Dr. Rehmann is fantastic. Very thorough, attentive and an experienced chiropractic physician. The focus and attention provided to his clients are genuine. Every adjustment that I received from him over many visits has been awesome.

Would’ve given it 5 stars but the receptionist was RUDE. Chelsea is her name, not sure how to report her behavior but she has no people skills. I brought my mom (not her first time) and my husband (first time) and she wouldn’t take him because I was unaware of their policy, they don’t take new patients after 6, it was 5:45. I asked if my mom would be seen, she stared blankly at me, as if I spoke a foreign language, I asked a second time and finally she rudely confirmed.

Starting off the adjustment and the licensed professional were great. It was my first time but I did not feel comfortable at all. There is no privacy for patients. They could not see me but those waiting to be seen could definitely hear me and the doctors conversation because when I was waiting I could hear others who were being seen. That threw off everything else. Yes the prices are good and he was informative but the lack of privacy should really be dealt with.

Ive been going to the Joint off and on for 4 years first in Austin Tx now in Fairfax Va. And have found them very satisfactory. Ive been going to chiropractors since 1974 so have something to compare them to.

I got my first adjustment here last week. The staff is very friendly and I appreciate the idea of being able to drop in for appointments. The adjustment itself was great, focusing on alining the spine from the lower back up through the neck. They focus on pain areas and develop a plan for you, along with an ice/heat pack for any release pain after your first visit. On the cheaper side, too. Would definitely recommend!

For someone like me whose been dealing with off an on back issues over 18 yrs, I’ve had some good and some bad chiropractic experiences, but the team at this the Chantilly location is excellent and I’m always in and out feeling much better after adjustments. Highly recommend them!

Walked in for a 5 PM appointment . 30 minutes later I was still waiting, listening to Christmas music at full blast as the never ending hard sell of every patient. In most cases the pitch for a recurring visit lasted longer than the actual appointment. Left after 35 minutes of waiting.

Dr. Rehmann and his team are superb in providing chiropractic care for me and my family. Dr. Rehmann pays attention and listens too our needs in regards to our body mechanics. We walk out feeling great with better posture! Thanks for all that you all do for us!

After just one appointment, I feel a thousand times better. You wouldnt believe the pain I have been in on a daily basis. The doctor was very thorough, maintained a delicate touch, informed me and eased anxiety before making an adjustment, and spoke in easy to understand terms.I was told to expect being sore after my first adjustment in 4 years but I have zero pain. I cant remember the last time I woke up without back or neck pain!I also had my boyfriend go for a visit as well. The funny thing is, with him, he didnt have any pain. Due to the new patient appointments being free, I told him to just go in anyway. He was very, very nervous and hesitant to go. When he woke up the next morning after his appointment, he was surprised at how much of a difference he felt.The other staff was also very helpful, to include the receptionist. She was kind and informative and explained everything very thoroughly.Ive recommended the practice to all of my friends and I hope whomever is reading this review just takes a moment to give them a try because it is so, so worth it. Also - the package pricing is so reasonable and if you are a veteran, like myself, they offer discounts!!

Do not hesitate the best Chiropractic. If it is the first time to go there, take the package because you will visit them again.The first visit is the longest one because you will fill out the form then you will start the session. The practitioner will ask you a couple of questions and then will start the alignmen.from the next session the assignment will take approximate 5 min.

My hip gets out of alignment and I sometimes have stiffness in my neck and shoulders. I’m usually in and out in around 10 minutes and my stiffness is gone. The doctors are very professional. I like that I don’t need an appointment and can get my issues resolved in a few minutes.

Let me explain why I’m giving such a high review. For 5-6 months I have been experiencing major discomfort in my neck and back. Pain, blurry vision, off balance, headaches, nausea, numbness and tingling in my arms, hands, and legs. Pressure in my head relieved after first visit. For the first time in years I can actually sit with my legs crossed without them falling asleep. My head and my neck feel amazing. That’s only after my first session. I would like to say the front desk staff was very attentive and warming. Dr. Rehmann, thank you for helping me with all my issues. You’re like a savior. I will be going back. I FEEL GREAT!!

I found Joint on Google maps after I couldnt find any practice nearby that took my insurance. First, walk-ins are really welcome. I can go in when it fits my schedule. There is no wait time. The convenience and time-saving is refreshing. Dr. Rehmann is always incredibly welcoming and very personable. He is very efficient with communicating his diagnosis and recommendation and providing treatment. His treatment helped completely ease my low back pain and improve physical fitness noticeably. I have referred him to my wife as well. I highly recommend the nearest Joint to anyone who like convenient access to effective chiropractic care.

