I had a cracked tooth that needed some attention. I called first thing in the morning on a Monday to explain my situation and Susan worked to get me fit into the schedule same day. Dr Gieco worked me up for a new crown, which I should have in the next couple weeks. He also set me up for the next couple weeks with a very good temporary crown. Im always pleased with the care but the great team goes out of their way to practice what their name says...Gentle Dental care. They couldnt be nicer, nor more accommodating.

Kind, Considerate, very flexible in working with patients to get the work they need to have done, always providing excellent solutions or advice. Dr. Grieco is a fantastic, funny dentist that keeps kids entertained, and addresses adults taking extra safety precautions even throughout covid. The staff are amazing as well! (Esp Susan, and Ellen legit the sweetest people!) Remember me every time I go in and even get a little card in the mail for appointment reminders, and sometimes Holiday wishes. In less than one hour, they managed to discover what the actual problem with my one tooth was in no time, and managed to fix it for me with more than enough time for me to get home and get ready for work. All less in ONE HOUR. I simply cant state how much of an amazing group of people they are. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist!! You wont regret it!

Dr. Grieco has been my dentist since I moved to this area in 1999. He and his staff provide excellent, caring service. I personally have been blessed with fairly strong teeth, so Dr. Grieco schedules my cleanings at the same time as my semi-annual examination, saving me a lot of time. On my most recent visit, Dr. Grieco recommended that I finally fix a crack in one of my front teeth that had been getting a little more open over time. I was aware of the crack, could actually feel it if I rubbed the tooth. Dr. Grieco had a little time before his next appointment so he did a veneer right away, painlessly, quickly and with an excellent result.In twenty years now I have had two crowns and this recent veneer and never had any issues with the procedure itself or the results. I have had the same hygienist, Moreno, for about half that time and she does great work too. I would strongly recommend Dr. Grieco to anyone looking for a dentist in our area, and I have to friends and coworkers. Dr. Grieco and his staff are not just a great team for dentistry, they are fine people whom I personally respect and trust.

It’s the first time I ever laughed with a dentist. Dr. Grieco was great. I am very anxious about dentists and Dr. Grieco’s calming manner and confident performance really helped me feel I was in the right hands. The assistive staff knows what you need before you ask and the front desk is pleased to help you with scheduling and fitting you in for appointments. This is the dentist for those of us who don’t like going to the dentist!

They have many ways to remind you about your appointments so you never miss them. They never make me wait, so I think they do a great job keeping up with their schedule. Doctor Grieco is a very caring individual which is reflected in all his interactions with his patients and staff. Dr. Grieco and his staff are so caring, professional and very pleasant to be around. On Saturday, I had a painful toothache and finally called the office to make an appointment ahead of time thinking theyd call me on Monday. Little did I know that Dr. Griecos cell phone number is on the voicemail saying to call him if its an emergency. Well, it was. So, I called him and he was traveling at the time. He pulled off on the side of the road to call in a prescription for me, and on today (Monday), they fit me into their schedule. This far surpasses excellent customer service! I will be forever grateful for his kindness.

The whole staff works really well together as a team. Dr Grieco had to redo some bad dental work from somewhere else and he did a fabulous job. My whole family, and there are three generations of us, has been happy with our dental care.

Dr. Grieco is the most ethical and knowledgeable dentist I have ever met. When I went to a dentist office in Park Center Road, Herndon, the dentist there warned me to have my crown replaced asap saying that the open crown can cause the real tooth to rotten inside. I did not think there was anything wrong and went to Dr. Grieco for a second opinion. With the advanced technologies in Dr. Griecos office he took pictures of the condition of my crown and explained thoroughly to me that the crown is still good for a few years and there is no opening at all. I really appreciated his wonderful skill and honest.

I have been going to this dentistry for years now. Dr Grieco is excellent and makes you feel comfortable and heard. Simple cleanings are a breeze and the tougher stuff like cavities arent bad also. My crown fell off last night, and I called them for an emergency appt. They had me come in first thing in the morning, fixed it and had me set up for a secondary appt at end of the month.
