I had a great experience Dr. Bezik. She was super helpful, informative, and answered all of my questions every time I called and when I was in the office. I had serious gum recession and the surgery was a breeze. I had never had oral surgery that I was actually awake for, and this was a great experience. Would return.

Been going to Dr. Jacklyn Beziks offices since 2002. Never ever had a negative experience here. She and her staff are superior in everyway in their delivery of dental care to all their patients. Mostly, they understand how to treat busy middle-class professionals with respect, timely follow up and excellent dental care that is as pain free as possible.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Bezik and her team! They are always mindful and handle everything with a positive attitude and respect for me (or any client I’ve observed). I used to get anxious going to the dentist but now I’m comfortable. Dr. Bezik and her team have done a couple procedures for my gums/teeth in addition to normal routine cleanings and I couldn’t be more pleased with the way they handled it/the results.

My first experience at Dr. Bezik’s office was phenomenal, the staff is very responsive, caring, and giving. Dr. Bezik took all the time that I needed to understand the process that she was going to go through with me and made me understand and assured me I would not have pain. I would recommend this office to everyone!

Coming to Dr. Bezik for periodontal care for a couple of years has been a good investment. I have had crown delivery, an implant, osseous and maintenance. At 70, I have most of my original teeth except for two implants, I still have a good smile. You will get the best chair side care. She cares! The assistants are amazing also.

My name is Ernest Larkins. I have been a regular patient of Metro Dental Health for approximately 4 years and have received excellent service each and every time. I have had 3 implants and 1 crown installed and have not had any problems or issues whatsoever. This is a superb Dental practice! The staff are friendly and I got the feeling they really cared about me. Technically I dont think Ive ever had better or more knowledgeable service.. Dr Bezik is not just a Dentist but a Periodontal Specialist and surgeon - instead of extracting teeth she saves the by treating the underlying gum disease and bone weakness.MY first treatment here was 10 years ago when All my lower teeth were loose and I was concerned with losing them. Dr Bezik saved my teeth!I cant recommend them highly enough.

If you are looking for the best possible dental care available then the secret is out. Dr. Bezik and staff offer the most professional and compassionate care there is. This level of dentistry is what all other dentists wish they could offer. At times you feel as if you are her only patient. The time she spends with you to explain treatment and options is both calming and assuring. Dr. Bezik is simply the best!I decided not to be selfish by letting this secret out.

The owner Jaklin Bezik is money hungry, will make you wait and then try to charge you a small amount where you do not want to leave just because you waited so long. be careful, she will try to up charge you at same time shes doing work on your teeth.

I wish I could give them zero stars. The other reviews must have been written by their friends. These people are the biggest scam artists I have ever seen. They tell you that you have all these cavities and have you book an appointment for fillings while you are there and pay for half of the future visit before you leave. I didnt believe them that I had so many cavities so I went to another dentist and he said that I had no cavities. They kept my money for the fillings that I did not have and then claimed that my insurance didnt cover my bill and charged me even more. Stay away from these cheaters unless you want to pay for having teeth drilled that dont need fillings.

The customer service I received at Dr. Beziks office was more than outstanding. Both receptionists were not only informative, but considerate in terms of scheduling and my needs. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Bezik either. The dentist office can be quiet a scary/intimidating place for most and I was not an exception to that one. She was so gentle, kind and continuously kept my fear at ease. I will definitely refer this office to my friends and family!
