Nasty front desk. Not allowed to ask a question. Just told to sit down. Doesn’t matter if you have a problem with the express check-in kiosks. There is a sign on a door: waiting for more than 30 minutes? Check in with the front desk.Go elsewhere. You’ve been warned.

This place is awful! If you can go elsewhere, please do. They treated my anxious and distressed child, which also had a fever at that time, as a nuisance instead of making any effort to comfort or reassure her. They displayed no empathy for an anxious child with a fever. Awful! This was a traumatizing experience for my daughter and it breaks my heart to see her going through this.

This was by far the best Labcorp experience Ive had- super professional, friendly, and quick/efficient service. Chandra (not sure if Im spelling her name right) was so friendly and great at her job! Will definitely be back at this location for my future labwork.

All of the staff here provide excellent customer service and are also very efficient. Dominique drew my blood and she did such a great job, barely felt anything, quite painless!

Made to wait for more than an hour on non-crowded weekday because they ran out of simple drug test cups especially in the morning!

Im puzzled as to why this place gets mediocre reviews. Its fast, friendly and professional. I work in the medical field and I understand that more often than not, there is a wait (particularly if you come in unscheduled as a walk in.)Because of the nature of my job, I wanted a 7AM appt specifically, but I couldnt find one available until the next 2.5 weeks. So instead, I decided to risk it (keep in mind that 7-10 AM are their busiest times.)I got up extra early and I walked in right when they opened (7AM). The front desk person (Josephine) was very friendly. She asked me to sign in and sit down, then she asked for my doctors order, ID and insurance. A lot of people were called before me, but that was because they had scheduled appointments.The phlebotomist (Isaiah) was very friendly and a total expert, a single prick in my arm and 9 tubes later I was all done. So, from the moment I was fully checked in 7:10AM until I was completely done with the procedure 7:50AM, a total of 50 minutes. Id say not bad for a walk in, given the fact that Ive waited a doctors offices for over an hour at times.)Theres plenty of parking and its free! Josephine explained that the testing would be run through my insurance and that if I had a bill, I could pay it online directly to Labcorp. Lucky or not, I give this place an A+!

I couldnt get an appointment in early enough so I decided to try my luck. Got there 7:05. Free parking. Suite 350 so third floor. Was directed to kiosk check-in which took 2 minutes. I like the option to wait somewhere else for a text message since no one would want to meet the crowd during Covid. I went back to my car ready to wait for an hour. It took them only 10 minutes. The technician was courteous, caring, skillful. I like the fact that he double-checked the order with the printed labels. No poking drama. Easy. No bruise afterwards. Couldnt be better. Thanks!

I am not a needle person at all, but this location is quick, and easy doing routine bloodwork! Technicians are nice and understanding. Front desk is also very nice. Area is also very clean.

Courteous staff. Loved the check in from your phone/wait in your car option—very ideal for coronavirus era.

I have a really hard time with needles (significant phobia and also tend to pass out) but this was far and away the best experience with a blood draw I’ve ever had. Dominique was kind, extremely competent, and quick. She even rubbed my shoulder soothingly when I started to get really nervous. This is the first time I didn’t pass out or get sick afterwards, ever. Really great experience and I don’t say that lightly!

Worst laboratory in the DC area!!!!!!!!!!Worst location ever for a laboratory.I have scheduled a drug test for work and after I checked in and waited they told me that they were not taking appointments for the day..... unbelievable, they should have call or text; that’s unacceptable.

