I just went there for physical examination of my daughter, and met a Indian lady there. She is so rude and treat me unpleasant. In my culture we don’t use the parent name in our name. So she asked me who gave your last name and then ask my father name again. And I’m so surprise how she treat me. Then I told her the documents I made is due today evening and she replied that ‘’ that is your business’’ . I’m totally disappointed how she treat us. I felt it’s a kind of discrimination upon my appearance and race. The other white lady there is nice and treat my daughter well. I don’t approve her and will complain again. It’s a bad experience for me since I live here over 12 years.

I went on a rainy weekday at 5 oclock and was in and out in 15 minutes. Exactly what I was looking for. The doctor was friendly and told me that they are slower when there is bad weather so Id suggest going then. No line and no wait. Hope your visit is as good!

Dr. Guadalupe Shafer is truly a wonderful doctor. I met with a kitchen accident on Dec, 2,2015 and she gave me the treatment for the burns I had. She was very concerned and shared her contact details and asked me to send the pics of the wounds after 24 hrs of the treatment. After being so busy, next day after looking at the pics of my wounds she replied back to me. She is extremely caring and very thoughtful person.I am really grateful that I came across such a loving, caring, friendly professional person.Thank you Dr. Shafer for being there with me!!Thanks and regards

Check in via kiosk was 5 minutes and took about another 5 minutes to get my flu shot and paperwork done (Thursday morning). Its first come first serve so need to understand that weekends are busier but for simple health service this is the future of walk in clinics.