I am very happy with Dr Rehmann. My first time that I was seen a year ago I could hardly walk. Since then I try to see him as often as possible. I bought the monthly package to ensure that I keep up with my back issues. They will never go away but seeing Dr Rehmann on regular basis has been great . Exercises in the pool have also been beneficial. I highly recommend him but be realistic and dont expect miracles overnight.I am a strong believer in Chiropracty..

I love that I dont need an appointment and I get a great adjustment every time. This is a fantastic practice in general, but especially for those who are busy and dont have an hour to spend on a table with e-stim and hot packs before a quick adjustment.

Great doc and its super convenient with it being a walk-in clinic. Im a Iraq war veteran with spine problems from my time in the military and require regular chiropractic care. After losing my doctor I had a friend tell me about the place and Im glad I came, if you do you will be too!

The Joint has helped tremendously with my sciatica and neck pain. I have much better range of motion and the price for their monthly membership is very reasonable. The Chiropractors have been great.

Theres nothing wrong with this specific location but I do have a problem with the company. I came in March 31st hoping to receive one last session before the month ends. I had one credit left and decided to go in that day. Little did I know, the credit did not go through because I started payment on the 23rd on the previous month and they said I had to pay the regular price for treatment. They did not send me a reminder through email like it said when I read the contract. I was pretty disappointed and I feel cheated out of my last credit. I would have given a solid 5 stars but the company as a whole needs to rethink their month-to-month credit plans. Not everyone can commit to coming in every single week so the least you can do is remind us how many credits we have for the remainder of the month.

Really enjoy coming to TJC for my weekly adjustments. Dr. Rehman does a wonderful job and is very personable. Also, the reception staff is friendly and welcoming.

I wrote the following review a week ago about my experience with the substitute doctor. Dr. Rehmann contacted me after he was back the office and convinced me to come back for another visit. Dr. Rehmann was very nice and did adjustments to correct previous adjustments done by the substitute doctor. Now stiffness in my back is getting much better, and the tingling in my hand caused by the stiffness of my back is gone. Although click sound in my neck cause by adjustments is still there, Dr. Rehmann explained that it may take one or two weeks to go away. The work Dr. Rehmann done on my shoulder helps a lot. He is very knowledgeable.update: several weeks later, the clicking sounds in my neck, which were caused by the adjustments, are still with me whenever I turn my head. Quite frustrated. Anyone had this experience? and what did you do to get better?Previous review wrote a week ago:I went to this office after I read many good reviews. This is my first time to have a chiropractice office visit, and I had no other pain/discomfort except for a shoulder discomfort before the visit. But during the visit the doctor there did adjustments to my lower, middle, and upper spine and neck. When I questioned this, he said the shoulder and spine were connected, so he needed to do adjustments to spine. I didnt know if that was a standard procedure or not, but I started to feel discomfort and stiffness in my lower and middle spine where the adjustments were done. One week after the visit, I still have that stiffness and discomfort in the lower and middle parts of my spine, and my shoulder discomfort is still there. I dont dare to go back to have another visit.

I started going to chiropractors in the late 80s and Dr. Rehmann is without a doubt the best!!! I have chronic neck pain and his gentle but firm hands are able to adjust my neck releasing the tension which in turn releases the pain. Started seeing Dr Rehmann at the start of my third trimester. He has been a huuuuge help for my low back and other pregnancy pains. Great prices and membership plans. Highly recommended!

I walked in for a free session with no issues and came out with a very sore neck. Whats worse is that my neck now clicks very loudly when I turn my head all the way to the right. Its something I hear whenever I back my car and its not something Ill get used to. When I confronted Dr. Rehmann, he told me to sign up for more sessions to make the clicking go away. When I spoke to him the following day, he was stumped and told me to go seek a second opinion. He also reminded me that I signed a waiver that frees him from any liability. When I asked for a supervisor, he said that he had none - that the only person he checks in with is the regional sales manager who sells these franchises. Do NOT come to Dr. Rehmann. Youve been warned.

Best adjustments Ive had in any chiropractic office.

Not all chiropractors are the same even in a franchise. Depending on what you need you may need to find that doctor with the right touch. Sitting at a desk all day in a stressful work environment generates a tight neck and a stress headache. I need that neck release that not many chiropractors can crack but Dr Rehmann can. I have two other Joint offices near me and I cannot get that relief from them. Dr. Rehmann is through and knowledgeable - never a rush job. After a visit with him, I can physically feel the change in my neck and shoulders - it is a 30 min drive to his office but worth the relief for me. If this is what your looking for then give Dr Rehmann a visit - youll feel the difference.
