This office is completely inept. I had a visit in May and supposedly was told the wrong price by two different employees. I had even called to verify the amount prior to my visit. Instead of contacting me right away with the mistake or even right after my insurance paid them, I was not contacted until months later. It took less than two weeks for my insurance to pay them. Yet, they took months to contact me?!?! I even tried contacting my insurance to see if they could help clarify and they were even more confused than I was. My insurance even had to correct erroneous information that the staff of the center told me. They are not timely with the information. They are not accurate with their information. And their customer service is completely lacking. Clearly your employees messed up. Any decent customer service would say hey we messed up. It wont affect you but next time this is the correct amount. Instead, you tell your customers one price and then after they get the service, suddenly you change the price?!?! Either way, there is no excuse for giving inaccurate pricing, delaying contact with the customer and charging them for your employees errors.

Dr. Seidner is the best of the best! Not only is he highly skilled and experienced, he is really warm, caring, listens to your concerns and takes time to treat you with various techniques including wonderful massages. I went from being nervous to see a chiropractor years ago for back, neck problems to now totally at ease seeing a chiropractor for spine health maintenance, simply due to how GREAT Dr. Seidner is!

For any terrible spinal and back injury, Dr. Seidner, a knowledgeable & reliable physician, is here with his expertise to help regain your lost health. My mother was a patient of neck pain which kept her in an endless state of pain and stress. After reading about this clinic, I encouraged my mother to have an appointment here. Dr. Seidner was very focused and paid special attention to my mother’s concerns. The complete plan for recovery from her neck pain was thoroughly discussed with us. Within 2 months of regular visits my mother has seen such a significant difference. I am so glad to see her healing so much faster than I thought possible! Highly recommended to people of all ages having an aching body. You will get better with a gentle touch of Dr. Seidner.