First, I love what LabCorp has done in terms of automated appointments and check-in. Through the website, it was very easy to set up an appointment and to check-in when I arrived. I did it through my email and didn’t even have to go in until my appointment time. They said they would text me when they were ready for me but I went in before they did that so I can’t speak to that part. Anyway, this facility was easy to find and there’s a spacious garage to park in. I arrived 15 minutes early and waited outside, then went in around 2-3 min after my scheduled time. My phlebotomist (Kai?) was extremely good. The whole appointment took about 60 seconds and the blood draw was perfect, I didn’t feel anything.Heads up for anyone else going for antibody testing, show up early and expect that you might wait so that you don’t get disappointed. Also eat a meal and be well hydrated before your appointment or else your veins might be difficult to find and you’re more likely to get some bruising after. Be kind to healthcare workers, they’re doing this every day to help keep us safe and informed. Wear a mask because you don’t know what you have or what anyone else has, and it keeps healthcare workers safe. Be kind to each other. ♥️

This was my second time at this LabCorp location and I absolutely love it! This place is definitely a major step up from the other LabCorp location I reviewed.Both times Id come in as a walk-in but I would try to arrive as they opened at 7am. Today I came in at 7:02am on a Tuesday morning, I was the third person already on the list but the only person waiting in the waiting area--meaning the other two individuals had already been seen or are just then getting their labs done. Very efficient. The waiting area is clean and tidy, although, the seats are obviously worn and torn.The woman at the desk was kind, gracious, and friendly (a stark contrast from the other woman at the front desk of another LabCorp in Springfield). The phlebotomist who drew my labs was Isaiah. Its a big deal for me when they can prick my arm once and draw blood without leaving a huge bruise.My experience thus far has been exceptional that this LabCorp location has now become my go-to place to get labs done. And although this location is the second closet to my house, its definitely worth the extra 2 miles. Highly recommend!

They dont give you results of the tests despite paying up the fee. They have collaborated with the doctor and forced us to pay the doctor a visit just to check our results ending up with another paid doctor visit for us. Better go somewhere else.

This place is decent it wasn’t the most professional place but it was decent. The lady who drew my blood was very fast and quit. But when she did take my blood didn’t feel any pain what so ever. So that was nice. As for the person in the front desk wasn’t very helpful or polite didn’t really like answering questions and had a attitude. Other then that the environment itself is pretty clean and neat.

Impolite staff and ineffective service

The key to efficient, fast, quality service at Labcorp is to make an appointment on-line first and then to arrive ahead of time to allow yourself leeway in case your check-in is delayed slightly. I was one of those who hated waiting, so I would arrive before the doors opened in the morning with my lab order in hand, but I still had to wait to have my request processed. My last couple visits, I made an appointment on their website, and I was in and out in almost no time at all.The other key to efficiency is to have your identification, insurance card(s), paperwork and payment method ready to hand over as soon as you are greeted by the person at the desk. And smile! Be pleasant and courteous. Sometimes something may go wrong and slow you down, but being rude and unpleasant never helps anyone.

First, I asked how long is the wait time, because the room was packed, the front desk lady said 30 min. I asked her if she was sure, then she said 30 min to an hour. It took over 2 hours for them to get to me.The nurse knows her stuff, and she did a great job drawing my blood.

Spent 40 minutes waiting to have my son his lab work done. I was informed from my baby Doctor that I didnt need to set up an appointment for that so I went without one. Spent 40 minutes in there but as minutes pass other people that came after me were called(they had appointments). I decided to leave because it didnt make sense that I was there before and had to wait. Also they should hire more people; they have many patients at the time.

The staff is really awesome. I went as a walk in and they took me in less than 5 minutes. Tilla was really great and always checking on me and how I was feeling during the process ( I had a 3hrs test). I just love this location and all the professionals that work here.

First of all, I was happily surprised that someone answered the phone when I called considering I had tried another place closer to my house and no one ever picked up (tried multiple times on different days). I was advised by my dr to call ahead to see if there was anyone comfortable with drawing blood from my 1 year old since it can be extra difficult for obvious reasons. While I didnt realize who I was speaking to at first, I was assured they would take my sons labs and told to ask for Naoual.When I got there (30 mins before close since my husband was late getting back with the car) Naoual was the one at the front desk and she said she could take us and instructed us to sign in. As soon as sign in was completed she took us back right away and was so comforting and even noticed my son just turned one and wished him a happy birthday. She was kind but firm in instructing me how to beat hold my son so she could draw the blood and she was so quick and got the vein on the first poke. Thats huge to me since whenever I get labs Im always getting jabbed multiple times before they get a vein. Once done she gave my son and my daughter stickers and told my son what a great job he did. Seriously, I couldnt thank her enough for everything.Also, I was sure we wouldnt get our results back for a while with it being right before Christmas but the following monday (had labs done Thurs) the dr called with the results.If anyone in my family ever needs labs done again, I will immediately call this Labcorp and see if Naoual is there. Im sure the others are great too but just the way she was efficient and calming puts me at ease which is a lot when it comes to needles coming at me.

