Oh I was recommended buy a family member to Virginia dental. I have only been there twice and compared to other places that I have gone to this place is the best. They answer all of your questions and concerns with details and they work with you on breaking up your payments to some thing that is flexible to your financial abilities. They are super super nice and extremely professional.I have already started to recommend them to other family members and friends.

I have been seen Eden for my invisalign treatment and so far she has been great! She is always on time (which I really appreciate since my schedule is tight). She is very nice and friendly and everytime I have a question or concern she explains things in a very positive manner.

The best dental office EVER... Everyone is friendly and they make sure you’re relaxed... I have never ever had a complaint.

I had 6 veneers placed on my front teeth in early 2018. I had a large space in my front teeth and was worried the veneers would not look natural however Dr Vargus did an excellent job and they looked great. Now it has been over two years post procedure and Ive had no problems with them. If they ever need to be replaced as I know veneers dont last forever I will be sure to return here.

Such kind people. I enjoy my dentist appointments because of how nice and knowledgeable everyone is here. Even when I’m told that I need to floss, it comes more with a tone of concern rather than condescension which I have received from prior dentists. I have to say that the concern is more encouraging because I do floss now. They also have some pretty cool gadgets. My head was scanned to get an x-ray or something of my teeth, and I was impressed with the device that was used. Anyways, I recommend this dental office for sure.

Been going to this place for 7 plus years with whole family. All crew is amazing starting from very experienced dentists to front office. During this quarantine times, they are very well prepared and make sure both their staff and patients are protected well.

I am very happy with my experience here at Virginia Dental Group PLLC.I have to drive quite a ways to get there, but the drive is well worth it. Im all about safety and Co-Vid19 - and they do their best to combat this. The staff is very cautious, they have you fill out a questionnaire twice before they see you and they follow strict hygiene guidelines.Its not 100% effective, but they are doing their best to address the global pandemic. I know of other healthcare providers that do not even address this - much less have a policy - so good on them.So, yes, I recommend them to anybody that is delaying care due to Co-Vid19. When your mouth/nose are going to be open for about an hour while your braces are being adjusted - youd better be ok with the cleanliness/policy/staff of the location. If they had UV cleanings between every dental appointment and after every patient, I would absolutely give 5 stars, but they are doing their very best despite everything going on right now.

Dr Vargas is top notch. I walked in to the office not knowing what to expect. I got into excellent verneers from Virginia Dental Group at about 1/2 the price of the market rate; plus service all in one day after the initial visit. Dr. Vargas took the time to carefully explain everything to me. I felt so satisfied that I changed my regular dentist for her.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Vargas and her staff, there’s really so many aspects of her practice that really put them well above other places that I have been. First and foremost, her work is impeccable. I had a significant amount of work done and she took the time to make certain that every little aspect of that work was done as well as it could be. I can’t express enough how happy I am with the way my teeth turned out.Aside from her work, for me the most impressive part of her practice was her staff and her interaction with them. I feel like a VIP every time that I go into her office and I genuinely appreciate how helpful they’ve been during each and every interaction that I’ve had with them. But Dr. Vargas’ patience with her staff and her easy style and demeanor are really what impressed me to the most. She’s instructive to her staff and she’s patient with them taking the time to show them exactly why she’s doing something the way that she’s doing it so that they understand how to provide better service to her patients. I can’t tell you how many time’s I’ve been to a doctor (not just dentist) who just berates their staff for one reason or another and it’s not something that’s ever sat well with me.

Dr. Vargas and her staff were very knowledgeable on fixing my teeth. Every time I come into the office, I get a warm and welcoming greeting by the front desk. The office is always decorated accordingly to the holidays. The front desk is very well organized and consistent. The staff were very nice and the price for my braces were quite fair. I highly recommend this place to all of my friends.

We moved to Fairfax and we needed to look for a dentist. My wife and I came to this dentistry several years ago off of a Groupon we bought. Right off the bat, the staff, the hygienist, and both Doctors were very friendly and welcoming. Every six month visit was great. I was taken care of from making appointments, having their staff send me reminders, and no painful cleanings. I highly recommend the practice. For those without dental insurance or looking for a way to get cheaper dental insurance, they offer in house insurance. Hope this review helps someone looking to find a great dentistry!

Dr. Vargas was very informative about the services and what she can provide me with. She communicated with me every step of the way and took her time. She also didn’t try to get extra money out of me, she made reconditions and allowed me to decide on which way so wanted to proceed.

