I had a completely broken tooth during the COVID-19 crisis, and these two basically saved my life with their dedication to their craft and their desire to help.Previous dental procedures experienced in the military destroyed my teeth with dark gray fillings and no crowns, and as a result, those fillings are starting to fall out and the teeth are starting to be destroyed. Yes, gross, I know... but this provides the context into the complexity of the situation I presented to Fair Oaks Dental Care.In a feat that can only be described as a miracle, Dr. Joo and Kelly have actually made getting dental work done entertaining and I actually looked forward to my appointments! (No, Im not being held hostage...)Their professionalism and their award-winning personalities made me completely forget about the intensive procedures they executed flawlessly.If you are looking for a dentist, this is the one. Dr. Joo and Kelly are wonderful. My mother and I have been a patient for several years and have no complaints. They are very professional and yet welcoming where you feel at ease. Dr. Joo is great about explaining any procedure he is about to perform and patient with you when you have many questions or needing breaks. I would highly recommend his dental office to others.

The staff and dentist were very polite. Dentist gave a through exam and spend a good deal of his time answering my concerns. I can feel that he is very detail oriented and well educated. Unlike other dentists around Fairfax, there is a genuine care at this office. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a quality dental care.

Small business and modern space, you get a lot of personal attention and never feel like you are being rushed out or waiting forever. Friendly knowledgeable staff. I drive all the way from DC to go here. Highly recommend.

Avoid this dentist!!! He is not honest. He made a hole in my gum (perforation) and kept claiming that he did not do anything wrong. The 3D picture that I took at my current dentist shows the hole clearly. If I did not seek for second opinion myself, I have lost my tooth! But still I have to spend several grants to fix the damage and have my tooth on watch for two years. Never ever take the risk!

Great job. He and Kelly are the the best team. I didnt feel discomfort even during the anastasia injection, Dr. Joo has skills and is professional.

Would give 0 stars if I could. First off, I came in and spent 45 minutes waiting in the lobby. When I got into the chair, a dental assistant came in. When I asked for an actual dentist, after about 20 minutes, Dr. Joo came in. He darted in and said lets get this over with and seemed to be in a rush. I was done in 15 minutes and it only cost me $350. The worst part was that Ive been in pain for weeks because of his rush job. Definitely avoid these folks.

Dr. Joo and his staff are professional, caring, informative, and provide individual care to each member of my family. I have been going to Dr Joo for my cleaning and dental work for many years now. He has worked on my root canal, crown, and fillings. He has done an excellent job and I have been very pleased with all his work. He really takes the time to do it right.

I highly recommed Fair Oaks Dental Care Practice. My kids have Medicaid insurance...Based on my experience having this kind of insurance, it is hard to find a good doctor that accepts it so I am very thankful that I choose to go to this practice. They are very friend answering the phone when I call to make an appointment for both my son and daughter. Dr.Joo and his staff are very accomodating when you enter their office. After they finished they will explain things that needs to be done and my kids love having a treat everytime they visit (toothbrush and tooth paste). Thank you so much to Dr. Chuck Joo and staff...
