funny jokes and prescribed meds which didnt work at all.Had to visit one more time with Dr..I forgot the name but he said he was originally from Cameroon.. did an excellent job this time, good interaction, good listener, brilliant Dr..Didnt know the bills would be so high even when your insurance in the network . left us with massive $240 to be paid from pocket. You kidding me ..for two general visits..you may cure one thing but the bills will stress you out and give another disease.

The health care assistant, a young lady, was super efficient and nice. She removed earwax from both my ears using powerful squirts from a water syringe. She did this after placing several drops of a earwax softner in my ears. I waited for about 10 minutes before she flushed out the wax using the water syringe. She was excellent and so was the doctor who followed up. I was called after waiting only about 10 minutes. Would recommend highly.

The staff and doctor took excellent care of my elderly mother who got really sick right before Christmas. It’s comforting to know that there’s a doctor on hand in the evening and that she could walk in without an appointment and get really good care. Glad we found the clinic! The best part is that there’s no wait and the facility is very clean and professional.

My 3 y o has been suffering UTI. We’ve been to their place 2 times in a row with this problem. They prescribe 10 day course antibiotics every time. None of them helped. My child is in a lot of pain and I called them again today. The female doctor was really rough and only said “I didn’t prescribe you anything!” She recommended not to make bubble bath for children as a solution... Finally she recommended us to go and see our PCP and ask them for help. Wow, what a high level of professionalism and responsibility!