I went into Strawberry Ln LabCorp worst experience ever!!!... Then in the same day I decide to gave LabCorp a second chance. I went here and it was faster, helpfull, professional and they know how work with kids! 100% RECOMENDED

COME TO THIS LOCATION!! Like the previous reviewer, I reviewed another location (Ill just say it, DONT go to Falls Church) and had a completely different experience at this location. Firstly, they answered the phone when I called (the other location I tried to get through 6 times to no avail). Then the location was so much nicern the parking was easy andai had no problem finding the lab. Most importantly the staff were very polite and professional, and there was only a short wait despite being a walk-in mid-morning. Now I know where to go for the future!

I had a bad experience at the location in Alexandria but this location by far was a lot better. I made an appointment the previous night for 8:30am(friday) the next morning. We were two minutes late but checked in on the electronic system. Right after I checked in the woman behind the desk told me to come over, she verified everything on her end and then I sat down with my daughter. No sooner had I sat down and we were called back. There were at least two other people in the waiting area at the time when we got there. The person that drew my daughters blood was professional and efficient. In total we were probably there about 15 minutes, in and out.

No appointment, busy late a.m. time, took maybe 20 mins for my name to be called (with ~5 names ahead of mine) and the process in the back was very quick. A young woman from India named Chapna was adorable/friendly! The desk staff was okay but a bit too loud/unprofessional.

Horrible location and people. The building never has parking, even in the parking garage, and it is hard to find even when you do manage to park and go inside. The woman at the front desk is very rude. My mother went in for an appointment and the front desk treated her poorly, answered only be glaring and pointing at things. When my mother didnt understand, she yelled at her and shoved her finger in her face. A woman came in and we were told there was a queue of size of six, when we asked how long it would take the woman got angry and acted like we insulted her. This place is a frankly sucks and I would rather go anywhere else but here.

Based on reviews I chose this location even though it was a greater distance. Parking not an issue - parking spaces and a garage with a shuttle available. Waiting room very basic but there are enough seats and a water jug and staff very prompt and professional.

I chose this location based on lower ratings of Lab Corp Locations that were closer to where i live. Made an appt online about an hour in advance. The waiting room was packed but was taken almost right away.

2 minutes late to my screening at 3 and they didnt take me.

I always come to this location because of the fast and friendly service they offer. appointment or no appointment they are efficient.

Horrible all the way around! First, they took 1.5 hours to take my blood. Second, they never sent my result in. This caused a huge headache! 2 of my doctors had to spend hours tracking down the results and they lost them twice.

We tried calling the Arington -Progressive corner Route 1 LabCor office. It took them forever to pick-up the phone and when somebody answered the call the lady on the other end of the line asked us to wait for a second which ended as an everlasting waiting for her to get back to us.We are trying to juggle with our time too between getting somebody to answer our questions and our job. They dont respect our time too. I hope they know telephone etiquette.Why pick up the phone if you are not able to get my queries? Dont put us on hold too long. A star is too high for that lady who took our call.

Front desk people didn’t care I was there. Put the wrong doctor on my order and didn’t do all the tests my doctor requested.

This location is not the one reflected in the photos here. It is small, crowded, and very slow. Why bother having appointments when you have to wait an hour anyway? What an awful experience. Avoid at all costs.

This place doesnt deserve a star, but Ill give them one. The clerks at the counter are uncaring, unprofessional, unaccommodating and poorly trained. I cannot remember a customer service experience that was worse than this.There are lots of places to get blood drawn. I would avoid this place at all costs.

Was a nice facility unfortunately my male phlebotomist was not gentle and bruised my arm terribly.