I cant rate this place like it deserves its way off the chart! From the staff at the front desk to the dentist theyre all amazing!! I honestly cant believe how much progress I have made because of all of them in less than a year! I have braces and had pin hole graphing and my teeth are amazingly different Im thankful I tried this place! I wish I could give Dr. Vargas 6-stars. I had some veneer work done here and was apprehensive, but after seeing her portfolio I was impressed and put at ease; even so, the work she did was above and beyond what I could have imagined. I look in the mirror and still cant believe that my smile looks so beautiful. Not only is the work exceptional, but also the atmosphere and attitude of the employees in the office is *AMAZING*!!! Meant to do this review a year ago. Had my veneers done by Dr. Vargas. She was amazing! I flew from Atlanta to Virginia. Im so Im love with my new smile. The process took two days and she was incredibly accommodating, patient, and gentle (thats not to say some parts of the procedure werent uncomfortable but no pain no gain, right?!). Her staff was very compromising with payment arrangements and all was very smooth. I will happily be going back to her. Shes an excellent dentist.

Recently needed to get some dental work done and I had an excellent experience with Dr.Lida Vargas and Dr. Santiago .Rueda at Virginia Dental Group. As a nervous patient they gave me an excellent, pain-free experience! HIGHLY recommended. For people who like more details: I have had some bad/painful past experiences with dentists , which has made me a very nervous patient., . When I came in to the clinic Dr Vargas greeted me with a friendly smile and a warm handshake and I immediately felt more at ease.She took a look at my problem tooth as well as a check of all my other teeth and talked me through the procedure we needed to take on. She gave me some options for anesthesia., and I told Her some of my last experiences and my fear, so we made a choice for the best option for me. She put me at ease through the whole numbing process and I knew I was going to be fine. She kindly and patiently talked me through every step and within minutes of beginning the procedure I was completely relaxed I was thankful that it all went so unbelievably well. Im coming back for a visit to Dr. Vargas and if I need dental work in the future. Thanks to Dr. Vargas and Dr. Rueda to the awesome assistant for such a great experience!!!

Ive been dealing with VDG since 2015 I believe and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Dr.Vargas recently did veneers for me and though its going to take some time to get used to them I do love them. The clinic is a ways from my house but I have been met with nothing but great service and will continue to go there for my dental needs.

I love this place my teeth was chipped not inline coz I am clinching so much DR Vargas fixed everything I am so happy with my new smile I got 6 veneers in beginning I didn’t like it after more than 9 hours of work she was really calm and told me we can replace it or we can touched up as you like so she did touch up loved it so much I go anywhere I get compliments on my smile I recommend this place to loves one friend and family

Went there for a cleaning. Everything was excellent. Staff was friendly. Doctor actually did the cleaning himself.I would definitely return.

It was a horrible experience and it was just a cleaning routine. I am not sure if the male doctor was in a hurry but he cleaned all my 32 teeth like in less than 5 mins, very unprofessional, because of this I ended up with bleeding gums and bruises at a point that the assistant in charge of the flossing and polishing commented that my gums were tender, obviously there should be bleeding but not like this, even the next day I was still feeling the pain from the bruises. My wife also had a terrible experience with the same male doctor; unfortunately she just let me know the day after, otherwise I would have tried doctor Lida. My advice to the owner, hire professional people even if it cost more and listen to patients complaints this will give great success. One start because not all the staff act like that.

Unlike most, I like visiting the dentist. It feels good to take care of myself and my health. Dr. Vargas and her team are very friendly and make for a good experience. I called the receptionist to schedule my appointment; and luckily, they had an appointment for me the next day. It was a bit tricky to locate their suite, so I called and the receptionist said their plaque was being redone, so to look for Suite 43C.Made it inside, and the receptionist was very friendly. Completed my paperwork and was taken back for the dental assistant (Roger) to take get me settled and take my X-rays. (I thought it was really funny that Latin/Reggaeton music was playing in the background. For some, that might be off-putting, but I actually love the music. Its energetic.) Then Dr. Vargas joined to carry out the exam and cleaning. I was impressed that she used both the ultrasonic (electric) and manual scaler to clean my teeth. She also performed the polishing and flossing, which is often done by an assistant.And the best part of it, they werent pushy with their sales or We hope youll come back and see us! And they extended the AmazonLocal deal ($39) to my second visit, which I will definitely be using 6 months from now. I cant speak to the other doctors service, but I was quite pleased with Roger and Dr. Vargas!

The times I was served there were people complaining because they kept coming bills they had already paid. Now its time that I received a bill (I already paid everything), $ 200 more on this price that they told me was my co-payment. I will never go back.Watch out!
